Very disappointed experience living here. I rent a condo in this building for 2 years. There are too many things want to complain.
The air conditioning system never works for the whole summer. They mentioned one of the two compressors was down in may. 2 months has gone. The compressor is still not fixed. I don’t know which floors are enjoying the air conditioning. Definitely not on mine.
One of 3 elevators is always out of work. You will never know when it down. Sometimes, even 2 of them don’t work.
Your neighbours may smoke cannabis in the building, but the manage team will do nothing. I complained that a couple of times, but I never got any positive feedback. You cannot open the window, you can’t open the door. Pretty much, lock yourself in your room.
The management company said they clean the garage every year. But it is almost August, the garage is still messy. And the garage door is super slow. You need to wait there for at least 10 seconds…
The alpha house is across the street of this building. There are a lot of homeless around the building. The front door was broken once, and the management company spent around 3 or more months to fix it.
Even my realtor, she never reply my emails. Only when she wants to contact me, she sent a “command“ to me. That was not an attitude to client. She never treats her clients as god, but as slaves.

The main desk concierge is always smelly. Not to be rude but as a resident I have to speak for the others. It’s like she never showers and makes my entry and exit in to the building so unpleasant. I have to use a mask whenever I approach the desk.

Easily the most poorly managed building I've ever lived in. So many things to complain about, but the common theme is that nothing gets fixed in a reasonable amount of time, and management doesn't seem to care about the people who call this place home.
I've lived here for nearly a year. For 80 percent of that time, at least one of our three elevators have been broken. That may not seem like a big deal, but in a building as big as this, you can add on 10 minutes of time waiting for an elevator whenever you have to go anywhere.
The buzzer system makes no sense. You can buzz someone into the building, but they can't actually use the elevator to get up to your floor. The front buzzer was smashed in by our neighbours from the alpha house across the street a while back. It took 2-3 months to fix it, and now that it's "fixed", you can at best buzz someone in and meet them down in the lobby if they want to come up to your room.
I'm just renting, and don't actually own a condo here, but if I did, I'd be livid. This place is a joke.

The condo company catalyst is terrible, they can't manage the property. The Elevator is always broken and the garage door is slow.

Great condo apartments close by the 17th Ave and the stampede ground. Gets a bad name for the Alpha house beside it but I did not feel concerning at all and most of residents are happy living there

Great apartment building, lots of amenities, heated parking as well. You get mountain and city views.
