Called up Al for a heating problem in one of my rental properties. Although he was busy that day, he managed to squeezed me in and immediately identified the problem. In the early days of winter our furnace wasn’t working. Vero went above and beyond on a busy day assisting me via text and phone to be able to fix the problem myself when I informed him I had the abilities and he new he couldn’t fit me in. I offered to pay for the consult but he was just happy to ensure we had heat. I have never known a trade willing to do this and we were incredibly grateful, it was not a fun cold snap. I will definitely be using them for future servicing.

Over time I have used a number of different HVAC companies in Calgary and have been a bit frustrated by cost and also the tendency towards upselling. I recently hired Vero Mechanical to install two new furnaces plus an AC unit and was beyond impressed by Alvaro's customer service, communication skills, technical expertise and extremely competitive pricing. We booked a date for the quote and it ended up being very timely because our furnace was acting up the day he came. He had everything he needed to repair the furnace that day, and it has been running great ever since! When we were ready for the AC install, he was very accommodating and professional. I called Alvaro because my furnace was making a strange noise when running. He came by and replaced our motor the same day preventing a scenario where we potentially could have no heat during a cold snap.

Our very old furnace stopped working suddenly and Alvaro came out promptly the same day to inspect our furnace. All the other places I phoned were going to be a week before they could even come out. Alvaro inspected all the bits of our furnace to help fix the problem and come up with a long-term solution for our very old furnace. Alvaro was very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I will recommend his services to others!

Highly recommend Vero Mechanical. Alvaro was responsive, on time, reasonably priced, quick to pin point the problem and fix it in an honest and reputable way. He could have told me the issue was something much bigger than it was and gotten paid much more, but he performed the simple fix and it worked like a charm.
