Firstly, there are no change rooms. There are no excuses for no change rooms. When I had to listen to the excuses panel change rooms, I felt shameful of our society. Really is this how you want to make me feel? This is my experience at value Village is my last. There’s other thrift stores that are more progressive, or at least not regressive.

I wish i would have started a company that collects free stuff and charges 60 to 70 retail making fat stacks for producing nothing, also i love how covid convinced them not to have change rooms because there amount of thefts have dropped, thieves like un-value village hate competition.

Value Village is NOT not for profit. Take your donation’s somewhere not owned by a billion dollar corporation.

Pricing is outrageous for clothing, couldn’t believe the cost for most items. For a store that gets most of its items for free, it’s shameful. Also, they removed fitting rooms and you cannot return items for refund or store credit. Extremely greedy practices all around.

The place was packed. Prices were too high on some items where you could buy the same thing new for the same price. If you look though everything you can still find some deals though. Staff was very nice and polite.

Good prices and lots of neat finds if you know how to look. 3 stars because a lot of the staff here can be pretty crabby and I don't seem to get very good service when I go there (and I go quite often to browse).

Such a tidy and clean location! They have a great selection of all products, but their blanket selection reminded me of shopping in Home Sense. It's the best one I've seen at a VV.

There were a lot of staff kicking around if you needed a hand or had any questions.

Always Friendly service. There was a line up at the display case, the clerk was cheerful and patient. I wouldn't shop here quite as often but the staff are fantastic.

Expensive. Very over priced. Other Vakue villages have better deals, this one often prices clothing at same as new or higher

This is my fourth fav Value Village in/near Edmonton. It’s a smaller shop overall but they tend to have clean/ decent items. The styles in store a bit more mature (not as trendy) but they do have a few good brands. They have a Starbucks nearby so it’s convenient for a Saturday morning thrift adventure.
