I’ve shopped here a few times, Tina, Leess, Sydney and Jordan are by far my favourite bud tenders, well done everyone.

Amazing people, always so friendly and when I need a good suggestion, their choices never disappoint

Young blonde girl at this location has terrible customer service and does not know how to talk to customers.

As soon as I find products I like and start buying regularly this store stops ordering them. Other value Buds have them in stock why don't you?

Oh my god every time i go in there, the two girls i always see there are always so friendly with me! Today i came in to buy a new battery.the girl tina helped me out, and she is so so nice and knowledgeable in what she’s talking about.there was the other girl working next to her, leesa, and she told me that the battery i chose was a great choice as she has the same one.these two ladies are the best employees i have dealt with at any value bud location in spruce grove and stony plain.highly recommend this location, and recommend tina and leesa to help you out with any product needs!

Extremely bad customer service, was treated disrespectfully after simply inquiring over a half gram cartridge, was told no very rudely and then had my ID demanded rudely, lady was snappy, some red haired girl

Anytime Im out in spruce, and need some joints, I like to pop in and check out the various options they can provide! Staff are knowledgeable, happy, and quite friendly/welcoming! 10/10 will shop again!

Come here quite often have had a problem a couple times but the last straw is when I have seen someone in there without a shirt before on multiple occasions and so thinking nothing of it send my boyfriend in and he is refused service? Seems like there's one lady that likes to cause issues.

A mixed bag indeed, pun intended. If you are looking for the cheapest legal cannabis in Canada this place is your jam. Selection is spotty and varies wildly day to day like an H&M. Call this "fast cannabis" if you will. It's an interesting concept that may leave you a bit frustrated if you have your heart set on a specific strain. Having said that, what's on offer is still vastly better than most stores and it's worth "bargain hunting" for cannabis with companies and products that are just trying to get a foot hold in Alberta's burgeoning marketplace. UPDATE: The Customer service is still the best in the business so as long as you're not dead-set on a single strain/price, etc and be more experimental (which we all should) please visit this location. Especially of all the ones in Parkland County, THIS is your top choice.

The customer service is great! They always have time to answer questions and make suggestions! There is also lots of great products for amazing prices!

Cheapest prices by a long shot, and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Don’t buy cartridges here. Bought one 2 days ago and it clogged. Was declined exchanging it with a receipt, and their words were “they clog all the time”. Awesome. Thanks for selling junk.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are amazing and store is always in amazing shape. They go above and beyond to try and make your time in the store a great experience.

The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable and are always willing to help. The store is nice and clean and not generally overwhelming. The strains available are posted along the wall as you come in and accessories and such are out of the way so you don't feel like you're in the way if you are checking out all of the nice glass and other rigs.

When this place first opened they had LOTS of selection and reasonable prices.
I have found since the start of Sept their quantity of REASONABLY priced products is next to nil unless your there when their weekly order arrives. The rest of the week its pointless unless you want to pay WAY too much for what they do have left.
This has turned into a get the people in and out as fast as possible Cannabis Store.
One almost feel herded like cattle going to the till to tell the staff BEHIND the counter (no one comes out and asks if you need help).
Their online ordering was fabulous at first, I now find they don't keep on top of whats actually available in store. I have placed orders then got to the store and found SEVERAL products that were not online.
Prices have also gone up since they got the attention of the consumers. There are certain products NO one else can beat but If you look around at the other Independent Locally owned stores you will find prices comparable if not LESS than Value Buds. I would Much rather pay a tiny bit more save my gas and get AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, treated like a person and support local at the same time than be treated like a number there to spend money.

The value is buds certainly.nice open space in the store and everyone was friendly. I'm sure I'll be back.

Called to find out if they had some strains in stock and was hung up on twice then the third time I called I finally got the answering machine. Super rude to answer then hangup without saying anything. Lots of competition in town and the local non chain queen street cannabis had what I was after. Terrible business practice.

Went to check out the vape selection and their prices were outrageous compared to another local shop and even online at Alberta cannabis. Unfortunate that some of the legal stores are price gouging. Psst you will make more money selling at a lower competitive price and relying on the quantity sold. It's like going to one beer store and a case of beer is 30 at one store and the exact same case of beer is 20 at another store a couple blocks away. Where do you think people will shop at more? This drives black market sales just so you know.

Reply - price matching is great but such a hassle, if Ive already found a lower price shop, why would I go back to the higher price shop for a price match, I'll just shop at the lower price shop. It would be better to have lower prices comparable to the provincial site. It's not just Nova doing this, Fire and Flower, YSS and Plantlife all have this extra charge but one chain does not which now gets the business.

First time visiting this store. I went for a specific product and was excited that I found it locally. Went in made my purchase and left happy. Upon opening the bag I realized the cashier had give me the wrong product. I immediately went back in to see if we could do anything. While I would not expect a full refund, being that it was opened, but something to correct their mistake, but nothing. Upon leaving I informed them I would not be returning and their response was, and I quote "that fine, we have lots".

The ill mannered and constant swearing by a staff member really kind of put me off this location

I used to really love this store, but today I walked in with my original packaging and receipt for a 510 cartridge as they asked of me when they explained their return policy to me. All I asked was for a replacement, I understand that it isn't the staffs fault but it just so happened that the price had gone up overnight and wasn't able to get the replacement unless I paid the extra to make up for the price change, I honestly just wanted to do a quick exchange of the broken product I had received the day prior and be on my way. I think this store needs to look into its return policy better in order to create a better customer experience, I will not be returning.

My new favourite local place to grab from! They have a HUGE selection and very pleasant staff. And the prices cant be beat!

I decided to stop in one day a few weeks ago and see what they had to offer. I was helped by a lovely lady named Cheryl and I could not believe the amazing selection. I was super pumped to find some Johnny Chronic and I also tried one of Cheryls recommendations for the AHLOT pre roll pack.

They get 4 stars before I even step through the door for leading the way in accessibility of thier web site. Prices are on each item and is easily mapped. This a stark diffence from other dispensary sites and is much appreciated.

Everyone is great at value buds. It's my favorite place and there prices are the best price in Spruce Grove.

Staff are very un knowledgeable. They have no clue on the inventory of thier products and will no longer fool me into travelling to thier store for nothing. Thanks again, wife and I will not be back.

Was blessed enough to get served by a new staff member named Arlea. She was super outgoing, friendly and easy on the eyes too. She gave a great recommendation for a cannabis product and seemed to really know her stuff! Will be back again!

Horrible over the phone customer service. Won't tell you anything over the phone, cites age verification as the reason yet other dispensaries do, so that's just their own bs.just refers you to a broken and empty leafly menu.
