I absolutely loved my experience and all my sessions with Christine. I was diagnosed with vaginismus and wanted to find a safe space to get help, without any judgement. Christine has been a wonderful therapist and educated me about it and patiently answered all my questions. I aways had great conversations with her! She helped me overcome vaginismus and made me feel confident and empowered. I'll always be grateful to her and would 100% recommend her!:)

Chelsey Beda has been the most beneficial part of my health team in keeping me moving while living with EDS. What has taken other massage therapists multiple visits to only slightly help reduce pain, Chelsey has managed to always do in one visit plus address other issues at the same time. She is attentive to what your body needs and listens to your concerns working with you to get the best results. This won't be the relaxing massage you might be used to, your an active participant to get the release you came in for and you'll leave feeling better for longer than a massage where you're just a lump of dough on a table getting kneaded. She's helped reduce the amount of daily pain I deal with to a point where most days are either relatively low to no pain which I hadn't had for years prior to me seeing her. I can't give enough praise for how she's helped improve my quality of life with EDS.

I had a great experience with everything except parking. The parking was hard to identify and access and was paid. I like that my therapist took a detailed history and lots of observation and that they have an exercise app that helps keep track of the assigned exercises

Shilpa is amazing. To be a little anxious going in and to have ended up with her… I felt seen, heard and taken care of. She is wonderful.

Breastfeeding my 5 month old baby had been a struggle from the start, and really only started to improve once I saw Christine and Mercedes. They listened to my concerns and really took the time to understand them and help me find solutions. They are both exceptional at putting me at ease, and assuring me that what I am experiencing is normal, even though it is challenging, and that we could work to improve and overcome them. Every time I leave an appointment, I have a new set of breastfeeding skills, and a renewed confidence.

I truly never knew this existed until someone recommended them to me. They are extremely accommodating and very helpful. I have only tried one of their services, but looking forward to trying the others as well.

Found this lovely place when I was recommended to get pelvic floor physio and help with clogged milk ducts by my doctor. Christine is wonderful, very knowledgeable and open to help with anything. She is now helping me with GI issues and I’ve never felt better!

Christine was great, I felt very comfortable and I learned a lot. I now feel like I have a plan and support going forward to improve my pelvic floor.

Mercedes is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, patient and kind. Breastfeeding is a difficult journey and there are very little resources and help for clogged ducts, mastitis, etc. Everyone just gives you literature or a prescription and sends you on your way. Mercedes actually provides physical support and demonstrations. She helps you resolve the problem instead of you trying to do it by yourself with a piece of paper. I wish I came here first instead of the countless hours and 10+ doctors I’ve been referred and sent to. I’m so happy to now have Mercedes as a resource and part of my medical team

Mercedes is amazing! As a health care professional myself I can tell you that it is hard to find people like her. She is relatable, easy to talk to and knows her stuff! She made me feel so at ease and explained things to me in a way that I could easily grasp. She asked me what my goals were and we discussed a very reasonable plan to help me achieve them. She’s the best physio I’ve ever worked with and am so grateful to have met her! Highly highly recommend!

Mercedes was amazing, thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and effective. Within one visit she was able to diagnose an issue that doctors and specialists missed. Not only that she was able to treat it and offer relief not felt in a long time. I have even more hope I can lead a more productive life with better quality.

I cannot recommend Vida Health & Wellness enough. I have had appointments with Mercedes Eustergerling, Amber Laing, and Christine MacSween. I was so impressed with the care that my daughter and I received from all three professionals. They are all extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. They are ahead of many other professionals when it comes to breastfeeding and postpartum care. It is evident that they continually work to educate themselves about best practices in their respective fields. They also provide excellent patient education. I saw countless family doctors, specialist doctors, and lactation consultants and no one was able to help alleviate my mastitis symptoms as they did. I know that I would not have been able to continue breastfeeding past six weeks without the care I received at Vida Health & Wellness. I have now been breastfeeding for close to 14 months. I recently visited the clinic again as I experienced plugged ducts and mastitis symptoms again. I was incredibly anxious as the first time this happened, I experienced major complications and was hospitalized. This time things were so different because I made an appointment with their clinic as soon as I noticed my symptoms return. I wish that all family doctors and lactation consultants would refer their patients with plugged ducts and mastitis to this clinic. I know that it would help so many breastfeeding moms avoid painful complications.

Received excellent treatment for a painful blocked milk duct and it cleared quickly. Staff was friendly and I was able to be seen on short notice. Great experience overall.
