Not as many options as chinook centre! But did find some sexy thongs! Smaller store but good experience. Had more options at chinook centre today tho and prefer that one over the iron mills mall store.

I was in to shop for strapless bra which I have nevr purchased before ever, I was not sure how it suppose to fit me and what size I need. I ask for her help (which I was very hesitant to ask) to see the fit on me. She knew rightaway what I need and she made couple to trips back and forth to grab different sizes for me and made sure I get a right fit before I purchase.
A big thank you girl. You made my day.

Very rude staff. They have chairs but not for sitting so partners of shoppers must suffer because chairs are shelfs not for sitting.
Rude. Suggest bringing back chairs for men to suffer comfortably

Kamal is a great cashier! She was very kind and helped me out with my purchases both times I had come in.

Very bad customer service. I bought 25 pcs of mist & lotion and I asked if I can get more paper bag bcos its a gift & they told me they're not allowed to give additional paper bag in a very rude manner. I then asked if I buy the 25pcs mist & lotion separately I'll get more paper bag, they told me "3 paper bags per customer only" again in a very rude manner. I just returned everything. What a waste of time.

I love Victoria secret, have always shoped here for panties and its so unfortunate that I'm forced to leave such a poor review after today's encounter with the workers.was in the shop for 3mins and 6workesrs followed me asking if I needed any help, I said I was just browsing but they kept coming and really made it very uncomfortable for me to even shop, I was the only black person in the building, had no purse on me or anything that would make them think I would shop lift, Iam really not sure if workers are trained to always casually follow and ask black people for help or whatever, but its not professional.

Went there on Monday and I wasn’t asked if I needed help with anything. I had 3 workers look at me then walked away and when I finally did a sales associate she tried to sell me a bra that was to big for me. I felt very uncomfortable and sad because I haven’t bought a new bra in almost year I live an hour away with not much shops to choose from I understand it’s Christmas and the malls are extra busy this time of year but that’s no excuse. I left with tears in my eyes

Super helpful staff always quick to help me find just the right thing for my wife.

Selection is huge and varied. Everything from super super sexy to cozy and comfy.

The store is fine but there staff gives very poor service my wife ask for somethings staff member didn't help

My daughter and I had the BEST service from Darrella at Victoria Secret Cross Iron Mills tonight! What a pleasant lady! She made us feel special and heard and anticipated our wants and needs! We left spending a ton of money but happy with everything! Thank you Darrella!

Went there last month CrossIron VS, December, to buy Christmas presents for our girl friends but these staff members are so rude that they won’t let us give some extra paperbags or gift boxes. They said we can only have 1 medium paperbag like what? ! We have lots of items and they’re gifts so we need more than 1 paperbag! Went to Chinook VS instead and their customer service are awesome, they even put the items we bought in separate gifts boxes. Will never gonna come back in that Vs CrossIron ever again!

Very disappointed that you do not carry the real sports bras anymore. The service was good. Almost too good with someone interrupting our browsing literally every couple of minutes. It is very nice to have service but it was getting borderline ridiculous. Still love the rest of the merchandise and everyone is so nice, but the main reason I shopped at VS was for the sports bras.

I called to check a perfume named very sexy night the lady on the phone after she checked, she said we have it and if you want it you need to come today because we don’t have this deal tomorrow. I drove all the way to the mall from NW and they said they don’t have it. That’s all the answer I wanted to buy couple other stuff I changed my mind, I was really disappointed with this store and the customer service!

Victoria's Secret is the store I go to for my bras. No matter which bra I choose the my size will always fit. I usually get a matching panty, unfortunately this time there wasn't a match. Quality is always very good.

Very good location except they closed a while back for uncertain times due to their lease at Chinook. They don’t have much stock either. Other than that, staff is great. They also can’t refund your original card if you got frauded and changed card. They have to refund on a gift card you CAN’T use online and can only use in store. So hopefully they remain open!

I went there today and the girl who was working on the floor named Linda was really helpful. But when i went for pay at the cash register that cashier was too rude looks like she was in rush seriously bad customer service

I’ve been waiting to go to Victoria secret since COVID! I loved when their website became Canadian friendly lol (affordable shipping) and now I got to go in store, I was happy and the staffs were great as always! I pray they don’t shut this location as long as I’m still in Calgary lool ️️ please stock up on leggings! I’ll come back!

I am sorry that after trying to use the appropriate channels I am left to leave a poor review. I have placed 2 online orders since May of this year and neither of which delivered. Both times the tracking numbers did not populate and after waiting 4 weeks the orders were marked undeliverable and returned. After trying to solve this with customer service and asking for a supervisor and being told they would not have any different answers and they may or may not get back to me, I am here leaving a review. Poor service and a disappointed teen who still does not have garments that fit after 3 months of trying to purchase.

Went in yesterday to find some bridal lingerie cause I’m getting married in November. Ready to find something perfect and not care how much I needed to spend and I saw no white lingerie and looking around super confused no one stopped to ask if I needed anything. So I left and went to la senza which right away offered me great help. Victoria’s Secret is going downhill.

Couldn’t really find my size in anything I wanted, so I settled for whatever I could find. Everything seemed to be pretty picked over. All the girls working on the floor are super friendly and helpful. When I got to the cash to exchange some items it was a totally different story. The girl was so rude and seemed to be annoyed by my presence. To top it off when the exchange was completed she balled up my panties and threw them in the bag. From visiting the other stores in the past I know they are suppose to fold items in tissue paper and place them in the bag with care. The manager came around the corner and her tone completely changed “thank you so much, have a nice day! ” Seriously?

Tsion was just a delight to work with when she helped me find my bras and bling bags for my upcoming trip to Mexico! She was just super energetic and gracious and helped me from start to finish.she deserves a big accolade and hug! Thank you

Good selection, super staff. Mary was awesome, she had me sized perfectly and fitted with the ideal bra in minutes. Will be back for sure.

Great selection of lingerie. I found some really good gifts for my Christmas shopping list and I got myself something too. Thanks to the helpful staff for finding things that fit me really nice.
