Tasty food. However as we sat and chatted until about 10 minutes to close the staff turned off the lights over us to tell us to leave.

I think this was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. We ordered a marinara pizza and it was awful. There was almost no marinara sauce and the pizza was completely drenched in mozzarella cheese of which was totally undercooked and sliding off the pizza.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and alfredo chicken penne pasta. The pizza was cooked in the clay oven and tasted amazing. Given we went on a Wednesday, the pizza was on special for $12. It was roughly 12-13 inches. The alfredo was great, but not enough sauce.

Service was fast and the cashier was polite. Only minus point was that there were dirty dishes left behind and waiters were very slow to pick them up.

The atmosphere was nice and calm with minimal noise.

I'll definitely be going again.

I came at 4: 30pm on a weekday, waited over 10 minutes for any staff to acknowledge or help me (the person who did eventually help me was filling the fridge). Weirdest experience I've had here.

Friendly staff, Lots of Parking, Good atmosphere but a little bit pricey. Try the daily specials!

Ordered pasta and a sandwich. Sat for 30 min waiting for my order and ended up giving up and getting a refund. Something is broken.

Ordered online pick up at 6: 40 as I was in the area. By 7: 15 (35 minutes later) I tried calling to check on the status of the order as I still didn’t have a pick up time… Went straight to a voicemail. I cancelled my order and decided to go in and order.

When I went in, we stood at the till for 5 minutes and made eye contact with several employees. We weren’t greeted nor did anyone speak to us or acknowledge we were waiting to order.

Ultimately decided to walk out as it seemed no one wanted to take our order.

0/10 customer service.

Terrible. The woman who took our order was very salty and so was the food. Won’t be back but have to eat it because I’m hungry. Got free breadsticks that were basically air with no flavour.

Ordered Alfredo with chicken pasta. Chicken was soooo dry and chewy, tasted weird. There was barely any sauce on the pasta as well, it was dry and pasty. Gummy almost. The bomboloni were also really dry/stale/hard to chew. Pretty expensive for what you get.

I had been to this location many years ago for the 1st time, it was beyond incredible! This was my 1st time back and sadly my experience was much different. I decided to try the pizza this time and it was burnt to a crisp. No flavor and literally one piece of basil on the Margarita pizza. A very disappointing experience. Not sure if it was an off day or how it is now.

The food is seriously some of the best I've eaten anywhere in years. I'm not joking, if you've never tried this place, go, it will blow your mind.

Eat here often, the staff is always friendly to me and the food is wonderful. The coffee is good and pairs well with their brownies, great experience everytime.

Ordered the beef bolognese and it kinda was like canned spaghetti. Still tasted good, just not what I was hoping for.

Awful, absolutely awful. I ordered delivery for the first time, and ordered the portobello chicken, with a side of Alfredo pasta salad.

What I received was a dish saltier than the Dead Sea, with chicken so tough that it could patch a tire. I never got the salad, but honestly? I'm considering myself fortunate.

I wish I could give this place a 0. The management here is HORRIBLE.feel extremely sorry for the employees. I was there last week and while sitting at my table waiting for my food I can hear the managers yelling at his employees. I was extremely DISGUSTED.employees are so overworked there and it’s extremely evident, there were two girls up front running back and forth doing an amazing job. The girl in a hijab was the one who took my order and she was super nice and welcoming. I had an issue with my food and the cook with the man bun was super professional and came out personally and apologized and remade it. I would love to come back considering the food was good and the employees are amazing but the employees getting yelled at was such a turn off and I don’t think I’ll ever be going back. I feel super bad for the employees.

Arrived at 630 and there were 3 tables occupied and two tables had their food already. Numerous staff on site. I was surprised by the number of dirty tables. Ordered a new Yorker pizza which I have had numerous times. This pizza came out barely warm with a limp crust. So disappointed I will definitely not return.

This location is very fortunate to have the hard working youth who work here. They were courteous, better than many servers we experienced at other restaurants. The prices are rewarding during these difficult financial times, thr food was delicious, and we will be back.

Ten out of ten, always amazing food, I've tried SO many items and I've never been disappointed! The service is great, quick enough to be "fast food" but always super fresh and hot! The carbonara and chicken Parm are definitely my two favorites!

I have been going there since it open, service and staff are the best from the owner to the cooks and the cashier, and of course the food, I had a very minor issue recently went there owner gave me a discount and a no charge dessert.
That what I call a great costumer service that make anyone go there all the time, great work keep it up.

A very unique idea for a restaurant. Great food with a great variety. I highly recommend trying one of their wraps because it will be like nothing you have ever had before.

Went there for lunch today and the food was very good! As a couple we shared a spicy pasta and pizza, and that was definitely the way to go.the only negative was the dining room was DIRTY! -the tables, floors, windows and most noticeably the chairs need a serious scrubbing.

WOW. This place just knocked my socks off with customer service. I popped in after a long day of work to pick up some pizza and pasta for my kiddos. They went above and beyond my expectations in terms of friendliness and delicious food. We will 100% be going back!

Great food and atmosphere! Easy to grab a "quick-enough" bite (it's worth waiting for a well cooked meal). Better to sit in and enjoy this food hot.

Excellent pasta for quick dine in experience. Love their sausage & broccolini linguine. So good. Their French fries is too notch, perfect amount of crispy and soft inside! Excellent store!

Via Cibo is, without fail, one of my favorite places to eat! The service is always amazing, the food is quick but never leaves me feeling gross, im always full and satisfied.

Would love to not even give one star - I have heard absolutely horrible things about the manager of this establishment. Treating his young staff like absolute garbage… will never come here ever again. I will never support a company that believes this man’s behaviour towards his staff is appropriate or justified by any means. Absolutely disgusting.

Clean location but sometimes short staffed so long wait for orders. Hard working staff but seems the expectations on them are a bit much. To me this reflects on the owner so maybe they need to step it up a notch or 2! Really not impressed!

I checked the online menu before I went my heart was set on the veal cutlets which It was not offered once I got there so I settled for the steak and blue cheese pizza which was the absolute worst pizza of eaten in my life I was with 6 other people and and everyone had something different and had the same
comment as I did

Just waited 15 minutes at the cash register and walked out without being served. WAY under staffed. The poor cashier was trying to deal with Skip orders, phone orders, expediting, and helping pack to go orders. Poor thing. We literally stood there and watched her work while the line grew and grew. No worries, two less customers. We went to Moxies.

Their sausage and brocollini pasta with fettucine is worth coming back to every time! Very fast customer service, and the pasta itself is one of my favourites.

Food tasted ok but I was really seeking healthy vegan options and simply chose the wrong place because I was stuck in the area waiting for my car to get winter tires. They are completely honest about what they do and I should have listened haha. Had a gluten free pesto pasta that I asked if it was dairy free which I don't think was as I had a big dairy reaction and was quite sick. Was soo greasy and oily and salty compared to what I usually eat but again that is merely my preference for healthy options and fresh food.

Placed an Uber order as we’ve loved stopping in for sandwiches before.

We got two pizzas, a pasta, donuts and a side ceasar salad. Decent pizza, delicious pasta…. And completely rotten lettuce in the salad. Makes me sad because I really enjoyed the other things we ordered and felt sick to my stomach after opening the salad and seeing that they had this sort of nastiness in the kitchen.

Called to let them know, they shouldn’t be sending this out, and they said they’d pass the information on to management, who never called me back. Disappointing.

No complains on taste or staff. Food was very good tasting and presentation was nice. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was clean and upscale looking. Food took less than 10 minutes and was delivered to my table. My complaint is portion size compared to price. This meal pictured was $21CAD with a can of Pepsi before a tip.

Really tasty food actually. Wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Had the linguini with tomato sauce and meatballs. Meatballs were excellent and pasta was nicely cooked. Only issue is they have a habit of serving drinks in warm glasses that are right out of the dishwasher.

Had the penne rose and kids love the butter and parmesan linguini. Service is quick and food is delicious.

Via Cibo is a favourite casual eatery for high quality, fresh and prompt service. Order is placed at the counter, and after paying, you are given a number stand to place it on your selected table. Your meal is brought to your table, by very friendly staff, usually within 5 minutes. It is an ideal place to enjoy a quick meal, or you can socialize as long as you wish in a relax atmosphere. Their pasta dishes are always perfectly prepared with fresh ingredients and taste awesome.

Amazing food and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Five of us ate for $135.every thing was very good. Will go again.

They have good service, food menu has a good variety where you can choose from. I had the linguine carbonara and it was delicious, a little too salty for my taste but really good!

I frequent here. One improvement is to make-up the toppings equally, and then spread them evenly for each pizza pie.
We were disappointed last time with the grilled veggie pizza order with mushroom overshadowing the flavour and other toppings, with some pieces getting all of it.

Italian food isn't just pasta and pizza, but they have those here too, and much more. All of it come quick. The service is awesome too.

Great selection of Italian street food. Staff was very nice and prompt with service and seems happy to be working there. All in all a good place to grab lunch or dinner. Left happy and full will be back for sure!

I was unimpressed by the quality of the food. It's fine for its price, certainly a better chain then BP's or Tony Roma's. Fun way to get quick bite with friends as well as some drinks.

Great service and delicious food. The ordering process is a bit clunky if you’ve never been there before but the staff are very helpful with that.

We came in for a late dinner. The meal was very good. And the girl doing the till and taking food orders was a very hard worker. Except she decided to sweep and clean the tables all around the table my wife and I were eating at, it was very annoying. Especially since she started stacking chairs after in areas where no one was eating. She could of did that first.

Was super impressed! The Gnocchi was AMAZING! So was the Carbonara. Bruschetta was delicious and portions were a good size. Prices were no more than a regular restaurant with a fine dining atmosphere. I will absolutely come back and recommend!

Really bland pastas. The sauce needs to be more thick and more delicious. Not really worth the prices for pasta. I would go elsewhere.

Food was very good. Seating and overall restaurant layout is a bit awkward but otherwise comfortable. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Loving the $9 pastas Tuesday. It comes to the table quickly. Friendly staff make dining here pleasant. Better than fast food.

Great food and excellent service. I've tried several dishes, and have been impressed every time. The service is quick (I can easily squeeze in a lunch here on a 30 minute lunch break) but the atmosphere is far from a fast food joint. The staff are friendly, and will gladly help you pick a dish that's exactly what you're looking for. Would recommend.

Finally made it in and it was perfect.we had a nice lunch convinient restaurant thats quick like fast food but nice like a restaurant. Love it

The food is exceptional, Its not too fast and not to slow, I enjoy the layout of this location, The customers are even operating on the same wavelength. I have eaten pizza in manhattan and of course had to order the new yorker, They nailed it. The staff is friendly and upbeat, they are also open to helping out with anything if you need it. All of the staff works together and communicates effectively. Management is doing a great job!

An all-around great experience. Staff were very friendly and provided outstanding service. The food was quick and delicious. Large servings with lots of flavour. I will definitely be returning to this establishment!

Good food, the sandwiches are very tasty, the meatballs are fantastic, grandchildren love the pasta and the kids meals include everything which makes us happy. The pizzas are fresh and are more than enough for one or two people.

The food here is excellent. It is a little pricey, but it's unique, delicious and relatively authentic. Many of the menu items are not commonly found around town, including some of their drinks. Table service is also a nice feature, although the employee we dealt with did not seem overly familiar with what some items consisted of.

Great little spot to grab a quick lunch when shopping in the area. The food is pretty consistent, tasty and welcomes familiar comfortable dishes. Customer service friendly and rather quick with food order. Would be nice to have someone check in on you during your meal not afterwards when gathering plates. Keep in mind its not your usual restaurant where you order from your table however unique little concept to just grab a bite.

Been here twice for lunch and had great service both times. The man at the register was super friendly and genuine. Would rate higher than 5 stars based on that alone.

Loved the food, especially the gnocchi gorgonzola, I usually stick to my caronara but I was feeling adventurous and wanted to try something new. The server at the front with the hair scrunchie recommended the gnocchi and it was phenomenal. Excellent service & amazing ambiance. 10/10 will definitely come again.

Brother almost choked on a chicken bone that was on his pizza, this place guaranteed there is no bones in their dishes. Perhaps u should be more cautious before serving dishes to customers, and that's why I'll never go here again!

Love their pasta! Tuesday pasta for $9 from a selection of 4. Great ambiance and service. I've enjoyed the patio in the summer.

So the service and staff where TOP NOTCH, had a lot of fun and treated us real well. They get 5 stars
But the food really let me down, my friend got a pizza and fries (I know weird right?) and she said they where both excellent. I got what was basically a meatball sub on thick bread, and I was not super impressed. Not enough cheese, it wasnt melted or hot enough, little thin on the sauce and the Italian soda sucked, but that is cause I am an idiot and didn't stir it til like the end, so it was just an ok Sannich.
Id be willing to try them again and update this, but they are kind of expensive for what they are I feel, so it probably wont be soon
