Phenomenal service and great staff. I had a bag that needed to be warrantied. It was complicated for a number a reasons, but everything was handled so well. They went above and beyond to help me out and made the whole thing very easy. I'd highly reccomend them for all of your outdoors and backcountry needs.

Great service from a young man in the hiking shoe area. Helped me get from an unenthusiastic "meh" about the same old Merrill I was going to get to super happy about a synthetic and much more stylish Oboz pair. Because of him I very happily spent an extra $60 or so, and he happily let me try on a few different styles and sizes near their closing time.

However, the girl at the cash wouldn't bother looking up our account after spelling it wrong the first time because she was too distracted with closing, and literally told us we couldn't add a shirt and a hat from off the wrack to our purchase because "we are already closed". Despite the fact it just meant ringing in another 2 items to what was already being purchased. Very poor showing on her part that cost the business money and will result in us having to bring back the receipt to add the shoe purchase to our account, quote a pain to an otherwise splendid experience. Fyi it was 6: 28pm on my phone when we were told we couldn't add a hat to our purchase, when closing time is 630pm.

Matt was exceptionally helpful getting me into climbing boots and was a wealth of knowledge about the sport. Thank you for the efficient, informative service Matt!

The staff were very helpful. We were there to buy some new hiking boots. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the hiking boots we were buying. He gave us pros and cons about the different brands we were considering. There seemed to be a good selection of boots available. The rest of the store had some great looking product too.

Due to unforseen circumstances, I found myself requiring a new jacket to weather the frigid mountain air. I quickly found one that suited me well in fashion and in function.

Picked up some very nice, warm socks as well. Would definitely come back to this location if ever in the area and in need.

They do ship orders online, which is something I may consider in the future as well.
