I picked out a unit and put a deposit on it. I told them I would get financing through my own bank and when I called back the next week to get info to transfer money they told me the unit was sold. I received no calls from them terrible customer service. And still have not been refunded my deposits. Highly recommend shopping elsewhere with better business practices and respect for customers

Response: I was clear I was financing myself and not your bank at whatever deal pays your finance manager the bigger kick back and still 2 years later I have yet to receive a refund of my deposit. It’s disappointing you try and hid this bad review by making it look like I’m upset about financial problems instead of making things right. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A DEPOSIT THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

We had spent a good year working with Barry to find the right RV for us. He never waivered in his determination to help us find just the right RV for us. Once we had the RV, he continued to help us get the right equipment for it and gave us advice as we are new to RVing. He was always positive and made sure to help us every step of the way and will always have our respect and friendship. We then brought the RV in for inspection and cleaning as we bought it used. The service department was excellent with every phase of the inspection and work we asked to be done. The cleaning was amazing! I was just so impressed with how clean it was. Every nook and cranny looked great. All in all, every person we have interacted with from Reception, sales, service and up to Mr. Vellner have been friendly, professional, helpful and always honest and caring. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an RV or needing work done. They have done an outstanding job for us and we will go back for the next one.

Looking for a new or used RV or even just parts this is the place for you. Just purchased a new trailer from Vellner Leisure Products and it was the best experience out there. We shopped around different dealerships and they were not able to deliver the same quality or even customer service as Vellner. Take the time to listen to your needs and also go above and beyond during your time walking around the lot. Highly recommend anyone buying a RV from this place.

This is by far the best rv dealer and service provider I have ever been to. They are extremely friendly, competent and professional. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a welcoming smile and everyone is very helpful. A very special thank you to all who have helped us, especially Elizabeth and Natalie in the service department. I am grateful for such outstanding service. They really care and it definitely shows. Thank you for making us feel like regular customers and making sure that the rest of our travels are safe.

I bought my RV at Vellner and recently ran into problems with the electric system. They sent someone to have a look and when he couldn't find the problem, they arranged to tow it to their shop. (I'm currently parked on an acreage east of Innisfail). They immediately set to take care of the problem fully aware it was my home. Within a couple of hours the issue was repaired, a requested electric hitch was installed and the trailer returned! Because of the inconvenience of needing to take our home into the shop, they threw in the jack for no cost. I am extremely happy with their prompt response as well as their patience with a couple of inexperienced old retired ladies and our many questions! Huge thanks to Mitch, Natalie, Barry, Elizabeth and Sheldon. I can't thank them enough. I'll never go elsewhere if I can help it!

So, over the years i have purchased thousands in parts.came in to exchange a part that was wrong, but didn't have my receipt.was told i couldn't exchange it or return it.to leave and come back when i had the receipt.
$14.00 part.you have lost my business FOREVER<>

At the beginning of May I took my RV for warranty repair. In less then a week it was fixed. However, the awning broke down shortly after receiving the RV. The Service manager at Vellner took over and she was very helpful. Step by step she helped us out and had the RV repaired under warranty. They clearly communicated what was going on with the awning, and how long it will take to fix. The service was phenomenal. My experience was great. Thank you Barry (sales representative), Service manager and Service Technicians. Very Happy Customer.

Will not help with warranty issues. Refused to fix things, tried charging me for estimates on work, and actually told me to go to a different dealership because they dont want to work on my trailer anymore

I visited Vellner Leisure in person after viewing the inventory and found the trailer that met my criteria. All the staff I interacted with were professional and friendly. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend them.

PART 1

In March of 2020 we finally after 2 years of research and looking at trailers and decided which one would be best for our family and we purchased a Keystone Cougar 364BHL from Vellners. We bought it at the spring RV show, and had excellent service with several of the salesmen we were dealing with. With the type of camping we were going to be doing off grid we knew we were going to need a generator and we bought a generator from the dealership that has caused MANY MANY issues with our unit, but at time of purchase were assured by the “generator expert” that it was sufficient to run our camper. The first time we took our camper out we had generator failure we ended up with frozen pipes. We initially called when we were having the issue, it was the beginning of COVID and as a customer we were given emergency phone numbers for just in case something happened and we needed to speak with them. When we called in my husband was actually hung up on and the gentleman, who also happened to be the “expert” who sold us on that brand, on the other end of the phone. He said it wasn’t his problem as he was laid off even though this email of phone numbers went out. We had spoke with a few other people but told us that he was the guy we needed to talk to. Our trip was cut short due to the issues we were having so we could get it dealt with right away. The dealership took our camper into quarantine before they would even look at it, they did fix it and told us they would replace the generator as yes there was something wrong with it. SO yes the generator issue was fixed after a few phone calls and figuring out which unit would now be best to suit our irrational expectations (as the dealership told us) and they upgraded us to a worksite generator! We used it a few times and again started to fail on us! This time it was a mechanical issue with the generator which fried our main fridge in the camper. So again, the camper went it for warranty work, and the generator issue was fixed AGAIN after a long sit down with the manager. At this point they were working on their last chance to make it right with the generator. But yet again another camping trip was cut short due to more mechanical issues with the generator and in the end we got our money back and went a different brand like we should have done after the first experience. We had been told many times that we were being ungrateful customers with unrealistic expectations.
We decided to call Keystone directly to ask for help on what we could do and let them know we were having so many issues with their Keystone Certified Dealership and were advised that because of open work orders and waiting on parts we had to take our camper back to Vellners to complete that work but going forward we could use another local dealership. Before calling in to Keystone the second time we looked over all our records of previous work done and came across a work order that was labelled as “customer complaint” for a broken fender skirt and know for a fact that when it was taken there for that repair there was no damage to that fender skirt and then hind sight did notice a mark like something had been dragged across the camper without knowing the fender skirt had been replaced. I have my own thoughts on this so I decided to question them, they told me that a tech noticed it was damaged and thought they would go above and beyond to get it fixed and again to stop being so ungrateful. Well if you ask me it looked like the dealership was trying to hide that they did damage or the damage was done in their lot somehow and didn’t want to own up to it and blamed it on us somehow. Keystone looked up that warranty work and reviewed the file and said that was the only one that didn’t have a picture attached to the work order. I have pictures from all the warranty work that was done and have never taken a picture of the fender skirt.

Darren couldn't have been more helpful. We dealt with him on line and made arrangements to view a trailer. We bought the trailer today. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I have been dealing with Vellners for 30 years. They have always been courteous, professional and helpful. Service has been excellent and now dealing with Mitch. Very nice guy and professional with other ideas and options to suit my needs.

Be very carefull if you purchase an extended warranty. I payed for the extended warranty and was told if I don’t use it in the 4 years I will get a percentage of my money back. I called in after the 4 years and the warranty company said the box wasn’t checked for that option. I called Velner to see what was going on and was told that it wasn’t checked. And there is nothing they can do about it. They fill out paperwork and miss things that end up being a huge expense for you. If you buy anything make sure you look it all over. I’m out a lot of money because of a box not being checked.
