Venus Nail Salon

This morning I had the most traumatic and unpleasant experience at the Venus Nail Salon. I made my appointment 3-4 days ago, and had also previously booked another appointment for my daughter for the evening time.
Tammy was recommended to me by a friend, and I've been booking my nail services with her on a regular basis.
This morning, for no obvious reasons, Tammy was extremely irritated and yelled at me in front of other clients and nail specialists.
I was shocked by such disrespectful and rude behavior towards her regular customer. I asked her why does she think it's a normal way to treat her customers, for which Tammy didn't respond at all and ignored me altogether.
Every time I come for my appointment, I have to wait for 30-45 min at least, and then she works very slow, and doesn't always do a great job. Despite all of that, I still booked with her, as my friend highly recommended her, and we all can make mistakes.
I am deeply disappointed by Tammy's disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. Hope to hear from the owner of the salon to discuss this situation further.

Best place to get your nails done! No other options other place will compare. Venus nails is the best in the city!

They made me bleed by cutting way too short unnecessarily, very slow service, and talked about me in another language when I expressed pain from being nicked with the clippers. So that wasn’t great LOL.

Got a wonderful mani-pedi by Le! She was so kind and did an amazing job. She didn't mind that I just wanted to enjoy the quiet as I was there on a mom date with myself. I will definitely be going back. I didn't feel rushed and truly felt taken care of.

Girlfriend recently had her nails done, she really loved the finished product. Was her first time, after recently switching from her regular place. Seems like they have gained another happy customer

I so enjoy going to Venus Nail Salon. They make every effort to accomodate your reservation request. The seldom make you wait. The work is first class for pedicures and manicures as well as eyelash tinting. The pricing is extremely reasonable.it wasn't until now i realized my wife posted this under my account (:

Good service for mani/pedi. Wax was so so and Took a little bit longer than expected. Shellac pedicure was done well but shellac manicure didn't even last a week.

They dis a great job on my pedicure. My cuticles have never looked better! And they took such good care of my mom, making sure the polish was dry.helping her with her socks and shoes. Great service!

AMAZING quality of work, huge color selection, extremely affordable prices, and very friendly and expert staff. I have gotten shellac nails here twice now ($21 for color change) and am incredibly impressed with how long they last and how fast & smooth the salon's process is. I very highly recommend Venus nail salon and will definitely continue to come back here!

I have been going to Venus Nail Salon for years and all the staff are friendly and the quality is average. However I don't think they clean their nail equipment, I have gotten a few finger infections after getting gel refills. I won't be going anymore.

Hit or miss place. My first experience was great but the next person didn't know what they were doing or care. Nails filed on a slant, some nails sharp, some rounded.
I will not be going back, not worth the money for crooked nails. I could do that myself without paying someone lol

They got me in real fast last minute to fix my raggedy nails from my regular salon. The lady did an amazing job and I’m totally switching back, they are very reasonable with their pricing and sooo nice!

Not a great experience this time. My daughter and I both had regular manicures and it was rushed, sloppy and the nail tech cut my daughter’s cuticle so deep it was bleeding. She looked at my daughter to see her reaction and my daughter didn’t say anything, so neither did she. No apology. I usually get pedicures there and they’re pretty good. I will still go as prices are reasonable but def not getting a mani from them again.

Quality of their acrylic nails are incredibly low. Went for a fill here as I'm new to the area and was disappointed. Nails weren't very even and they started chipping within the first week. Will not return

When I was living in the area about a year and a half ago, I've always stopped in to get my nails done. All the ladies there are wonderful and super nice. Their attention to detail with your nails goes beyond the services of other nail salons I've been to. They take the time to converse with you and they remember you! Like most salons, they do speak to each other in their language but most salons don't realize that I can understand them, and not once have I heard them speak negatively about any customer unlike some other places. I've tried other places since I've moved, but it really doesnt compare to this place. I will always make the drive to this salon.

Was very busy when I arrived so it must be a good nail salon but the parking was so difficult in the plaza. I ended up leaving and getting my nails done elsewhere. Will try again and make an appointment

I went to get my nails done for my birthday so I went in and I got gel nails and during the time I was getting my nails done I can see that she was rushing. I was long coffin nails and when she was cutting them she double check if they are all the same length. At the time I looked at my nails and saw that one of pinkie nails is longer than the other, so I told her they aren’t in shape and she just said it’s coffin it will come in line.so I kinda forced her to fix it so finally she did. I got my colors and she was applying the gel way too fast It felt like she didn’t care, so finally I got my sets done I paid $65 like I was shock because I went to a different nail place sage hill and the woman did so much better it was rounded up to $55 but regardless I paid. Half of my nails aren’t even. Just a p.s if you’re rushing please don’t touch my nails I want someone taking there time and giving me actually good customer service because this was unacceptable and I won’t be going back ever again.

Very talented group of women. Been a customer since 2004. Recommend you call to make an appointment but they do take walk-ins when they are not too busy. I always get compliments on my nails

I love my nails! I didn’t get my girls name but she was in the middle of th desks and she had short dark hair with glasses. She is soooo good.
