Granddaughter found a jacket with no price so they gave it to her cheap. Love this location

The decrepit old bag working the self checkout accused me of stealing because the wrong tag was on a jacket like that's my fault. Then she went through my shopping bag like I'm some sort of common criminal. I was frankly disgusted. So disgusted with this egregious power trip, I didn't even bother to buy the items in my shopping bag
I used to come to this location regularly every week, I will not be returning.
If I it were up to me I'd recommend the immediate dismissal of that hag, but then again if I was in charge I wouldn't be leading people to believe that Value Village is a charitable organization when they only donate 3% of sales.
Maybe folks should be spending there dollars elsewhere.

A new, clean and large value village. Great location! Would recommend, found so many cute clothes!

The prices are absolutely insanely costly for donated goods; crazy. I can walk to Walmart and buy the same thing for cheaper and it would be new. I had high hopes for this store and unfortunately it fell very short of my expectations. The staff are anything but friendly and they didn’t seem to know what they were doing either. Furthermore, I shall shop from Goodwill here on out. Value Village lost a costumer.

Went on opening day, nothing special, they didn't give coupons or discounts. If anything the prices are double. 30$ for a shirt someone else took the life out of, 18$ for a no name sweater. Wouldn't recommend.

I have spent thousands usually hundreds every month at Value Village but as soon as you have one issue you're treated like nobody.
I went to this one Value Village even though I swore from the last two bad experiences at one other location (they wouldn't honor a broken thing they sold me) that I wouldn't go again to any location.
But I gave this one a chance and I found some decent stuff even though I'm willing to spend more than a lot of people that find their prices High.
My friend with me is not a member of their club and it says if they join the club they get 30% off if they spend over I believe $50 but she spent $100 and they didn't bother signing her up for it and she lost $30 essentially.
The manager is some young girl that seems to think she can be sassy and rude to customers when all I did was mention that the lady should have signed her up so that she could get the discount.

She said that my friend can sign up and get the discount next time. She said she would tell the employee to offer it next time, then immediately turned her back on me so unprofessional and the worst customer relations.which matched attitude of another young manager at another location.
On the way out I said I won't be shopping at any Value Village again and some employee yelled have a nice day as I was walking out in that condescending tone like we had no right to be perturbed?
I don't understand why they employ these young rude people as managers in their stores,
all I know is I'm never shopping at any Value Village again.the staff are much friendlier and the books are far cheaper at other second hand stores as well so I'll stick to them.

The manager or the supervisor there she unprofessional and has no sense of how to deal with clients (rolling her eyes and not even explaining the return policy or giving clients chances to ask). Another thing the prices are way too high for a thrift store.

Very nice store. Layout - great, prices - reasonable. Some good finds, cashiers and self serve registers. There is someone watching them so if you need help - will help you. I do like this service and had her help me -.
Handicap parking automatic doors, plenty of shopping carts, signage clear and easy to see, organized and staff constantly cleaning their area or putting stock away. Nice atmosphere.
Offer a drop off area and give 20% off in store. Nice setup. Will be back.

It’s supposed to be a thrift store but unfortunately, it’s expensive! It’s like you bought new clothes from SHEIN

Honestly first time shopping & walking into a Value Village store, first impression found the place interesting. Has self checkout's & tills with cashiers. Found 2 nice, decent items for a good price. There wasn't much to pick from but was able find some good items to buy later if still there. Hopefully the next visit will be more exciting, with better & more donated items

I am officially done with Value Village. The prices are ridiculous! Most things are priced at the actual cost you could buy them new in-store. Spending $22 on a used Walmart dress is horrific. And the books! I asked why two books that are exactly the same have different prices and it's apparently because a computer prices them and uses the average value of the book at that exact moment. VV has turned into a disgrace and only cares about profit.the employees even agreed with me as I complained about the prices. MCC thrift store on the north side has such cheap prices and actually helps people in need instead of profiting off the people who can only afford thrift store shopping. Grow a heart Value Village.

Although the store ain’t open yet. The donation centre is! Had a lot of clothing to donate among other things. Ed was brilliant and gave me a coupon to use at the other stores that are open. He also let me know that the store will be opening on June 23! So I am looking forward to shopping here and will definitely be bringing my donations to this location from now on!
