I would stay far from this builder.poor quality built homes. I write this review to help others to avoid the headaches I went through with this builder.buying a home is one of the biggest investment you can make.don't waste your hard working money buying a home from victory homes ltd. It's been one year since my family and I move into this home and its been nothing but nightmares and regrets. Take heed, if you can't hear I promise you, you'll feel it. Do not be fooled by the good comments.

Purchased a custom home. Great house with a fresh design and good warranty. Mr. Deepak is very professional when it comes to warranty or any other issues. Mr. Deepak quickly resolved all warranty related issues and was very helpful.

Bought a duplex home from Victory Homes, and could not be happier with the way it turned out. The design of the house is so well drawn out that our house always feels spacious. We purchased our first dream house in Canada from victory homes. So happy to get a perfect house. I appreciate immediate and quick response of Mr. JOSHI, our warranty co ordinator. He is the only person doing this work else we are not happy with the services of Victory homes as they are nt even replying or receiving phone calls. Hope we will get better services in future.

We purchased our first home with Victory Homes and it has been a positive experience for us since we moved in. The build quality and finishing was excellent and has held up great with time. A couple of issues did come up but Victory Service has been excellent and the issues were resolved promptly with excellent warranty coverage. Victory Service has been providing exceptional service with great follow-up even after the 1 year warranty period. I would definitely recommend Victory Homes for their quality and service.

I recently bought a nice house from Victory Homes. Love it. The after sale service had some hiccups but Dipak has really shown great determination to make sure I'm happy with the house. He came out personally to discuss the usual issues with appliances etc. He really seems to care.

Me and my wife brought our home from Victoria Homes 2022, any issues or problems we had Dipak Joshi was there to help us out quick text and he replies on the spot fantastic to deal with real friendly answers all questions you might have!
Our 3 month walk through went really smoothly he explained every single details what we needed to know!

I just bought a new house in victory homes. I like the lay out and the design that they do. The only difference is all my appliances was samsung and my microwave is a whirlpool. I dont know what is the reason behind it why it is like that. There are alot of things that need to be done in my house. I think it is normal for a new home that has alot of repair. Speaking of repair. Their warranty service guy. W/c is Mr JOSHI. He is very nice guy, attentive and focus on the things that need to be done. He always there for you. Answering your questions. Arranging your repair and need to fix the problem. He wont let you down. He is there for you 7 days a week. I dont know what is more to say to him but i never had a service warranty guy like him. I had my previous house before and the warranty guy wasnt like him. He is special and different from the others. He will do his best to fix and satisfy the homeowners. Keep up the good work Mr JOSHI.

Very happy with our build been just over a year the only thing really the issue is our front door and frame doesn’t function as well as it should but they keep coming to see what they can do for it. We we’re so pleased with it now my in-laws have just purchased their own victory homes.

I bought home few years ago and it’s my big mistake in my whole life to buy home from victory home, between 5 years my house roof start falling and door steps went 1 feet down from actual level and if you see my driveway you will feel like it’s hundred years old, they are just using cheap stuff to make home but they are not thinking single time about buyers, buyers spending his life time saving to buy a dream house but after getting home from these cheap builders they are feeling like robbed, I’m surprised about all 5 star customers, I know they must be family friends not actual customer I hope they will buy home from these robbers and then they can feel my pain.

Victory Homes Team built our dream house. We're so happy with the feel of home, its warm & inviting and I like how bright the main floor is. We love the spacious layout of the home and the separation between master bedroom and kid's bedrooms. The victory team was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly answer our questions throughout the process. I don't usually leave reviews, but I want to share my positive experience with Victory homes as a builder. We purchased our home from Victory a little over 2 years ago and recently had some problems with the home outside of what was covered under warranty. This was pleasantly surprising as our previous home was built with a different builder and it was an awful experience. Victory homes has been extremely professional and caring during the construction of our home and ever after we moved in. Thank you guys!

Avoid this builder at all costs! Extremely unprofessional service and terrible build quality. We have lived in our house for less than a few months and already have so many things wrong. Have contacted the builder and they either ignore our emails or tell us they will send someone to fix the problems and then no one shows up. I wish we had taken the negative reviews seriously.

Working with victory homes was such a pleasurable and fulfilling experience. In my time there, I learned so much about the construction industry and was able to be part of an amazing team of sales people and staff looking to go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. Without a doubt I would recommend Victory Homes to new home buyers and those looking to build their dream home. You will not be dissapointed.

If you’re one of the home owners beside an ongoing construction of Victory Homes, expect contractors to be stealing electricity from you! Call the police! I did call the police on them! ’ I don’t know if workers are given orientation on how not to tap on someone else’s property. It happened to me twice! If they can’t supply their contractor of their electricity, they better shut down their business!

Had the house 2 years now and it’s been nothing but issues. One thing after another has gone wrong and there has never been any help from victory. Grout is coming apart between tiles, exterior siding has fallen off in 3 places, several power outlets do not even work anymore, upgraded cupboards are constantly falling apart and needing to be fixed, pot lights in bathroom are rusting out (somehow getting moisture inside), windows have leaked and needed new home warranty to get involved. We are completely fed up. I wish I had left a review sooner so I could try and help future home owners. PLEASE AVOID VICTORY AT ALL COST! Not a very good experience at all.

Victory homes needs to work on their maintenance services they provide after you purchase the house.

We bought our home in Fort a few months back and we are very happy with the end product. The show home spec was exactly what we were looking for and made the building process so straight-forward and easy for us. Without a doubt I would recommend Victory for excellent custom homes.

I got my first house as duplex from them. They were very professional, helpful and sensible with me. Now I got my dream estate house from them. I was so happy with them for providing all the choices to choose. Even, the office staff are very patience and approachable to us. The laurel showhome is a dream home. The open ceilings and the entire home is so beautiful like out of a magazine. This is our dream home. The design is beautiful and the use of detail is the best i have seen in Laurel by far.

I got my first house built by Victory Homes Ltd from scratch as they are custom home builders, the experience is unforgettable. The product is unimaginable, it is exactly what my family and I wanted. Quality is commendable. The service provided by the sales, construction manager, service provider & office staff was explicit and each an everyone was very helpful. Every selection was done beforehand and we got what we dreamed of. They have unique designs, large variety of products to select from which makes ones experience great. They have very professional staff which took care of us and our requirements and also guided us to get better at selecting things for our house, which proved to be true when we saw our house.
I am not a person who leaves reviews but because we received such praiseworthy service I had to leave my experience in words for others so that they can the same in their lives.

Wanna give negative 5 star but cant. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from victory homes. No services after calling again and again, sending their office emails. They dont bother call back. I have sent so many emails to for service call but no.luck here. Driveway is peeling off no response back. Windows cracks, wall cracks are everywhere. Doors and windows making annoying sounds. They can fix it but i guess they dont want it seems too busy in trapping new customers.

We bought our 1st custom home from Victory. Very happy with the end product. Got to choose everything I wanted and make house my style.

If you want service after sales, don't go there, I will add every single problem one by one here every week one problem.

1. My master washroom has temperature difference of 6 degrees than other part of house in winter time, its been 2 winter we bought house and we didn't use that washroom in winter time. (when i called them, common answer was it is normal for my house) by the way they didn't fix issue.

2.they fixed cracks on walls and corners, it came back in less than a month back, poor job done in every single thing.

3.laminate floor is making noise, they fixed it, now more noise coming.

4.master bedroom floor making noise because of vent, they said it is normal because there is heating vent going under the floor.

5. They didn't install power outlet properly on my deck, so i couldn't use it at all because deck railing was on the way to use it, they gave me hard time for atleast a month and then fixed it, so that is the way victory homes works.

6.i checked my basement framing, every stud supposed to be 2 feet center for proper drywall installation, none of the studs are lined up, so thats how they do framing in whole house i think.framing is most important stuff in house.

Buying our first house from Victory Homes was a very nice experience. The spec home was exactly what we were looking to build on our own, saved us so much time and it was move-in ready! Beautifully designed, would recommend them to any first-time home buyer.

First off I did not build with Victory homes

To victory homes, it would be best perhaps if you warn the houses next to the lot you are digging, especially when you dig on to that said persons lot.

Dug underneath my air conditioning unit, said it was sturdy enough for it support my technician who was coming to hook up my ac, you are lucky he realized it was starting to give out cause it completely gave out, now we can't get our ac hooked up for a few weeks till the foundation is done.

We moved into our house about a month ago and everything turned out just the way we wanted. Every time someone comes to the house, family, friends, or strangers, we get so many compliments on how beautiful it is. We are so happy that we went with Victory Homes to design the perfect house for us! The whole process from start to finish was very smooth, if we had any questions or concerns, we got a reply right away. When so many people tell you that they would buy your house in the blink of an eye, it says something about the craftsmanship. Want to thank the entire team at Victory Homes for their great work:)
