Versus

I recently moved in with my family in VERSUS and indrajit was the person who helped us with all formalities. He is very kind, helpful and professional who made our journey super easy thanks to him.

It’s been a great experience staying in Versus. Indrajit Sarkhel is the man, he is a one stop for all the help you need.

I m lucky to find him, he made my move in to the apartment seamless.

I moved to Calgary quite quickly and was very fortunate to find Versus. Both Ryan G and Indrajit S were an exceptional help both when we were working through the lease process and during my initial move in. Versus is an exceptional building in a good, fun location. Many thanks to Indrajit, Ryan, and the team at Versus for everything.

P. S. The team at Versus work hard and do exceptionally well to make you feel welcome. They may in fact be too committed - someone tell these lads to go home at the end of the day!)

I recently moved into Versus. Really liked the apartment. Excellent community with all the needed amenities. Move in was really smooth. Special thanks to leasing executive Indrajit Sarkhel who explained the move in process so nicely and made it wasy for us.

Good property, with regular community events. Very receptive and committed team for leasing and managing the property.

Fixed leak right away.
Prompt, polite, effective and friendly - couldn’t ask for more.

The manager just didn't come to our appointment, we waited from 9.40 to 11 am and left.

I to express my sincere appreciation for the incredible experience my family and I had while living in Versus.

The staff at Versus went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were consistently amazing, helpful, and friendly.

In addition, the gym facilities were outstanding. The equipment was in excellent condition, with a wide range of options for cardio and weightlifting, making it easy for us to maintain our fitness routine.

It's with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to Versus. We will truly miss this exceptional living arrangement and all the wonderful memories we've made here.

The entire team at Versus has been amazing since the first day, I want to highlight the support for Nijaz, Emad, and Hallie for being highly attentive.

Very professional and friendly management and staff. Always helpful in any matter. The public areas are always clean. Service at the highest level.

I'm currently living in Versus apartment and I must say, this is a fantastic experience. The apartment is clean and has a modern design that I really appreciate. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, making the space feel open and bright.

I would highly recommend rent any Versus apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.
The leasing team has been responsive and helpful, which has made the rental process smooth and stress-free (I`m newcomer in Canada and this is my first home here). I'm very happy with my decision to live here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Here is my experience with the Versus team.

November 18,2022.
Me: It would be great to have a full tour on November 26 or 28-29.
Versus: We can give you a tour on Saturday November 26th at 11: 00am, 1: 00pm or 2;00pm.
Me: It's ok on November 26th at 11: 00am.
. And no reply.

. November 28?
Versus: Were you still looking to come in?
Me: Is it possible at 12: 00 on Novemver 30?
. And nothing until today.
It's so sad.

Living at Versus has been a horrible experience, including everything from noisy neighbours to extensive repairs with workers in and out of the apartment to dismissive management.

I work from home and the worst ongoing issue is a terrible neighbour above who also works from home and enjoys tapping, banging, bouncing something hard, and rolling marbles or beads or something strange (it’s a mystery!) across their floor throughout the day and evening, everyday.

Try doing client meetings or relaxing in the evening with that going on!

Management is dismissive when asked for help, basically saying that this is life in an apartment building so deal.

I had moved into Versus feeling very optimistic and thinking it was going to be my long term home. It’s disappointing that now I hate every moment here and feel desperate to get out.

I urge anyone considering Versus as an option to keep looking. My work and personal life are both suffering due to the ongoing noise issues and there’s no help from management.

Basically, life at Versus sucks big time!

I was at the Versus building the other day visiting a friend and I was so impressed by the amenities that this building offers - media lounge, games area, gym to name a few. The location is amazing with so many eating and entertainment options nearby. I will surely be considering to move here once my current lease is up.

Amazing experience. They have super team in particular Alaa, Jillian and Manish, all of them are of superb help, entire building is well maintained, great security and amenities. Many events are organised for residents.

Great twice a month community events organized at Versus for all types of interests such as cooking, dancing, wine tasting, karaoke, pet owners, arts and crafts. Special thanks to community organizer Alaa Al-Eryani for being friendly and always brining new events. Special thanks to Carly Fielding at Sugar Cube YYC for having a very fun Blind Candy Taste Tasting.

Over an entire month of construction, people walking in and out of apartment with 0 notice almost every day of the week randomly (they have keys so people literally burst into your unit without consent, woke up to construction people outside my bedroom literally watching youtube videos and chatting with each other INSIDE MY APARTMENT, they didn't even know I was beside them in my room) loud noises and 0 privacy, also broken sink hasn't been fixed in 2 months, ignored multiple times with email communication. Sadly this seems to be the norm with newer condos in calgary, they are built extremelly cheap and the tenants have to pay for corner cutting decisions.

Lived here for two years and Ill miss it.very well managed, decent ammenities, good AC for hot summers, and great views.my only complaints are the elevator is slow sometimes but that can be expected in a high rise, the visitor parking is unfortunate (24hr free per unit per month) It is taking a while to get my deposit back but the moveout walkthrough was very fair.no absurd deductions like many landlords try to do.its a good place to live.
