Dr. Blessing and her team are so patient and knowledgeable. This clinic is absolutely amazing!

Had a new patient appointment with Dr. Harbour. She was fantastic! Super thorough and genuinely listened to my concerns/comments. The rest of the staff were also excellent.

The visit went smooth and easy this time! The staff has always been friendly, which I really appreciate.hoping this will a good place to bring my kitty from now on

All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. My Snowflake loves all the attention (and treats) she gets there. Dr. Blessing is always helpful and straightforward. I never feel pressured or cajoled in to getting anything done. I want the best care for my dog and I know she is getting it here. I highly recommend them for all your veterinary services.

It was a great experience. I called in to the clinic with an emergency situation, after asking me some questions (I believe to make sure it’s not life threatening) I was able to make an appointment the same day. My dog is a bit skittish and nervous with unfamiliar people and it also was his first time at vet. With no force and being so kind Dr Blessing and her assistant did a check up and explained with details what was going on. There was no pushing extra services or even “preferred” dog food brands etc. I’m definitely taking my the other dog for an annual check up to the clinic.

This is where I took my found feral kitten. She was a handful but the male vet knew what to do, and the support staff were so surprised when all the layers of blankets were taken away my sweet kitten the staff thought she was a full grown cat by all her fight. Lovely, helpful staff all around. Still, sorry that she took a chunk of skin out of the vets thumb.

Love Dr Jodi, so informative and open, answered all my questions and beyond. The staffs are wonderful, effective service, and the doctor really looks after the owner and the pet as a unit. Thank you!

I loved my experience here and so did my dog. When I got her home she was bouncy and happy. She came home from a different vet sulking. Great staff. Very friendly. Super clean environment. I have now been there 3 times each with a different vet.each one has been awesome

Amazing vet there! Finally found someone who can actually understand my dog and not just guessing things!

Start to finish, our nervous senior miniature schnauzer, settled in and had a full work up without any concerns. I believe he has a “not so secret” crush on Dr. Blessing ️ Clean and efficient clinic, reasonably priced and I highly recommend for your fur babies

Dr Blessing is a wonderful vet but seldom there. I would only attend the clinic if she was present to see my dogs which is not often enough to make it feasible to register as a client. McKenzie at Reception is wonderful at her job and very helpful and pleasant.

Wow! I am so blow away at the level of exceptional service I've always received at Animal Clinic West! All the staff must truly love the work they do because they are so professional and always go above and beyond. It's not easy leaving your pet with strangers but I knew my kitty was well looked after and felt very at ease. I've always seen Jodi and will always recommend her for her knowledge, passion, and care. Thank you Animal Clinic West!

I can’t say how great this clinic is. I’ve been a loyal client for over 16 years and even though I’ve moved further away, I still bring my dogs here. A special shout out god to Dr. Blessing who is a wonderful veterinarian and human being. I highly recommend to anyone to bring their beloved pets to be cared for here.

We have been taking our dog Kona to Animal Clinic West since May and the team at this clinic is absolutely amazing. The front end staff are always so warm and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door, and Dr. Harbour gives Kona the absolute best care. They do everything they can to make his visits as comfortable as possible.

When we were looking for a vet for our first cat we were happy to see that there was one so close to our home. We figured we would try it out and if need be move to another if the service wasn't what we were expecting.

Now, a year and a half later, and with a second kitty as well, we couldn't be happier with our decision to take them to Animal Clinic West. We have predominantly seen Dr. Harbour and she is just so wonderful with both of them and also extremely thorough. She makes sure we are completely informed about what is going on with them and will explain anything we don't understand. I also feel like there is never pressure to take a medication or treatment unless absolutely needed, they are always presented as options and she very transparently explains the benefits or risks.

Our cats are very loving but rarely sit still on a lap or in arms and my husband and I are always impressed with how she calms them and can hold them for almost their entire appointment! We have also seen Dr. Blessing who was wonderful and we find all the other staff to be extremely pleasant and kind.

Have utilized the veterinary services at Animal Clinic West for years - actually since it opened. Have always been so impressed with the service, the expertise and how my animals were treated. You would be hard pressed to find a better clinic in Calgary

What a wonderful experience! Front desk staff were friendly, attentive and punctual. Brought in my dog, Teddy for his annual check up & vaccinations and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Blessing for our first visit at this clinic. Dr. Blessing was so kind and was generally attentive to my concerns with his overall well being. She was very patient and took her time with the examination, asking questions and making sure I understood everything she was going over. Teddy remained calm and was not one bit anxious for the first time at a vet clinic!

Everyone is sweet and accommodating. I love how they treat my old dog. Thoughtful of treatment and fees. It is always a pleasure.

I can say the first thing you will notice at Animal West Clinic is the friendly staff. The receptionists are extremely pleasant and engaging. You can tell everyone who works there truly cares about animals as they show a genuine interest in your pet, and it's well being. The doctors took the time to help me understand what was going on with my dog. We just got a new puppy and it had a cough (we assumed kennel cough). Dr. Cyfra explained to me on a whiteboard what kennel cough was, and other possibilities of the cough, he then had me listen to our dogs heartbeat and gave me his stethoscope and explained what I was hearing. He treated our pet for a chest cold and within 1 day our pup was better.a week later I came in for boosters, I dealt with Dr. Harbour who was equally as awesome. Dr. Cyrfa took the time to come ask me how our pup was doing and remembered who I was. I can say this is BY FAR the most educated, friendly, customer and pet focused animal clinic I have dealt with. The entire team at Animal Clinic West from reception to the Dr's are amazing. I can say they have a customer for life in us.

We have been bringing our family dogs to Dr Emery Cyfra since 1988 and wouldn't go anywhere else! One of the best things Emery did for us was euthanize our 16-yr old dog at home, so that she didn't have to go through the trauma of going into the clinic on her last day. Thank you to all the staff for your compassionate care for 31 years.

Extremely friendly and competent staff. Was able to get my cat in for an emergency appointment at a moment’s notice. Felt very confident in their abilities. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for their pet’s needs.

All the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! Our fur baby sliced his paw on a walk and they had him fixed up and good as new in no time. He is an extremely anxious rescue and was very clearly nervous and worried. But they handled him swiftly and kindly. We had obtained a quote from another clinic immediately after the injury and they wanted $600 claiming they needed to put him under to be treated. He is timid and nervous but he is by no means aggressive and the injury was not extreme. Animal Clinic West did not screw us over by attempting to force us into a much more traumatic and highly unnecessary ordeal for our pup. They took an alternate route which didn't take long and all at a fraction of the price, bandaged him up and added cute little stickers his new temporary bandage "shoe" and he was happy and ready run again in less than 2 days! Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience especially with Dr. Jodi and the rest of the staff, very glad to have them as our cats vet clinic!

I have never had a better interaction with a service than with Animal Clinic West. Everyone has been welcoming and friendly, and they truly care about my cat’s wellbeing. After her spay surgery, there were some complication we had to deal with, and Dr. Harbour personally called to check in. I have no doubt that each time we go, my cat will receive the love and attention she deserves during her appointment. She thinks the vet is a great field trip and purrs the entire time we are there, even during her shots. I could not recommend this clinic more highly.

I have been immensely impressed with the consistent quality and care that the staff at Animal Clinic West have shown. They went to great efforts to make sure that I understood what's going on with my cat and what options I had for treatment and care. When I expressed concerns over the affordability of the care my pet needs, the vet helped develop a treatment plan that made the best of my budget. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in a heartbeat.

We are consistently impressed with everything about Animal Clinic West. Both Dr. Cyfra and Dr. Harbour are outstanding. They truly care about the well-being of our dogs, and take the time to really get to known us and our pets. The staff at the clinic are all welcoming and warm.

I bring all of my pets to Animal Clinic West. I have a dog and 2 cats. Dr. Harbour loves them all and it shows when we are there! All of the staff are friendly, helpful, and animal lovers! I would recommend anyone with pets to go to Animal Clinic West!

An absolutely great experience. It was my first time taking a pet to the vet in Canada; the staff and vet were incredibly friendly, I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. They give you all the information you need and educate you in every sense. Parmesan says thank you for all the compliments!

They are PHENOMENAL! Dr. Cyfra, Dr. Heywood and Dr. Blessing are any animals best friend. We recently had to put our dog down. Dr. Cyfra and Karen were there for us and our dear friend. The best service and compassion to help us with our loss and sadness. We are most impressed.

Dr. Blessing was very helpful and really thorough. My cat wasn't eating kibble and was losing a lot of weight. She gave Mason a couple of shots of antibiotics and a shot of B vitamins. Mason is eating kibble again and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Dr. Blessing:)

Dr. Jodi Harbour is an amazing vet with a great wealth of knowledge. When we recently moved from Toronto to Calgary we were worried about finding another vet that we could trust, but luckily the stars aligned and we found Dr. Harbour. She listens to your concerns and makes sure to be thorough in her examinations as well as education. We have brought both our cat and our dog to see Dr. Harbour and will stick with her as long as we are in Calgary. The receptionists (Christine) as well as the vet techs are also wonderful.
