I have seen results from my laser treatment. The space is always clean, and the esthetician is always ready, so there is no waiting time.

On my last appointment, I was treated by Sidram. She was so nice, patient, and respectful. She explained to me what she was doing and why, and she tried to be as gentle as possible. I left the place super happy with my results and with the customer service I received. I 100% recommend it.

I did the permanent hair straightening in mid June this year. It is early July now and it started getting wavier at the mid point of its length. Very much disappointed.

Make sure to see the reviews from their customers and not friends/family. I got 8 laser treatments done for jawline and they did the job they were supposed to only for the last three treatments and that too after several (polite) arguments. I still have several patches around the treatment area and they said if I continue doing the treatments it will go away. Hello! If you did your job for what you were initially paid for, it would've worked by now. Anyway, I was sick of their management-has-changed-so-policy-has-changed excuses and them changing appointment times last minute 3/8 times but wouldnt accomodate yours even once and charge $20 no-show fees when you call to reschedule (please note those are no-show fees not cancellation fees) so will not be continuing my business here. The lady at front desk/phone will try to be super sweet but is quite a bit of liar (!). Watch out and just make sure you have record of ALL the things discussed when you interact. Especially before/after pictures and treatment area/s to cover.

Response to owner: In that case, I should get refund for $60 for you cancelling/rescheduling 3× times within 24 hours of appointment? I understand laser results are not guaranteed, BUT if you did all paid treatments correctly the results would've been better than what they are currently.

I went there for keratin treatment end up with frizzy hair that treatment didn’t even work for me and I pay $ 460 for my hair. Awful service, worst salon I've ever been in.bad experience. I would never recommend it.

This place is the best in Calgary. I use to get my Laser Hair Removal Done in here. I have the best experience in laser. I have got my Keratin Hair treatment done last week I have amazing results. My hairs looks beautiful and shiny. Thank you for making to look pretty. I would recommend this place for every spa and hair services:)

I'm giving this place 2 stars because the lady was nice. I do not recommend anyone getting laser done here. After 6 sessions on my legs, I didn’t see very good results. I switched to another salon for this reason and saw a huge difference in the service.

Best place for Spa Day. Beautiful and clean place to go. I got my lashes, nails and facial done. Facial was so relaxing as well.

I bought gift card for my wife. They offer everything for laser, hair and beauty services. It was hard to choose but they offered me the best spa package for my wife. She loved it. I think it’s the beautiful and affordable place.
