I always enjoy shopping here. Friendly staff, neat and tidy. I have yet to shop less than two hours lol.

Always a good place to shop only problem i had is some of the clothes they were selling were not wearable with noticablerips and stains

I was at this value village with my girlfriend and the manager Ashley was sitting there doing nothing yelling at the staff very loudly to “move the customers through self checkout quickly” everyone was paying at that point so there was no use in that comment. She continued to lean and do nothing. I found it highly unprofessional and disrespectful for a manager to do nothing and yell at the staff when she could’ve very well open a till or help people to move the customers through quicker. Very disappointing.

Dollar store items being sold for more than what would be brand new! Donated items in housewares being sold for more than expected value. If your till is closed ask them to open it! Multiple staff members standing around watching you scan your own items. Over staffed, over priced donated items!

Sure was good before they had removed the change rooms and now makes for a back and forth of return especially upon pants.shirts, coats and shoes one can try right on the spot, but definitely not so with jeans, lol. I've worn the same size for decades, yesterday had picked up two pairs and they're a good 2 inches tooo small, sizes have changed over the years, my weight not so much, now back to the store for an exchange, an extra stop I would appreciate not having to make considering being a full time caregiver with limited free time available to me.

A bad place to work Shari Maxwell is the worst manager. They’ll fire you for the smallest reason but keep certain people because of favouritism. Worked for there for 5 years and got let go but yet they make a girl quit so she can go on vacation but can reapply when she gets back and she’ll be hired again. It’s not fair when I’m so invested in my job & the company. Loyal for 5 years & I get treated like nothing. Shari maxwell needs to be fired. Heartless human being or whatever you are!

Probably one of the best Value Village stores around. Inside is kept clean and has a good atmosphere compared to most locations. Prices are fair and usually find what I am looking for. Staff are helpful.

Always a great place to explore and buy and save a lot of money on clothes and items that you really need

I found quite a few things that will add to my decor. Sometimes I don't find things but today was a good day

No change rooms? ! And you don’t allow refunds, just exchange? ! You sell clothes in all different sizes and brands. How are people supposed to know if something fits them? What a scam.

Although this store was clean I was shocked to learn that they were throwing Christmas decor out rather than passing the deals onto customers. They did advertise 30% off of Christmas decor, but were already emptying the shelves to throw items out.

Some items overpriced for a thrift store. I shop there every Tuesday so I get the Senior's discount. When you are on pension, then I buy most of my clothes there.

Good selection of stuff at decent prices. I can always find something I want here for a price I can afford. Plenty of parking, well organized.

I had a staff member named Layla helped out and she was very sweet. Thank you Layla! Also the new manager Rose was very knowledgeable about a lot of the items they carried and was very nice even after I bumbarder her with questions. Wich she answered all of them to where I was satisfied with her answers.

I hadn't been to the Value Village in some time. I often found it a place to go for a treasure hunt But they have certainly gone downhill. The prices are very unreasonable. I can buy new online or instore a department store!
The staff seem friendly. But that was proven to be a lie.
They now have no change rooms.took them out completely.
And the one ladies bathroom is partially closed and strict do not use to try on merchandise
Did I mention they have a 14 day EXCHANGE.
So I can't try the item on in store I can take it home if I am not satisfied I can bring it back for an EXCHANGE!
Nope I want my money back!
Unacceptable!
Shame on you Value Village!

The prices are unreasonably high, even well worn joggers were near $20! Not the store to shop in for low income families as it once was long ago.
I seen a george t-shirt for 7.49 that could be purchased at Walmart for $5. Brand name joggers with the brand name worn off for over $18. Well worn runners for $10. Too much.
The store is clean and organized, staff are reasonably friendly but prices need to be re-visited.

3 ladies are very upset with the $10 book prices and the manager can't do a thing. This company is crossing the line and people are noticing. What an experience that was at Value Village.

The best Value Village, hands down.
They often get rare/unusual or just plain fascinating items, and their prices are almost always reasonable.

Donate, expecting community to benefit. Value Village is selling books that are undesirable for 16.99 or 19.99. What poor judgement how can I respect this company?

I never shop at value village but I just moved to Spruce Grove so checked it out. Its HUGE and has so much stuff at great prices. Definitely my new go-to thrift store. Super friendly staff too.

The huge location gives shoppers lots of variety, in a organized way! Love the layout and love how friendly the staff always are! Prices are pretty fair for second hand items, although I've seen a few brand names over marked (like $40 for a work out shirt, when the one next to it was only 2.99). Been going there for years so I don't see it too much, but yes shoppers are noticing

Everything is over priced.an Original NES in great condition can be found for $60 but they're trying to sell a dirty scuffed one for $99 ‍️

Super organized, some awesome finds.only got thru the surprise bags and household knick-knacks/kitchenware because we were pressed for time. Super friendly staff. Will def hit this one up again.

I bought a book there that I was looking for. It actually has a real good selection of reading material and it's displayed well enough to make your buying experience a good one.

I refuse to buy clothes if I can't try them on. The fitting rooms have been removed from this store. A return doesn't get a refund, only a credit.

Went in the other day to find pants (jeans) found a nice pair until seeing the price $70 disappointing knowing that everything is donated just for them to place a ridicules price tag.

I bought a pair of jeans there today and due to COVID their fitting rooms aren't open. I was unable try them on and had to take them home to try them on, which is fine, totally get that, however when I tried to return them after I realized they didn't fit, they refused to give me my money back and could only do an exchange.

I understand that's their original store policy, but how can you refuse a refund when you're refusing to let people try clothing on. Thats basically stealing peoples money. This policy should temporarily be changed until your fitting rooms are open again.

Very clean, organized, has COVID precautions in place, staff was very friendly. Large selection of women's clothing.
The only thing I would like to see is 2XL+ organizers, rather than just putting everything XL and above together. There is a decently large selection of clothing 2XL and above, so it would be helpful to have it separated.

The prices are getting out of hand. I’m all for making profit but when the stuff is second hand and donated. There is no need to be paying 20-30 dollars for used jeans.

Not a big fan of these types of thrift stores as I worked for them for many years. High price point. You are much better off going to Goodwill and salvation Army

Meh.all VV tend to be overpriced. Found the perfect Christmas sweater, still had original tag but not a Value Village one so I asked and was told the original tag of $29.99 was their price too! WTF Haha

Wow are they expensive. They stock their shelves with donated product ie free, but the retail prices are in excess of Winners. The execs must be rolling in it.

I go into VV once a year to look for Halloween costumes for the kids and they serve up a nice selection of options. This doesn't mean my kids can pick something out of all the options, but that is another story.

Value village has become to over priced for donated second/third hand clothes. 8.99 for a tie? Found the same size jacket same brand in a different color and one was 5.00 more then the other jacket.

Prices are outrageous, many of the clothing is what you would pay brand new. Not a fan of this store anymore, there is no good deals

Great store, we also found it to be very well organized as well.staff were all very friendly and helpful will definitely be visiting in the near future.

Throw it out you got it for free. And its over priced for stuff you got for free. Lots of stock outside getting rained on. Thought this was to help the less fortunate and recycle

So many items both used and new at such great prices. I was able to get Season 1-6 (in order) of Dexture for $50

Lots of stuff was looking for a winter coat most were between 30-50 bucks used. I bought a new coat the brand was urban Republic for only 40 at a store called The Red Apple in Stony Plain. So this place is pricey.

I can't believe the terrible quality of second hand items the put out on their racks and the astronomical prices they ask for them! This used to be a pretty decent thrift store, where a single mom could outfit her kids and maybe even herself on a budget.now it's a joke.

Great place to shop for growing kids.

They have clothes and footwear, sports and work gear, toys and Halloween costumes (hair dye and skin paints) - some virtually new.

They also carry books, random house items like electronics, furniture, bedding, kitchenware, watches, picture frames and others.

The staff is really nice. The store is fairly neat and clean. They have bathrooms and nice change booths.

To find what you're looking for, you have to come here often. They bring new items into the store every week day.

It was ok. Some isles of clithes smelled like pee. The store is clean and great sale on Halloween stuff.

We are Brazilians on vacation and we love the place. Lots of beautiful stores.all very organized and clean. Perfect.

Well im a vistor but enjoyed the selections of book many clothing lots of Knew Halloween costume and friendly staff

Prices on children's clothes are very high considering often they have stains or are quite washed out. A baby onesie (size 3-6 months) was $7.99 and it was just Carter's brand, that's how much they are brand new at Carter's and this one was very faded. That's just an example but I see this often

Kinda overrated and overpriced for having DONATED items but has some nice things at times so 2 stars.

Has lots of stock but is over priced on some products especially with all products being donations.but you can still find some good stuff.
