The ladies helping me today are fantastic at supporting customers not sure what they are looking for until they find it. It was a big shop for me and 3 different ladies all had given me amazing service.

I drove out from BC for family visits well as shopping and this store was stocked with tons in my size. It was nice experience and I look forward to next time.

They do have some really cute items but the new location is just horrible, it’s so tiny and doesn’t give that “Victoria secret” feel anymore. They only moved it a few doors down but I really miss the old one, it was huge and so many more options!

Nice big clean store! Many options more than the iron mills mall. I ended up getting buy one get one free pink sweater and joggers and 5 for 35$ victoria secret underwear deal. On vacation from ontario and this store is really well laid out. Lots of deals and offered help as soon as I walked in. Loved it got what I needed and more thank you

The investors for this place is letting the contractors building the new store screw over sub trades. Luxury Plumbing is not paying their sub trades and thus the investors should be dealing with this. Not a good look for the store

So my friend gave me a Victoria Secret gift card for 50$ last February then yesterday I was trying to use it the cashier said that someone used it last May 3 in the same store where my friend bought the gift card and I never use it coz I always ordered online for this store how can that be even possible that someone use my gift card even if I have it all this time?

They have changed location in the mall, it's very small space. Looks like store is closing (or just moved in?), boxes everywhere, very poor stock.
I have never seen VS look so bad and cheap.
Outlet at Cross Iron looks better than this location

I had such an amazing experience at this store last week. I went in needing to replace all the bras I have (or had) and hadn’t been comfortable in anything for a while. I got sized properly and both Vanessa and Dareyel were extremely helpful and friendly! I had lots of great options and went home very happy! Thank you so much

Buyer beware - do NOT make ONLINE orders from Victoria's Secret. You cannot exchange nor return items in-store. If a product is the wrong size or is defective, you have to ship it back AT YOUR OWN COST. I had to return a defective product recently and it cost me $18 in shipping plus $6 fuel surcharge with Canada Post, from Alberta to Ontario. I called customer service and they were pleasant and gave me a $20 gift card for the hassle, but I will never order online again. Nothing against this location in particular. Just a heads up to shop in store only.

When I asked the cashier for an extra small bag, and I also told her “these are gifts for two person”. She just told me “I don’t have enough bag to give you”. Since I’m in hurry, I just responded, ah okay!
Really? You can’t give ONE EXTRA small brown paperbag? It’s cheap though, you guys can charge that bag if you wanted to. I HATE THAT GIRL! RUDE!

Standard VS items, clean store. Walked around aimlessly for 10 minutes and hovered by the 2 girls working, trying to make eye contact to ask for help. Was ignored. They were too focused on their conversation that had no breaks and would make me feel rude to interrupt. I honestly was not impressed. Do better please.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped with sizing and everything I needed. I am very happy with my new purchases. Highly recommend this place, if you are looking for lingerie.

She was incredibly helpful in finding everything I was looking for, and was quick to ensure a variety of different sizes and styles were brought to my change room for me to peruse.

I visited this location in search for seamless underwear and left with more! The moment I came in I was greeted by an employee (I believe her name was Ruth!) who immediately guided me to the right section, helped me find the size and colour that would best suit me, and oriented me to the rest of the store and the sales going on. She was so friendly and genuinely invested in helping me out and being a friend! 15/10!

I had been putting off buying new bras for like 2 years, I've never really enjoyed the whole experience. I desperately needed to replace my bras and, as it turns out - I've been wearing the wrong band size. I typically get really overwhelmed just with the amount of bras there are and have no idea where to start. As soon as I arrived at Victoria's secret I was greeted by Deanel, I told her why I was there and the type of bra's I was looking for. She did a quick measurement and started guiding me through the barrage of titteh hammocks, helping me locate the ones I needed. We started with a 32" band size, realized I needed a 34" instead. Sorochi, another lovely employee, picked up right where Deanel left off - helped me nail down my selection, even went so far as to journey downstairs to see if a specific bra/size was in stock. Both Deanel & Sorochi were so helpful, attentive, handled my socially awkward personality with grace and I couldn't be more grateful. I don't 'hate' bra shopping anymore.

Mary Fleur was the sweetest and most helpful person I could have hoped for! She was with me through my whole shopping experience and made excellent suggestions! Ended up getting all of them! I walked into Victoria secret in the chinook mall super excited to get a new bra because I just didn’t have one that fit right and they are my usual go to! I live 3 1/2 hours away from the closet one. But when I walked in no one.not one person greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. Instead I just seen their employees chit chatting with one another. Was not happy with my experience that I was so excited for

Had a great experience! And The young lady working theree named Breanna went above and beyond to help me pick out new bras after i lost weight

My wife likes to shop here at least once a year. This year most store prices, not just here are a little higher. Covid restrictions limit the number of people in the store at one time. A squirt of hand sanitizer and your mask help protect us all. Lots of product selection and interesting body scents to be tested. You need to enter via the entrance on the northern most store to access V. S. Enjoy

Good customer service, if you want nothing done. You have to measure your self and if you do want to try anything on, you can't! Change rooms are closed.they will suggest you purchase the braw go to the washroom or your car and if its not the right fit come back and wait to get in again to do a return and do it all o er again.well then continue to do this till you find the right fit or you ha e 90 days to return.
And if you are covid 19 nervous the store is over packed and even to many employees.

Cut back on the employees and the amount of customers. Reopen your change rooms only allow two customers at a time in them have a employee in there cleaning before and after. And control the amount of returns. If they are wearing mask and sanitizing there hands then with permission they should be able to size you. Way safer then allowing returns from try on in a public washroom where you have no control over contamination.

There should not be any extra tills open if you are following the rules.
There should not be three employees standing shoulder to shoulder doing nothin

Customers who shop at Victoria secret stores should understand and appreciate better service and wait time. There just ask what your looking for and let you in not following any sort of structure. Set one employee up to one customer and they stay with them till they purchase. Once they have left the store the employee can sanitze themselves and be giving a new customer.

Returned a bra. Didn’t have right credit card so forced to take a gift card. Now they r closed. Ugh. Out $95. Ridiculous. Last time I try shopping there.

If one more person there will ask do I need any help, I will tell her I need $500 for shopping at VS

Good quality bras. Good when sales are in effect otherwise a little pricey. Worth the money overall.

The Chinook Mall location has been closed for two weeks. I've tried to return a purchase twice. No info about this on the VS site; the mall has no idea why the store is closed or when it will open. Never buying from VS again! (although it might go under soon anyway.)

Took my lady here for some underwear shopping! Has a wonderful mix of colors and materials to choose from. Everything from cute and fun to mature and saucy. The staff are pretty good at answering questions and helping with sizing. All in all its pretty good

Currently this store is closed, even though it says online that this location is open. My daughter and I love Victorias Secret, and usually find their products and service to be excellent. We were disappointed to find they were closed on arrival, despite saying online that they were open. Fortunately there is a wonderful 'La vie en Rose' across the hall in Chinook Centre Mall.

I found the selection to be limited. Plenty of lingerie, not enough comfortable, everyday woman wear. The lingerie is better.

It’s okay value for the money If you shop in store and don’t order through the US site and have to convert it to Canadian and pay shipping and duty. I find that quality isn’t what it was (in the underwear at least) a few years ago. The bras hold the same quality. I find 36DDD sizes always so picked through. It would be nice if they could do more to ensure these sizes were stocked and we had more then 2 patterns to chose from.

I had such a great experience here! The staff were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Mody in particular was great, I was there for over an hour trying to find the right thing and she provided amazing service. Overall very happy with the experience, would definitely recommend this store.

It was my daughters first time for she is a teen now and she was soo excited to wear Pink items. Overall had a great experience and customer service was awesome. Will return for sure

All the ladies here are so nice and will happily engage in genuine conversation. Was actually sad I had to leave.

There are always on sale with different discount, you can save money if you choose the best one.keep an eye on that.

Rude cashiers today, I understand that people get grumpy when they’re tired but being that rude at the beginning of your shift is unacceptable.

The place was disorganized, staff weren't very attentive when questions were asked on where items were as they gave vague answers, lack of assistance in the change rooms, longer wait times at the cashier and they never offered to size me.
