The veterinarians have always been nice to my and my mother's dogs, but the customer service has been terrible. When it was becoming very obvious our 17 year old dog was getting closer to the end, my mom called to make her appointment for her to be euthanized. The call made her feel like office was questioning why she was making this decision when after explaining that our dog was either throwing up anything she ate or drank, or just wouldn't and was constantly disoriented. Unfortunately our dog passed away the next day in her sleep. After she was then brought in we have had to wait close to a month (and only after an email was sent by us) we were told that we could finally pick her up, with no explanation to why it took so long or why we hadn't heard anything for so long. We even brought our 5 year old chihuahua mix in for her shots and were told that we didn't have an appointment and made to feel like a waste of time, even though we had gotten the appointment reminders for it. Overall the experience hasn't been good and has dragged on a difficult time for what I can see for no reason.

The staff are always caring and friendly. My dogs have always received great care when they were there for their appointments.

Friendly staff. Took time to pet animals before exam. Comparable prices.
