Veronica's Dog Grooming & Daycare

My dogs did very well and we boarded them for 24 hours so we could ski a day. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and they clearly love what they do. My only complaint is that they have no signage to locate the premises and it was hard to find at night.

We attended out annual chritmas party in Banff and needed someone to take of our dog - she stayed 2 nights @Veronica's and we had her groomed before we picked her up. This is place is absolutely amazing 10/10. I highly reccomend you check them out. Thank you to the owner & friendly staff who took care of and groomed our dog. We will be back:)

What a great spot! We took our pup here while visiting Banff so we could do some mountain biking. Every evening when we picked him up he was happy and worn out On our final day they were able to squeeze him in for a bath and nail trim. We were super grateful and our pup looks great. Staff are so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! We are vacationing in Banff and my little cavapoo went running through a field and was covered in burrs. Literally all over her - feet, face, ears, sides. It was awful. I brought her in with no appointment and they were able to bathe her and remove all the burrs in just a few hours. Everyone I talked to was super nice and understanding. Amazing customer service and I felt like my dog was very well taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Our Rover sitter ghosted us, and we found Veronica’s while attempting to figure out where to board our dog while in Banff for a wedding. We should’ve just called Veronica’s in the first place! Not only did they take our dog at the very last minute, but they gave her a great bath as well. Highly recommend, and we will be back next time we’re in town!

Got our Poki in last minute because we were headed to go ice skating at lake Louise.staff was very friendly and seemed professional. There was a definite smell of dog in the store and it’s in the industrial part of town which was honestly not that big of a deal 4.6 stars.

My boyfriend brought my great pry mix (Haven) to Veronica's, after a not so great night in our hotel. The hotel we were staying at was nice, but was a little too loud/busy for a great pry to relax.

It's a really hard to leave your animal with strangers, so we were ecstatic to see how happy she was when she left. She was clearly well taken care of, thank you!

I visited Banff during the holiday season. While my family and I were on tours and exploring the mountains our pup was playing at Veronica’s daycare. The staff there was so wonderful! They were so accommodating with pick up and drop off. When a tour started early or late they were so eager to see how they could help me get Ahsoka. During vacation it can be stressful leaving my pup with strangers, but the owner and staff made me feel so comfortable. By the second day Ahsoka was so happy to see come back and see the staff. Also the indoor shop has such cute things for dogs of all sizes. I bought my pup a hand made sweater. Definitely recommend if you live in Banff or are just visiting. I wish I could send my pup to this daycare back in NYC!

I have a rescue dog, and so it’s hard to find pet grooming places I trust. Veronica’s is one of the places I have no second guesses about bringing my pup here. They always give me some info about how he did, and he comes home happy, healthy, and tired.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for ages. Veronica’s / 762 are the best. Six weeks after we adopted our dog we had to go abroad to see family and were so nervous about leaving her. JF, Florence and the team could not have been more supportive or taken better care of her. Since then Kuma has had some complex health problems but they have been so patient in sorting out her ever-changing medications. We are regulars and will drive over from Canmore to drop Kuma off because we know she thinks of this place as her second home. It’s the people that make it such a special place. Thank you!

Visiting Banff for my hubby's birthday and we knew our fur-baby couldn't do a few things with us during the day. Our hotel gave us a recommendation for Veronica's. Milo didn't look back once, he was so excited from the love he got as soon as we walked in. We appreciate the care you took of our little guy for the day, thank you so much! I know Milo is looking forward to being back.

We are visiting Banff, and I realized that most of the sightseeings is not pet friendly, not sure what to do, i searched up for daycares and Veronica’s popped up. The location is super convenient, but worried how my 15 week puppy would feel, I gave it a chance. My puppy was there the whole day and when I picked him up he was the happiest. I was terrified of interactions with other dogs, but seems he did great and the staff were super friendly and understanding. They gave him the space to sniff around and also realized he needed a nap and let him snap. They also took videos of him and I loved that. Thank you so much for care and making our trip more memorable.

We were visiting in Banff with our dog Beta. Banff gondola doesn't allow dogs, nor did our lodging, so we arranged the Veronica's daycare! It was very easily communicated and Beta had a good time obviously since when we mentioned to go to daycare, he is all excited now.

The woman working seemed like she really cared about my dog and her well-being during the stay.

We brought our dog with us to Banff and we had a last minute change in plans. We needed a doggy daycare and we looked up Veronica’s. Nick was very helpful and we were able to drop Cooper at the doggy daycare for a couple of hours. He even texted us a photo of our doggo playing with his new buddies. Pleasant surprise, above and beyond expectations.

I used the daycare service January 16th 2022. My dog has some manners issues and struggled with socialization a bit. I called in advance to ensure that it would be OK to bring her, I was assured it would be. When I arrived, notes were made and the crew was ready for my lil Heeler cross with open arms. I was nervous the entire day, but no news is good news! When i arrived they praised her behaviour and my pup was tuckered right out! She played and ran to her heart's content. The employee threw in a 'she is welcome here anytime' as we left. If that isn't 5/5. I don't know what is. I will be using them again, without question.

Our dog's first daycare experience and he seemed happy to arrive and was happy to be back the next day.

Very friendly staff, and our dog is super excited whenever we drop him off for overnight boarding. When we pick him up he has always clearly been well looked after and is exhausted from all the play.

We use daycare when we go skiing for the day! Our pooch loves this place, and their hours align well with our weekend skiing. Would recommend.
