Unprofessional Dinosaurs

All positive reviews are fake. I wish I could give them negative stars

Don't employ them!

We moved into our condo 5 months ago and we’re still waiting on a broken window to be fixed. Trained circus monkeys could do a better job of managing.

If I could give them no stars. They incompatent and condicending we have dealt with them for years and really wish the condo board would fire them.

If I could give no stars I would - Jules is the most unprofessional property manager I have ever dealt with.

It was no surprise to me that a story involving them made the front of the Sherwood Park news. This company is the saddest excuse for a property management company. They got fired years back from the condos I was living in in Mill Woods at the time. I found that they used intimidation tactics to keep people off of their backs. Very unprofessional and borderline abusive. They made my living experience and owning a condo the worst, I couldn’t wait to sell and get out of there. I cannot believe they are still in business and that anyone would hire them. The five star reviews on here are obviously fake reviews.

How disgusting and appalling to slap residents with a 54k bill and no notice or time to come up with that money during an already difficult time. We are in the midst of a pandemic and most of the residents are seniors so you are expecting them to drain their life savings for repairs or put a lien on their home or reverse mortgage! Ighhh heart cold and unprofessional i cam see why all the terrible reviews

VPM is our service provider for our condo building. Over the years, they have done exceptional job is guiding the board members with effective solution. They are professional in terms of response and managing our property.
Anthony Canada is an great property manager and his response is nothin short of exemplary in his work.
I would highly recommend VPM if you are looking for a property management company for your condo building.
PS: most of the complain here is regarding the building and less to do with VPM. Property management is effective when you have a responsible condo board to give direction.

The only reason they get a star from me because there is no option for zero stars. Terrible company to deal with, I regret buying a condo under this management. The condo fees clearly go to nothing useful for residents, our snow got cleared only once this past winter, for example. That's one point on a very long list of small complaints that really add up to how horrendous this company runs things. Worse than renting from Boardwalk, honestly.

Worst property management company. Doesn't return voicemails and overall rude. For 3 straight years I have been trying to have a pothole filled on my parking stall caused by one of their contractors and every year they say it will be attended to. No one ever shows up. Dave our property manager is as useless as the pothole. Parkside Condominiums

Just here to share my personal experience with one particular property manager in this company, Brent Keeley. As a home owner, and managing some investement properties full-time myself, Brent was an outstanding professionals.

He always very friendly (not very common to many "typical" or sterotype should I say, property managers), and punctunal as well as professional.

You can tell he is here trying to help. That is the bottom line.regardless it is a small call about renting an extra parking, or a big deal that cost thousands of dollars to settle down. He always handle them with delightful grace and calm, and make you feel the enjoyment to work with such a delightful individual.

It might be because my luck to be fortunate to deal with Brent, and have been enjoyed his superb service for the last years, I feel a bit guilty if not throw a few lines here to say thank you.

Dave Johnson is extremely unprofessional and lacks communication skills. My condo was flooding and instead of telling me where the water shutoffs were, and after asking multiple times he just hung up on me and wouldn’t take my calls after. I’ve also waited months for drywall repairs to be done that still aren’t. I would not recommend this company and I think the reviews speak for themselves

Normal services for a property management firm. I'm on the board now got Insight on what is going on very helpful information from Jules Leclerc, did not understand the workings behind the organization. I'm learning now hopefully this comment review will supersede all the negative ones I have placed before.
