The service and selection are great. The gentlemen running the shop is so amicable and helpful.

I have been a customer of Zach’s since the Zac’s Vac’s days. His customer service and reliability are impeccable. Myself and my family have purchased at least 10 vacuums from Zach and he has always been able to fix/repair/upgrade all of them. We recently bought a home with a Central Vac system and Zach was able to repair the system to work flawlessly. River City Vacuums can do it all. We highly recommend their services.

Bought a vacuum and love it! It's works great! I've been through a few vacuums having a great Pyrenees - his fur gums up and clogs most. Zachary showed the vacuum and it's features as well as an in store demonstration to show it worked well. If I need repairs for anything vacuum or air purifier related I'll be sure to come back. Excellent customer service and very clean and organized store front.

Great service, guy was friendly and knowledgeable. Was in and out in under 20 mins. Name was changed so it’s now Rivercity Vacuums now.

Usually I am one of those that goes to one of the big name stores to purchase a new vacuum but boy has that changed after stopping by here.

Zach was able to help me out and went above and beyond to help me make the right purchase. Never will I goto another place when searching for a vac. Highly recommend this place! This guy knows his stuff.

Excellent service. Got the part for the Dyson I need. Sadly the original owner Wayne passed away due to an accident. Zach's Vacs took over the business and is glad to help you with your needs. He services many models and has access to parts that are hard to find on line for most makes and models. Zach is the New Vetran electronic Vacuum guy. Awesome service, he could use more community support. You cam still contact him through veterans number (for now)
