Good place to get work cloths and stuff but I wish they washed them before they put them in shelves. Especially times if covid and other deaseses.

Prices are creeping upwards again on some products that are donated by the public. Otherwise clean and organized

Horribly old and used items are very overpriced.
I bought a new candle at Ikea for less than the half-burnt one here.
Other things are also unreasonably expensive

It’s got a good selection, but they are very racial towards the indigenous people, I go there quite often & they have yet to treat me with respect or kindness, they automatically think I’m stealing or not scanning my items. What they don’t realize is 99% of the time the items I’m picking up are for people, families that are in need. I wish ppl wouldn’t judge! It’s a shame that ppl are that low

They had a fantastic selection. I was in the store for roughly an hour I easily could have spent another hour looking through rocks and shelves. The store is very clean considering the size and the amount of people that come through the store.

I was there with my daughter and niece I bought a 4.99 came to 5.25 and the lady who help use after my shirt is missing and I still have the receipt I store Manger was really rude

I found nice affordable stuff last time I visited here I only payed 12 dollars and 50 cents for all of this albums and its all new if I buy all of this in walmart it will cost more than a hundred

A very interesting place. There are lots of things both used and new for children, for the home, clothes, toys, appliances and furniture and all at very low prices

I love shopping here! I alway manage to find what I'm looking for in good quality. The staff are accommodating and friendly. It's overall a nice thrift store. Oh and they don't support discriminatory policies like goodwill does!

It's okay there however the children's section has no variation between boy and girl clothing and it makes it quite messy

This is a perfect place to find good quality clothing without paying much

I donate a lot of things to the store. The staff there always offer to take my heavy items for me, thank me for donating and give me a coupon. Inside the clerks there know myself as well as my daughter's, and I am always met with a friendly greeting. Often, I will use multiple coupons as I donate a lot and they are very fast at processing my items. They also, if someone spills something or breaks something, quick to clean it up, if I mention it. They also wipe down carts, handles, etc.

Always loved shopping here! Great donations from generous people! BUT Now valuevilliage takes all the donations ships them to warehouse goes thrue them picks out the good stuff keeps them for thier own profits and sends dirty damaged unwanted items back to the stores! Greed hits everyone i guess eventually! The donaters need a good place to donate that the profits go back to the customers like moms dads and children is what its all about but corporations really dont care!

I love this place. It's always clean not very crowded. It's well stocked and has a huge selection of dresses.

If there is a Viva Las Vegas of value villages I would have to say this one is the one! Always full of great finds and has me looking around amazed I feel like Johnny Depp in the movie Fear and loathing in Las Vegas! I would give it 5/5 stars but nothing is ever perfect to get 5/5 haha ;), all in all I would have to say this is the best one I've been to in this city, very clean, great customer service only thing which is noticable is alot of boosters haha, if you're ever on the west side of town looking for some clothes go here highly recommend!

Things have gotten so expensive over the last several years. I loved going here for great prices on clothing but you might as well buy new. Same with every Goodwill as well.

I find value village becoming more pricier over the years for a thrift store. This location is clean and staff are nice but ya prices could be way better.

Went to this location today and I have to say it'll be the last time I ever allow the value village brand to take my money. The "people" involved with the value village name should be so ashamed of themselves.

Value Village is always the highest prices and now the books are even higher? Seriously? I don't even know what to say. I can't support this any longer. Oh and those huge stickers are screaming the prices out even louder. I like my books in good shape, and if I was paying a premium for a used book I definitely wouldn't want stickers all over them. Get real! There are elderly buying books and absolutely shocked and appalled at the greed.

I go to VV for knickknacks; this time I scored a sweet little watercolour of St John's harbours for $2 and a beautiful wooden vase inlaid with rows of seeds for $3

This place was soooo dirty and dusty, when I left I was sneezing for 2 days. I felt like I could feel the dirt all over my hands. They did have a cute rat watering can though.

Employees aren't very friendly most days, and for donations and charitably business they charge way to much for most things.

Lots of cool stuff at a kind of fair price as long as u donate. Then they give u 20percent off cupon so then its a good deal.

I love Value Village and this location always has lots of great items to choose from. The cashier was very friendly as they most often are. The manager on the other had presents like she hated her job and the people that shop there. I purchased a large item and simply asked for someone to help get it to the cashier. Her tone, her comments and demeanor was rude and unhelpful. She dragged the beautiful standing oak mirror from it's location to the check out. I had just started my shopping and asked if there was somewhere I could leave it while I continued shopping. She said no and pushed the automatic door opener and said ' here, let me make your life easier'. My friend and I loaded the mirror into my van and continued with our shopping.at Goodwill. I felt like an unwanted shopper in that store. The girl at the entrance greeting people seemed afraid of her. She would not talk to her and made herself scarce while the manager was being a bully throwing her weight around. I think I'll shop at different location like Mayfield where everyone is pleasant and kind. That's where I shopped today and had a wonderful experience. To the manager.if you hate your job as your behavior indicated, get a different job.

Value village Staff and security at this Location were very welcomeing, NOTE the change rooms are still Removed due to covid-19 as of Feb 26th/7: 45pm/2021 So i take away one for No change rooms, Also Lots of clothes and outher stuff that u can Buy, i recommend that u go to this Value Village due to my Review, This is it - Review done on Feb 27th/12: 16pm/2021

Just popped in to purchase a few books to read. Used items you would find in typical second hand store. Carts available. Items were nicely organized and store appeared to be clean.

I don't give anybody 5 stars places could always use Improvement but they had a lot of things at reasonable prices especially if you are just starting out on your own

No longer have change rooms. Was told this was a corporate decision so it applies to all VV. But i think itds a really bad idea. People were changing in the aisles and clothes were everywhere.looks messy and creates so much more work for employees. Plus, my husband decided to not buy several pair of jeans because he could not try them on. Maybe instead of getting rid of them completely, maybe just have less and monitor them better. But besides that, i really didn't like VV to begin with, very over priced. So with the change rooms leaving, i highly doubt ill ever shop there again.

There is always something to take home.and the best thing is the price.complying with covid standards

I found what I was looking for. Could use a bit of friendly advise. Everyone seems to be too busy. Lines are also long and there is no express line.

The place was good but the Philipino workers didn't respond to any requests.
The security at the entrance notified me that we needed face masks, I had happened to forgotten mine. The workers did not attend to the request to bring masks for 10 minutes so i went to them at the till 1. The worker did not acknowledge me, I then raised my voice and say excuse me. They then stubbornly help me. The superior worker warns me that I must bring a mask as that I was to treat her co workers with respect.
I was displaced in emotion on the need of redirection of her attention.

Yea I am really disappointed with value village. They are way to over priced and isn't there a law that prohibits the sale of counterfit goods? Did you know they have a merchandiser that prices everything? Meaning if an item has a popular Logo weather it's genuine or not they charge more for the item. And all of the stuff they sell is DONATED AS IN FREE! Also they don't give back to the community they're owned by Wal-Mart. Think twice before giving them any of your hard earned money most of the items you could probably but brand new for the same price at the original store it came from.

A large Value Village location with more stuff than most other locations. Parking is easy, and there seems to be quite a bit of staff. Line ups are rare at cash-out. The past 3 times I’ve visited here looking for an item, I’ve found it.

The prices here are ridiculous. So over priced and i often find damaged clothing on the racks. The selection is so so.

I always like to donate to Value Village. One reason is that I am a Diabetic and I prefer to support those who support Diabetes Research.

We take trips here to find new childrens books to read. It smells funny and there are usually a lot of weirdos in here which makes it fun.

Pricing is high for a thrift store. They are not a non profit, actually generating over a billion dollars in revenue annually. The only time prices for used goods are in any way reasonable is when they have a sale, and then the stores are crowded and checkout becomes bogged down.

Wasn't happy with the female manager. Other people in the past walked out and went back in the same day, changed their mind about an item bought were refunded, but me she said no, i was forced to look around and had to get something else to exchange.i won't go shop there again.

Took a turn downhill, I like the idea though. They now price items as if they aren’t hand me downs. 18.99 for a pair of beat up sneakers? Go to winners instead.

I shop at various Value Villages frequently. This one is the worst! The pricing is atrocious.i found a blanket 15yrs old $24.99. Used perfume 29.99 for 15ml. That's ridiculous. The other Value Villages are at least based in reality with pricing and are willing to negotiate on price and listen. These guys don't. So don't waste your time.

No shortage of items, some of which are very overpriced and will sit there forever, just like the ghosts that are in them.

Well laid out and found a snowsuit for my son in my size. Person accepting donations was quick and helpful. I know some people complain about prices but snowsuit and snow pants for my toddler came to about $15, and at the end of the day Value Village should not be confused with Goodwill. Goodwill is non-profit, value village is not. If you dont like the prices, go elsewhere.

Big place but their books are pretty expensive. Goodwill's are almost half the price and they rotate them out faster. VV could learn something from their competitors. Too bad I buy a lot of books and wish they were more competitive with their pricing I would shop here more often.

Great, drop bags here off all the time and before my truck is in park a person is out ready to take my donations

Only thing that is annoying is beggars outside on occasion
