Venetian Nail Spa

I visited today for a shellac removal and just a manicure. The receptionist was lovely, that’s where it ended. The nail tech assigned to me was less than happy. Took her several trips from the back before she actually started my nails. She asked me if I only wanted a manicure, I said yes. My nails are filed differently from each other, she didn’t speak one word. I tried twice to talk to her. She was very busy eyeing a mother/ daughter that came in and was very happy to see she was going to look after them. She finished, got up, went to where they were seated (directly in front of me) and smiled, mtalked, engaged. If you don’t want to do a simple manicure and want to wait for something better, do that. I won’t be back.

They are amazing! They are understanding, accommodating and so kind! Best in the city & highly recommend! ️️ Kim & Phuong are the best!

I got a fill done 2 days ago and my nails are already chipping. Staff is always nice but this is super disappointing for how much it costs.

Hanh did heathy herbs shampoo so great. I and my husband so relaxed, she took care head, face, shoulders, neck…. Felling so good ️?
Will back again.

Always great service, and I’ve been going there for years. Whatever nail design you want, they can do, and they do it well.
I would highly recommend.

I feel robbed. They told me my nails were going to cost me 160.00 because of how detailed they were. I said sure but what I ended up with was garbage and I still felt rushed and unheard. When I asked for my design to be slightly different I was talked out of it. My design was nothing crazy and they put a bit of white over black and didn’t go over the white so you see right through it. I am incredibly disappointed. Are

Not the best service ever.the girl who did my nails was almost rude and not really gentle. Will not go back!

Felt a little fast. My finger got knicked during manicure and later a small infection set in. Have not tried it since.

Worst service ever. I got my nails with white spots on the actual colour in first week of getting them and then when I called her to give feedback, she told me to come and get a new colour but when I went there she did not changed the colour and apply the same nail paint but after taking that I again got my nails with white spot damaged double white coat. Moreover, their service and behaviour at first time was different than when I went there for second time to get my nails fixed.

They were amazing! Especially Kimberly. The other lady that did my gel nails went above and beyond; staying 20 minutes passed closed.same with the woman that works as the receptionist. I put 1 pic of my pedicure with flash. I love them. Gel nails on my fingers, same type of pics.if it appears texturized it's because it's glittery.it's silky smooth. 10/10

Terrible service they rush all the time stay away here I got a eyelash extension only kep 5days then some of lash dropped and they use verycheap
glue hurts eyes there is a studio just cross MacLeod Trail they do much better and same Price name is Fabutan/Hush Lash Studio

I often go here and get great customer service. Ladies really pay attention to details. The place is very clean and hygiene in terms of COVID-19 protocols. If this is your first visit, you won’t regret it.

Went 3 times was good but this last time. I asked for them to be shorter oh I got that and more when I told her they were to short she put some length back on.both hands look so different now! When I said I didn’t like them she told me I would after they had polish on. When I told the manager she said sit we will fix them still the lady looked at me like I was crazy NOW before you say oh must be me.it’s not I have had nails for over 20 years. Not happy don’t spend your now hard earned money here did I mention she had to leave right away for a doctors appointment maybe perhaps I was rushed? !

Staff chattering away in their own dialect. Walked in and got in right away. Price was good. Service was ok.

I came to this salon because it was convenient at the time, however I'm in the Medical Esthetics industry and know how important cleanliness is - especially working on people's skin. I looked at the counter I was getting my nails done and it was full of dust and must not have ever been washed. I looked at the floor around my feet and it was dirty.the tools and brushes in a jar had dust all over them. The UV lamp was filthy on top. I can only imagine if they actually sterilize the tools properly. My guess is no because the nail file they used on me looked very used.

This grossed me out and I won't be back. I can't believe these prole are able to run a salon with the amount of dust and filth. Take a good close look for yourselves.

I have traveled extensively throughout my adult years and as such have had the privileged of visiting many different spas. Having a manicure and pedicure are staples for me. I never go without, that said I enjoy a place that really gets it right every single time. I have been going to the Venetian Nail spa on Macleod for about 6 years now. They are all incredibly talented, it doesn't matter who you are paired with (even Hannah!). Its starts with the leadership: Nancy, she is a lovely woman with a huge heart and a sincere desire to ensure every single client, woman, man or child have a wonderful experience. She never stops working and checking in with everyone. All of the girls are like a close family. The healthy banter back and forth & soft laughter are all just part of the experience. They make me feel like a v.i. P. (which I am not) every time I go in. I have recommended this place to so many friends.it all comes down to the people. They are incredible at what they do, quick, pleasant and attentive. I have nothing but AMAZING praise for this place.
