I’m very disappointed today after spend around one hour and finally find what I was looking for. I was ready to pay using a gift card and the cashier said to me “I not allowed to used today because is Boxing Day “ Are you kidding?

Great selection of items and convenient location as it's in the mall, although it is the only location in Edmonton. As for the customer service, the younger cashiers are friendly and pleasant. However, there is a staff member who was rude and seemed annoyed when I approached her with a question regarding a sale. I just wanted to make sure that the item I was purchasing is not excluded from the sale, as the fine print indicated that there are some items excluded from the sale. She clarified that the items I'm holding is included in the sale but she said it in a rude tone and was dismissive and that really put me off. I understand it is the holidays and the store can be busy and overwhelming, but as someone who works directly with customers, a friendly tone and a smile goes a long way. It is unfortunate that my personal shopping experience at this store is ruined by 1 bad apple. I hope that the store will consider reviewing with their staff on how to treat customers, given in the industry they are in.

Yesterday I bought mesh stockings for $40. I received help from an employee which handed me them after I asked for black stocking as they are behind the counter. No where on the package did it say what colour they were but the picture did show black stockings. Only when I opened the cardboard packaging at home that night did I notice that they were a deep blue green. I left them in their plastic packaging and when I came to this store to get a return or exchange they told me that they couldn't do anything and that Infact the colour is shown on the small circle where it signifies which size it is. I explained that it was handed to me by an employee and that I wasn't gonna question them whether or not they were black. I even spoke to the manager and she said she couldn't do anything even for an exchange. I wasted $40.

I don’t know how this store stays open and don’t think it will for long. They have no stock and no staff to help. Won’t be going back.

I came into Victoria secret today and I was a little overwhelmed with all the choices of bras. I needed a good push-up bra so I took a few to try on and they just weren’t for me. So a young lady named keyara Duncan helped me. I am so happy with all her help! She suggested different bras and explained to me how the sizes work. I am a mother of 2 teenage boys so I really don’t have a lot of experience with pampering myself. Keyara was amazing she made me feel comfortable she was so respectful when helping me in the change room she went above and beyond any customer service I have ever had IN MY LIFE! Needless to say I ended up buying 5 bras instead of 1 and she helped me get the matching panties and garters! Thank you so much keyara Duncan at west Edmonton mall your an amazing asset to Victoria secret and I hope they recognize what an amazing employee they have! So thankful for your help today!

Great and helpful staff, always willing to go the extra mile. Have never had an issue here, would recommend highly. Not always the same selection as online but usually quite comparable. Worth a look.

Outfit options are very good of course, service is somewhat ok. No cell coverage in that store and they don’t provide wifi, which is brutal for when you’re trying to shop as a couple.

My wife and I went to the West Edmonton Mall location and nobody greated is, or asked if we needed help with anything. The staff seemed more interested in talking about what they where getting eachother for secret Santa. My wife found something she wanted to buy but because we didn't get helped, we walked out without spending anything. I tried to call the store to find the item my wife was interested in but all I got was a dial-up tone and hung up on. Very not impressed.never going back to that place again

I have tried coming to this store 3 times within 3 months. This time was the third time. I had 3 sets that I could have chosen to buy. None of sets had my size. My size is small. This is especially upsets me even more when your website says that you do have mi size

I had a horrible experience dealing with one of the “managers” in-store today. Victoria Secret in west Edmonton mall needs to do better management training with an emphasis on maintaining professionalism and kindness. The “manager” I spoke with primarily and initially was condescending, rude, and lacked empathy. Not only was her manner unprofessional, but she choose to represent Victoria's secret by wearing a messy bun and sweatpants. It’s tough to take someone seriously as a professional if they choose to dress and act in this manner while representing a huge brand. Not only was my issue not addressed in regards to the bra I purchased not only two weeks ago and was falling apart, but I walked away with a horrible feeling in my stomach by the way I had been treated. Truly disappointed by the entire brand experience.

Had such an awful experience when dealing with the management in this store. Truly disheartening experience after the bras I purchased fell apart within two weeks of owning them.

The person I originally spoke with for help obviously didn't know what she was talking about. Thankfully, I was helped by someone who was knowledgeable about sizing and found the perfect bra.

VS needs to add more larger cup sizes to their lineup wherever possible. My wife would have spent more money if they would have had more selection. 38D+ won't cut it VS.

Ordering online is a pain. My order was delivered as per tracking info but I never received my order. I reached out to customer service and thay daid it was delivered. Apparently, it was delivered to the wrong address. Trying to locate my order or to get the refund/same item was very stressful and gave no result.
I paid for the item and $12 delivery fee since my order was less then $120. All this story with VS made me upset as the costumer service was not helpful at all, not even provided other options, completely nothing. Very, very poor customer service!
I would not recommend ordering online if you don't want to end up in back and forth email or phone communication without any result.

I walked into this store yesterday and received excellent advice and service. From the front entrance to the change room to the checkout everyone had a smile. What a great experience to actually have helpful, friendly staff. These days it’s almost impossible to find. I will definitely be back and have told several friends about this experience. Please keep up the great work!

Extremely helpful quick efficient I was in and out of that store like exactly what I want for 20 minutes

I'm always able to find my size and there is always alot of helpful staff around who are very informative.

Oh what can I say I've been wearing my signature scents bombshell & Heavenly for ever and of course everything else is a bonus

Really i do not understand how come, if i did but on line i cant return to the store? Im in Edmonton Canada, the shipping is from Ontorio, and i have to lose the time to go and send the package, and pay for it.now i do understand why VS is going down.not happy with thos service.
