I've frequented this store for a long time and have always received friendly, quick and all around great service. They have fresh and delicious products and a lot of variety. I highly recommend this store.

They are the best butcher! We take all our game meat here and are never disappointed! The hot dogs and bologna are amazing! Chorizo sausages have to be our favourite though:)
The staff is fun to be around and you must go for lunch one day.

I have been to Victoria Fancy Sausage many times. In 2014, when I got my last whitetail deer, I had them process the meat for me. They do a fine job, as the staff have many years of professional experience cutting and preparing wild game. I have tried numerous food items in their vast selection since, and went in yesterday in fact, and they do not disappoint. I highly recommend stopping by, and I am positive that the smell of smoked meat will indulge your senses as you walk in. Thank you Victoria Fancy Sausage staff for the excellent service. I will be back for more.

Their sandwiches are SOO GOOD. I think this is my new favourite sandwich shop in the city. I ask for a "surprise me" sandwich and they just put whatever they want on it and it's great! And for 13.00 bucks for a pop and a soup to go with it, you can't go wrong. And their hot foot section always looks delish with the big ribs, chicken pot pie, smokies etc. I can't wait to try their pre-marinated meat sometime! I'm so glad I moved to this neighbourhood!

I shop here regularly and highly recommend this awesome shop. The bacon is amazing, lots of selection for deli meats, sausages and some European groceries. The staff are welcoming and friendly. This place is a gem.

I was looking for a whole rack of prime beef ribs and I called over 10 places with no luck. Like actual butchers, none of them had it. I was losing hope and called up this place and they had a nice chunky rack of prime ribs, the butcher was extremely helpful and left a GOOD amount of meat on it I’ve been told most people cut this meat to the bone. I’m just amazed that this homely little deli had what big name butchers didn’t. Really recommend got a good price for it too. Very close to no frills prices but you’re getting the meat fresh

Phoned from Peace River to ask if they could take my game the next day and was told they would. While driving into Edmonton I phoned again and the lady told me they didn't have room any more. I explained I didn't have anywhere to hang my game over the weekend and could they make an exception. She said they couldn't and to leave the deer in the car as it was cold enough. So I did.
Monday morning the owner, father of the lady I'd talked to, called my wife and informed her that I wasn't welcome at their store and not to come in. I phoned immediately to try to explain that there must be a mis-understanding and he hung up on me. I then left a note by their door apologizing if my conversation with his daughter was mis-construed. I never heard back.
Apart from being angry that it was my wife he talked to, I can't remember ever having been treated so rudely and unfairly.
Being busy isn't a license to hurt people.
