Staff is always helpful and willing to offer recommendations on their experiences with the available strains of the day. Pretty rare to get anything I've not been satisfied with.

First time back to this location in a while. Huge improvement in the overall layout and staff. Significantly more welcoming although they should get rid of that weird mirrored glass in the entrance. Good selection of all products and pre-ordering was super easy. I was there in under 30 mins and my order was already waiting for me.

This location is incredible! Lots of amazing staff with products knowledge, store setup is very organized which helps with making choice if your looking to try something new. Always have a great selection on products! Definitely check out this location if your looking for decent price and quality product!

The last few times I have gone in I have had a great experience because the staff is super awesome. Appreciate they have stock and the prices are honestly the best in the city. Its a terrible place the employees lie to you over the phone telling you if you bring it back unopened with the receipt then you can get a refund but then don't give you the receipt and say that they can't return it due to covid, tell you their manager will get back to you then they call and you hear the manager and employee saying wildy inappropriate things about you over the phone so you hang up and they call back you call them out on their foolishness then they try to apologize jeez I mean the alberta head branch and Ontario is about to get a call.

Went into Nova for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the store. Also was helped by a young lady I believe was named shela, (long brown hair and bangs) she was so pleasant and helpful. Took the time to explain things in great detail and showed me a more in depth perspective on cannabis. It was nice to be treated like I've been going to Nova for years. Thanks for the great experience. I will be back. Highly recommended.

Very well maintained store with a good variety of products and friendly, helpful staff. With so many head shops popping up after legalization, this one has remained my favorite location by far.

I am writing my first ever review because I was amazed by the high level of service that I received by one of the employees, Zo. I came in over the weekend and inquired about switching to a vaporizer for my health, as my lungs have taken a beating over the years. Zo spent about 45 minutes with me going over the benefits and the drawbacks of the ten or so vaporizers they had in stock and immediately you could tell he knew these machines inside and out. He explained why different vaporizers were at different price points and how that would affect the smoke. He explained to me the difference between convection and conduction vaporizers and the pros and cons of each. He even went insofar as to detail how complicated the warranty processes were for the various manufacturers should something go wrong, which I didn't even think of. The cherry on top was when he personally offered to help me file a warranty claim should anything ever go wrong. I ended up getting a Pax 3, mostly due to the 10 year warranty offered by the manufacturer, and the additional ability to vaporize concentrates if needed which was important to me. Thank you SO MUCH Zo for helping me make an informed decision, I could not be any happier with my new Pax.

Love going to Nova. All of the staff are helpful without being pushy, they are definitely knowledgeable and professional but make you feel like a friend instead of a customer at the same time. I go out of my way to visit Nova!

The 15 min wait in line mid day a little crazy. What is a bit of a piss off is the $55 i paid for 3.5 g of the Shishkaberry, to find seeds in it. Even after i was told how great it was.

I ordered THC Oil they gave me THC/CBD I checked at the counter. I Was told it was pretty much the same, it is not. One thing they wont run out of is out of stock stickers they where everywhere

Ok so they only had 2 selection of marijuana to choose from. That is fine since there is a shortage right now. So it took me 50 min to get to this store and back only to be sold the wrong product. I dont know how hard it is since there was only 2 choices but ok. The staff had no knowledge of what they were actually handing me. The price was crazy for what I received so if your reading this dont let go of your guy just yet. Would I recommend this place you tell me.

Today was my first visit to any cannibas store. Was so pleased! Nice looking place and was asked right away if I needed any help. Josh took the time to help me out and was so knowledgeable! I work in customer service and this is the best service I have received anywhere in a long time. Would definitely go back! Love the look and layout.

I was advised to return in an hour as their stock had just arrived and in an hour I would be able to "for sure" purchase. I waited the entire hour to have the same guy tell me "its coming an hour from NOW sorry". A huge waste of my time being TOLD I should wait for an HOUR to buy. That was my first experience with Nova and my last. As a cancer patient who has Crohns disease, I waited for relief and got none.

Never going back. Asked person for their strongest best indica, and he recommended Western Sunset from Acreage Pharms. Opened the package when I got home and it's gotta be some of the worst ive ever had - super dry, smells like hay, and hardly even gives you a buzz.
Each package is 1 gram and they're not vacuum sealed so product dries too much, I get that Nova does not package it but I'll be sticking to my dealer for now. Why would I go to a store where I have to pay around 50-70% more for garbage?

The product I bought was decent.wait time 15 mins.very limited as majority of store was out of stock. I am from BC so I found it pricey.store was well laid out and staff was friendly
