I had a great experience! David helped me out. He was super professional but also very friendly and you could tell he cares about his clients. He helped me look at multiple options and his selection shows that he cares about tailoring me to a car that would suit my needs and price range. I was in the market for a RAM 1500, wanted to window shop so I decided to go to Country Hills Chryslers and David Carrascal was kind enough to help me out, we went on two test drives that same evening he told me all about the features and specifications on the vehicles, I really feel in love with the 2020 RAM 1500 SPORT and it was exactly what I was looking for and more, we talked about some numbers and I didn’t see why not, BIG Thanks to David for making it all happen I ended driving it home that same night.
Can’t be more happy with the treatment I received. I’ll for sure be seeing David with any of my vehicles needs.

This dealership tried to sell me a used vehicle with a $8,000 accident claim. The salesman told me the vehicle was a “DEMO” that people test drive on even though it had 9000 km’s and also a 2022 model. I would recommend everyone if they’re planning on going here to check a CARFAX REPORT before purchasing a vehicle from here. The salesman never mentioned to me that the vehicle had a ACCIDENT and when we confronted him he went away looking for the carfax and came back telling us the vehicle has been sold.

If I could leave a no star rating I would. This is probably worst oh wait. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with with. Steve the shop Forman is arrogant and self centred when it comes to dealing with customer, he never lets you speak. You give them all the info they need and still can’t get to the root of the problem. He tells you one thing and doesn’t follow through. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem they will just throw parts at it in hopes that will solve the problem. Stay away from this service dept if you don’t want to throw your money away.

Buying our new Jeep at Country Hills Chrysler was a great experience, no high pressure sale tactics, just plain old discussion and facts. The group of people I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and curtious. Where do we even start?
From start to finish, an absolute horrible experience.
I went there looking for a truck, and to sell my SUV. I found a vehicle I liked, and felt immediate hard pressure as the sales person kept pushing and asking if I would buy today. Paperwork wasn’t done properly, they had to drive an employee out to finish the paperwork. I spent almost SEVEN hours as they messed around. The salesman kept pushing and pushing, The only way I’d get this price is if I bought today. They tried undercutting me on the cost of my SUV, and finally after wasting a ton of time, got what it was worth. There are a TON of issues with my new vehicle, drove off the lot with check engine lights all over it. Wrong spark plugs were installed, causing engine issues. Parking brake was non existent, cruise control didn’t work, the lighting under the seats was broken, etc etc etc. I could go on and on. Vehicle was disgusting and not detailed. I also bought a warranty. When I informed them of the issues with my new vehicle, they fixed the spark plugs, parking brake, told me that the cruise control isn’t their problem, and sent me on my way. Brought the vehicle back to get a liner put in it, and they detailed it. Left our carpets, seats, sopping wet and dust all over the interior still. The general manager sent me a text message stating they’d be sending out a review, and to give them 100%, or to contact them. Never received the opportunity to leave a review, so here we are! I contacted Randy Sander again, but didn’t hear back until weeks later. He also passed the buck. If I could go back in time and not trade my vehicle in for this lemon of a truck, I would. Find a different dealership, these guys are shady.

Went to them to get my Van fixed, absolutely horrible. I had to go back to them 4 times for the exact same issue. I told them that the car was pulling to one side and they kept saying everything was ok. The 4th time was when they finally said that there was an alignment issue. Very bad diagnosing capabilities.

Went in looking to trade in. Was told waiting to hear back from the bank, I figured probably wouldn’t work and sure enough no luck. I told the financial manager no worries I’ll try again in a year or two. He goes ahead and keeps going with it. I’m told they worked something out and can pick it up the next day. I got excited, went in signed all the papers switched everything over and was ready to go when I’m told they missed something and actually I’m not approved…. I am completely dissatisfied and will absolutely NEVER come to this place ever again! I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!

Honestly couldn't be happier with the service i received from my sales guy joe and finance expert Hitiesh.i explained what i wanted who i have talked to and that i just wanted a fair deal for my situation and what i needed to get it done, no bull straight with me and they went above and beyond to get a deal done.everyone needs to make a living but no one needs to be taken and they didn't once make me feel like that or do that.joe kept making things happen and hitiesh was on the ball daily to make sure it done.couldn't be happier with the service and respect. I will highly recommend to others with out question and my family will be going to them for years to come. Josh Whiteley deserves all the recognition that's coming to him from Jeep Canada. I say this because I can predict he will be very successful within that company. I was looking for the perfect vehicle to fit my family of 5 and Josh wouldn't give up on me until all my needs were met. In fact, he found our family's dream vehicle within 24 hours of initial contact. He was respectful of my time and his approach was always professional towards me. Unbelievable! We are from Prince Edward Island. Our Dodge Promaster Van broke down. 200km tow to closest shop that would work on our van. Service was such quality from the moment we arrived until it was fixed. Tanis Dave and Randy all helped us. Tanis helped the most, she got on the parts right away. The sales department shared pizza with us. Concier drivers were super friendly and helpful… shout out to the mechanics we never met! I’ve never experienced a car place like this one. They all worked together to get us back on the road asap. A HUGE shout out to all of you. Plus the cost wasn’t bad either. Thank you so much.

Last Friday I discovered and oil spot under our 2017 Grand Caravan. Called Varsity and receptionist was very pleasant. She understood my concerns and booked my appointment for Monday. Arrived at Varsity to be welcomed by Dave Culp. Explained my issue and was immediately taken into the service department. Dave stopped by a couple of times while I was waiting, taking the time to explain the process of the service required. First estimate was approximately 4 hrs. I decided to wait in the well appointed waiting area and as luck would have it, repair was completed in less that 2 hours. Even better, was that repair was covered by warranty. Just want to give a CHEERS to all the staff, from reception, service rep, Dave and mechanics that made my experience a day to remember. Thank you!

This dealership has taken a significant turn for the better. Since 2019, I've been warning people to stay away but there has been a complete shift in management and staffing that has changed my mind.

The sales manager is extremely professional and I appreciated his business-like, factual approach to our interaction. The service department, including the lot/shop hands and service shuttle drivers, were all exceptionally polite, respectful, and a pleasure to engage with (shoutout to driver Phil and service-guy Dave, in particular). Being a petite, blonde woman, this is significant praise for a car dealership.

My only very minor criticism is that the parts department could be more transparent in regards to client accounts when ordering parts.

*I purchase a new vehicle every 2-3 years simply because vehicles are an interest of mine. I've been to many dealerships of different varieties in Calgary, Cochrane, Airdrie, Okotoks, and High River and there are a handful I would recommend; Varsity Chrysler is now on my list of recommendations.

Took in my vehicle for a computer reset with a dead battery that needed to be jumpstarted. They charged me $188 for an hour of "work" by their technician just to figure out what was wrong with the car.
When I went in to check on the car myself I found out they hadn't even jumpstart the car, how can you even diagnose a vehicle when it's dead? I very clearly had stated it was an electric issue. Nothing was done to the car, the technician notes only contained what I had told them about the car.

I picked up my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara tonight and I am over the moon. Suzanne, Sean, and the whole team at Varsity were amazing. This was a first time thing for me, and the whole experience was fun and exciting. Suzanne was a ray of sunshine and a true pleasure to deal with; and I was so grateful for Sean's excitement for me. I dont even know where to start. Walking into this I was very jaded from experience with previous dealerships. But as soon as I met Marlon in sales a lot of my worries went away, but it was question time. Over 2 hours we went from vehicle to vehicle and I just couldnt stop asking questions and turning over every stone. He never got frustrated with me and answered every question with confidence and a smile on his face (even though he was wearing a mask). During test driving I never felt like I was talking to a robot and we shared some laughs and had real conversations. I never felt forced to take a brand new vehicle. We finally found one I liked and had everything I was looking for, a 2018 Jeep Cherokee (even though i was convinced i would take home a truck since i was trading in my truck) and after some pressure free time to think about it, it was time to hand me over to Sean in financing. That man is an absolute treasure and got me a fantastic rate, although I was in a difficult situation he managed to exceed my expectations with approval time and worked his magic to get me an even more affordable rate than what I was paying on my 2018 dodge ram I traded in. Seriously, Sean is a one in a million and Varsity is very lucky to have him. There was some hiccups on my end and he still made it a headache free experience. Once again, laughs to be had and I never felt intimidated walking into his office. After we got me approved and I signed the papers he handed me over to Taryn. What a wonderful lady. She was absolutely the cherry on top for the whole experience. Very laid back and bubbly personality. Her and Marlon even took me on a tour to meet everyone at the dealership and they all take the time to learn your name instead of treating you like a number. The entire experience was wonderful here and they made me trust dealership experiences again. Once upon a time I managed retail stores and I would have done anything to have the team that Varsity Chrysler has. I know this is a long story time type of review, but if you made it this far and you have any worries about trade ins or buying new vehicles, rest assured that this crew will take care of you and will answer any questions you have. Shady Dealer! Do not come here. Don't deserve a single star in my book. Agreed to purchase a used vehicle with caveat the front strut sleeves get replaced, they signed off on it up-front (as a show and tell) but they didnt include that statement in final copy Bill of Sale. Received the vehicle not according to original agreement (see picture at time of vehicle pick-up). I asked for the copy of original Bill of Sale with both our signatures (dealer and mine) and I have the right to get that copy, but they avoided that request like a plague to protect them selves from law suit. I'm sure im not the only victim here. Hope BBB come after you.

Andy was amazing. Holiday long weekend had me worried I'd be stuck until Tuesday. Andy got me in and figured out my issue was just a battery (phew) and then had it installed within 30-40 minutes. Better than that, offered to install it for no charge. I'm not a big fan of dealership shops, but that went a long way to maybe win me back.

Buying a gently used car from a dealership is not usually a pleasant experience, but I had an exceptionally horrible experience at this place! I caught my salesman, Josh, in an outright lie. The "Heads up Display" projection on the windshield was very blurry but he did backflips trying to convince me that it was clear (implying that my eyesight was the issue). I took the issue to the Sales Manager and it turns out the service dept.installed the wrong windshield (a cheaper one, of course) which was the reason the display was so blurry. Why do car salespeople have to be such slime balls?

Let me start by saying, most people I've dealt with at Varsity Chrysler have been great. Their approach to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction is another story. I believe their 'service' Dept has a lot of work to do, they are very lazy, unprofessional (Including Logan). A little value added work in their communication skills would go a long way. Both times, my vehicle has been left a mess!

I had a check engine light come on while travelling from Edmonton to Fernie in our Wrangler. We called them as we went through Airdrie and when we arrived they had a Durango rental arranged. They quickly scanned the engine to see what codes came up. An hour later we received a call that it was fixed and tested. We continued on to Fernie and picked the keep up on our return. Throughout the entire experience everyone was friendly and efficient. Thanks for the fantastic service. The trip back to Edmonton went without a hitch and the Jeep ran very well.

Purchased our 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 at this location and the experience was so great! Went down there and talked to Randy (Finance Manager), who helped us secure our car loan and introduced us to Mac (Saleswoman) and she also introduced us to Jaz (Sales Manager) both who really took the time in finding the right truck for us. I was even surprised as when we just park in the lot, they were there already to greet us. The really took value in our time and responded to us in a timely manner. Delivery was fast and efficient and they adjusted to our needs. So if you are in the market to get a vehicle, please visit this dealership and look for the persons above and for sure they will take care of you and treat you like family. Just wanna give a huge shout out to Suzanne, Angela and Taryn!

I went in on Tuesday with 2 vehicles I wanted to check out, Suzanne was a dream to deal with. She never once tried to push a brand new 2021 vehicle on me and answered all my questions. The following day I dealt with the wonderful Financial manager Angela, she worked her magic and got me approved. She set up my new registration and dealt with my insurance for me making it such an easy process and the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. For the past month I chatted with Taryn about coming into the dealership but was having a hard time finding the time. She was extremely understanding where other people wouldn’t have been. She promised she would put aside a confetti cannon for if/when I came to pick up my new vehicle and she kept that promise!

Just two days after applying for financing, I got the keys to my new Jeep!

This is the worst car dealership in Calgary. I have bought two vehicles here and the management is shady. They sell vehicles with know deficits. The truck we bought had no scratches when we purchased, but a few car washes later - whatever they used to polish it wore off and scratches were revealed in multiple places. They also sold us a vehicle with no working air conditioning, after it 'passed' their vehicle inspection. I would NEVER by a vehicle from this dealership. When I tried to talk to the owner about issues with my Jeep, he literally walked away from me, saying nothing at all. So rude.

I had my 2017 RAM 1500 in last week for a spring tune up and today had the Deluxe Clean (detailing) done. My trucks runs and looks as good as new!
I have great customer experience each time I deal with the Service Reps right through to the admin/cashier team.

I have come in to varsity 3 times now for warranty claims in service, jason green has assisted me each time.each time he is very thorough and happy to answer my questions, keep in mind i am not an easy customer to deal with, i like knowing exactly what's happening and not spending money without knowing exactly what's going on first.he has been nothing short of awesome and always makes it work out for me and won't charge me anything he absolutely doesn't have to.you are very lucky varsity to have jason working there.thanks for everything

Allowed our vehicle to be stollen out of their service department-was supposed to be a 2-3 day repair job and on day 7 they called to tell us our vehicle had been stolen
The entire ordeal took 39 days for us to get our vehicle returned to us and in that time we had a rental vehicle through our insurance which turned into an almost $600 dollar bill for glass coverage and GST which Varsity will not cover
Their only solution was to get us into another vehicle which would have increased our monthly payments & loan interest and to restart a new loan
Our vehicle contents were stolen as well which our vehicle insurance doesn’t cover and Varsity won’t cover either
An extremely disappointing & stressful experience
And all this happening during a pandemic when funds are so tight is extremely unfair for this dealership to just shrug it off like it doesn’t matter! Talk about NOT doing the right thing when they were negligent
They don’t lock their gates-anyone can just walk in, take keys from an unlocked box and walk out with your vehicle and no one notices

This all happened in August and our vehicle is still not 100% repaired-still waiting on parts to repair the dash that was ripped out

*update-because we were forced to go through our insurance now AMA is increasing our deductible from $500 to $1000

And it’s now Dec 2nd and the vehicle is still not fixed.

Horrible horrible service. The advisors have the worst customer service skills I’ve ever heard in my life. Even someone that claimed he was a manager told me I was “lucky” he doesn’t usually bother talking to customers it’s a waste of time.

Straight up. Bought a Jeep from South trail. Everyone was more than happy to help when I was buying the vehicle. But the last 3 months have been VERY POOR! I have been trying to get information about my service package for awhile. Eventually they had someone call me. But avoided what I was looking for.

I went to south trail for an oil change because the women on the phone said "Either make an appointment or show up to their supposed drive through" I came in for the drive thru that they then told me was a 2 hour wait on top of the oil change. I dont have time for that and I DONT want to be in a shuttle with COVID ramping up. I then came home and took it as "good to know" I then called south trail and asked to make an appointment. The lady then told me "You dont make appointments you just show up". Choose a lane!

I Called the folks at Varsity and Andy give me all the answers I was looking for and even put me in for an oil change. It took a 3min phone call to the right people apparently. Andy was informative, Educated on the topic and polite. Needless to say I will not deal with South trail ever again. I should have stuck with Varsity from the beginning.

Thank you Andy! Give this man an award.

A big waste of time and money. Don't bother coming here. I spent $175 to have my Grand Cherokee inspected after it would crank but not fire. I was told that it needed a new fuel rail but if it wasn't that it was the fuel pressure solenoid or fuel pump. So basically they didn't know. After I replaced the pump and solenoid myself the vehicle wasn't any better. This cost $1500

So the following day I took the vehicle back to Chrysler who said to "well where did you get the parts from" I replied "Mopar". Then came the well if you had let us fix it (which would have cost $4100) then I might have a case.

Not thinking this sounded right, I took my vehicle somewhere else and got a second opinion. The new mechanic at Canadian Import Auto in the SE told me four fuel injectors were leaking. They fixed the fuel injectors and the vehicle works great now.

So this begs the question, how did Chrysler, the company which created the vehicle in the first place, inspect the vehicle, but miss four fuel injectors leaking? !? Unless they didn't look

Don't waste your time or money coming here. The small little local mechanics did the trick where Chrysler couldn't.

Horrible experience purchasing a car here. Not only was i lied to and told i would be getting a car brand new, but the car had almost 800 km on it already, which is clearly not fully new, and should have been addressed to me prior to purchasing. As well as, i noticed the car was missing the standard mats and had drink spill marks was in the cup holder. Clearly been used. Avoid if you would like full disclosure and trust when purchasing your car.

I bring my vehicles to him at Varsity for servicing and can not imagine going anywhere else
He is very trust worthy and stand up
I will always do my servicing at Varsity as long as AJ is around

Charge you for everything. Won't take responsibility for their mistakes. Way higher than my local mechanic and the local guys do a way better job.

Dave was so helpful with getting me into my new Jeep. Dave and Jazz worked their magic and never gave up on finding me the right fit for my budget. I never felt pressured and all of my questions were answered.
