Bar non the best customer service I have had in a very long time. No pressure sales, excellent service on the beautiful, new to me horse trailer.

Matt and the service team helped us with getting our horse trailer on the road again and inspected for 100% readiness. With overall trailer health, wheel bearing replacements and brake inspections, and LQ inspection and all lighting. Great peace of mind to know that me or my wife, whoever is hauling is not having to worry about the mechanical stuff. I really can't say enough about the great service we got from Abe in the service department.
It really was great service which everyone use to give but not so much anymore. The inventory they keep from a toilet paper holder to new generators too all the replacement hinges is truly incredible, where others are scared to stock a couple of lights.

I had a great experience at Vantage Trailer Sales in Lethbridge. Looked at a trailer on Saturday and drove home with it the following Tuesday while trading my old trailer in. The service was amazing, they are quick and easy to deal with and answered all my questions at any time of the day. All the staff at Vantage are very thorough when buying a trailer.

Was in search of 3 horse trailer with Living Quarters but could not find anything suitable in Ontario. Local dealers did not have any stock/inventory due to COVID. Ordering a new one was also challenging as dealers could not commit to time frame or guarantee the price due to manufacture back logs / lack of parts. I contacted many dealers across Canada and US. Dutchie from Vantage replied immediately and forwarded all relevant information as well videos of the trailer that I was interested in. Even though I could not travel to Alberta to view it, Dutchie ensured that I was able to see every inch of the trailer virtually and feel very comfortable making this “long distance” transaction. We purchased a beautiful 2015 Lakota Charger, in excellent condition and Dutchie was able to add on few extras such as hay rack and ramp. Road trip to Lethbridge, Alberta was actually very nice and refreshing. Upon arrival we were given a full inspection of the trailer and total education/orientation on all operations. Vantage Trailer Sales and Service is a top notch operation, with their in house service mechanic who took the time to show us all that we needed to know and hook up our trailer. I can’t say enough positive about this entire experience, from the beginning to the end. It was such pleasure to meet Doug at the shop who took such pride in showing us his handy work as the shop detailer, our trailer sparkled! Thank you to the entire team at Vantage Trailer. When buying our 2020 colt, it was a decent experience, had a moose run into the trailer, hoping for good service, it was terrible, they took 4 months too get required parts, it is a 10 hour drive too ab for us, they did what they were getting insurance paid for. As for other issues they didn't complete, the trailer was there for 10 days and it was a horrible experience, strongly recommended not dealing with vantage, they have a large manual of excuses.

We purchased a Lakota trailer this summer from Vantage Trailer. This has been a very difficult season for any kind of manufacturing, however Dutchie managed to find exactly what we were looking for. Recently purchased a Bison Desperado trailer from Dutchie and the great folks at Vantage trailer in Lethbridge. From the moment I contacted Dutchie to discuss trailers and my trade in I felt comfortable not pressured. He even took the time to text me the morning I was coming down to Lethbridge to let me know the weather conditions were good to keep traveling. From the initial contact we dealt with the sales rep Dutchie who was professional and personable, quick to answer all questions, and always put our interests first. When we attended Lethbridge to view the LQ unit we were interested in, Dutchie made sure it was inside where it was warm, and ready to view at our leisure. Afterwards he took us out to the lot to view other units as comparison, and was happy to give us the weekend to think about our choice. There was never any high pressure sales tactics. When we picked up our unit it was once again inside out of the cold and ready for inspection. Dutchie, the sales person, for Vantage trailers went over and beyond to help us out. He knew that we had a ways to travel to look at the Merhow LQ horse trailer. He texted us a couple times to make sure we were not lost trying to find the dealership. They stayed open late. He went over the trailer from top to bottom. Explaining everything.
This is our 3rd Merhow trailer. I would recommend Vantage trailers to anyone looking for a LQ horse trailer. When we went to pick up the trailer, again a long distance to travel, had everything ready to go for us when we got there. A young gentleman, in the shop, checked over everything before we left and sent us out on the way in perfect timing.

I purchased a living quarters with the wonderful help of one of the sales staff Dutchie. I was very new to a living quarters trailer and what was involved but he and the staff went above and beyond to educate me and help me make the best decision to suit my needs! I was out of province and unable to see the trailer in person but he took the time through video chats and email to show me trailers and ensure a seem-less delivery to BC. The driver also spent extensive time educating me at drop off about the trailer. First class experience! Dutchie is also always available anytime I have a question even a year later!
