Wish I could give 0 stars.
When I inquired why my rent was being increased from 949 to 1149 after living here for 3 years. They told me it's because I signed TOO good of a lease, and they had to adjust my rent to retroactively pay for all the time I've lived here.
667 sq ft for 1149 a month?
I wish it wasn't in the middle of winter, I never would have re-signed. Disgusting how they could do such a thing.

Also, felt important to include that during the winter, I've recorded temperatures in my suite as low as 11 degree's CONSISTENTY. In the summer, it gets to be 30. Ridiculously managed heating system.
Laundry costs 6$ every load, which may be standard, but the machines are ALWAYS dirty, NEVER clean, and NEVER dry.
The few times I was late to pay rent, by 3 days, they had the audacity to charge me an extra 50$. When I had mentioned to them I may struggle in advanced.
And to your response, I still live here and have made a few attempts at reconciling this to no avail. Your generic response is just a classic attempt at blinding your new customers.
