Visited today, January 15,2023 and the service was fantastic. My hose had sucked up some napkins and gotten clogged. The staff cleared it out for me no charge! My Beam vacuum made a burned smell and black powder (engine sparking) after 7 years and it was still in warranty. I called Vacuum Specialists and in 15 minutes Mohammad a very professional gentlemen came to the door to see the problem. He took the unit to the shop. The engine was replaced in warranty, fitter changed and the unit was ready in less than 6 hours to be installed. Same day! I recommend Vacuum Specialists for any problems you may have with your vacuum! They have the best products and the best service I have seen in my life. A+ to Mohammad! THANK YOU!

Cana-Vac unit. I haven't installed it yet.   Then after installation, I will share my experience with the product with you.

Went to the Centre street store to exchange a power head and hose and talked to Yousef. Was handled with great professionalism and care. But the best part was meeting Luisa at the front desk. Absolutely stunning! Brazils loss is Calgary's gain.

I was looking for a vacuum and was pleased that Vacuum Specialists had the one I wanted at a fair price and that I could buy from a local business. There was a mix up with my order and they addressed it quickly and fairly. I am very happy with their customer service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I bought a sebo d4 airbelt premium. Ali was my vaccum specialist as the name implies. Overall I was happy. He helped me make an informed decision. And I'm happy with my decision. And I would definitely go back to him in the future.he did tell me that the handle was digital and it is not. Which is the only thing I dont like about the vaccume. If I knew this I think I may have went with the sliding handle. I think that he was just trying to say its push button over the sliding switch

Just needed a new belt for my Singer and to figure out how to get the old one off. The gentleman helped me out with both in under a minute. Thank you very much!

We had an issue with the rough-in vac lines from when the home was constructed in 2010. Vacuum Specialists to the rescue! Mohamed was excellent, a professional in every aspect, I will go to them whenever I have a central vac issue, they are a super team. 5* for sure!

I recently just bought a Dyson vacuum from here and the customer service/over all experience was fantastic. Ali helped me and he was very knowledgeable on all the different vacuums I was thinking of and which vacuum would suit me and my home the best. In a world where everything is seemingly disposable it's nice to have a vacuum place where they are willing to fix things. I think the highest compliment I can pay these guys is that they are honest. We have brought a couple of vacuums in that we thought were dead and they suggested we fix them rather than buying new. On our most recent visit while Abde suggested a tune up would do the job we accepted that our vacuum was on its last legs.after considering the various options we went with the Miele C3. We are so happy with the advice and the product.
Abde and Ali are awesome and we are so happy that they give such great customer service.

Let me just say - I had AMAZING customer service from Vaccuum Specialists! After doing some research on electric mops, I had decided to make an investment on the Hizero F801 Mop (through Amazon.ca) because of its function and ease of use based on reviews online. Prior to purchasing this product through Amazon, I decided to call VacuumSpecialists through the phone to inquire about the cleaning solution that was sold with the Hizero. I was answered by Ziad who was very patient, friendly and welcomed any questions I had on the product and the cleaning solution that came with it; it alleviated any doubts in my mind about purchasing this product. The delivery of this product came on time without any hassle or delays and I immediately followed the user manual to assemble the HIZERO and begin mopping my floor. To my dismay, I ran into problems almost immediately and noticed that the mop was not working as expected with a brand new purchase. I called Vaccuum Specialists the next day and explained my issue with the product which led to the same AMAZING customer experience I had previously when purchasing this product. After a simple process to 'prime' the mop, I was off cleaning and am very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Ziad and VaccumSpecialists for your help and support - I will definitely be a customer again in the near future for any similar product needs!

Ordered a part (parquet twister) for the Miele C3 Vacuum, and though it was shipped relatively fast to Ottawa, when it arrived, it was clearly a used part with evidence of hair on it and dust within the tube. Contacted the store explaining that I have received a used part instead of a new part, and they offered a discount of 15% or for me to send it back and they will ship a new one. As it was a gift for a client, I took the discount. It has now been 20 days since this conversation and no refund for the discount has been issued to me. Poor service! Will not shop here again.

I do commend your efforts to rectify the situation and keep the "customer happy". To clarify, when I emailed you regarding the issue, you offered either to have the item returned and you would ship a new one, or to receive a 15% discount. As this was a gift that has already been given, I chose the discount. This was very much appreciated. I was instructed that I would receive the discount in the next 48 hrs. After 20 days when I had not received anything, I reached out again. The next day, after I had left the review, I was called to see if there was something yiy could do to fix the situation. You offered me a full refund for the purchase. This again was much appreciated. As much as this was a very nice gesture, it was after I had to reach back out to see why I hadn't received the initial discount. Also, I know what I received and those photos were right when I opened the package. I only state the facts. Believe as you wish. I do commend your customer service, but it doesn't change the facts. Updated rating reflected.

They were unable to repair our vacuum due to it being obsolete. I had expected them to charge us to look at it but to my surprise they did not. They said if they cannot fix it they would not charge us. I find this a rarity so it was very refreshing to see them have a noble business value. Really appreciate this.
