I would highly recommend the services offered at Vie to anyone who is truly ready to begin their healing journey. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel a sense of calm and uplift. Credit to the amazing souls who operate this place and work hard to maintain the energetic frequency of the space. I have been using the Harmonic Egg and Infrared Sauna for some months now with very noticeable results. We are also hooked on the electrolytes!

I have completed a number of sessions using the Harmonic Egg - having suffered with some physical discomfort that doctors have not been able to properly diagnose. The set up is beautiful - as they recommend the colors and music best suited for relieving your ailments. Each session was well and truly worth it as I haven't been unwell for an extended period. The Egg energy is real! It provides such a deep spiritual and physical cleansing that I cannot begin to describe. It was certainly a unique experience that you'd need to try for yourself!

Vie is truly a healing community. Carly, Melissa and Steph are such beautiful, warm souls who immediately make you feel at home here. I‘ve regularly used the infrared sauna, and attended yoga classes and workshops and saw incredible improvements in my physical, mental and spiritual health. After doing a variety of workout classes for a number of years I decided to try personal training with Melissa. Within 3 weeks I saw more results than I had with years of classes. Melissa is approachable, knowledgeable and I can't recommend her or Vie Universoul enough!

I have been experiencing many ups & downs over the years stemming from past family related traumas, on top of the busy stresses of life & being a mother of 3.
