Village Square Mall

I visited this place and went to the gym there and it was very quiet and they have a big jacuzzi tub

Wonderful shopping mall, lots of stores with great promotions. Dollarama is one of those wonderful stores in this mall

This is the mall that freely and openly discriminated against under 18 students and tries to cover up their illegal violation fo section 15 of the charter by saying only from 2 schools.

I hope that a lawsuit has been opened up against you. Clearly the management has no idea how to run a mall don't be surprised when your businesses are leaving.

TOO LOUD AND THE LIBRARY IS THE SAME THING. WHO WANTS TO LISTEN TO KIDS. MUSIC, GETTING CUSSED AT FOR SHSHING THEM. NOT A LIBRARY OR MALL I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Was here to pick up a package from the post office outlet (in the dry cleaning store) fellow was very helpful

This place upon entrance greets you with homeless people doing crack or just plain sleeping in the door ways. Security is no where to be seen. The stores in there are great though.

Good you kicked the teenagers out of that mall there loud and obnoxious and need to learn respect and don’t have consideration for anyone but themselves sucks business lose business but why should people be threatened by a bunch of loud inconsiderate obnoxious teenagers then maybe they will learn respect has to be earned not just given

Not allowing 2 groups (schools) to enter during week days all the way to 5pm is basically racism why are no other schools listed, why is the actions of a few affecting a whole ….

All students should leave a bad review for this Mall. The poor buisness owners that own restaurants inside village square mall. They are barely making it and now they take away 50% of there income. Boycott this mall if you ever go there lol as it is a ghetto Mall

Do not take away food options for our future generation. If you own a buisness there GET OUT SOON as I am sure yhey have breached your lease with them. Ypu signed a lease based on there being schools traffic.

Do you also not allow ethnic patrons? Worst mall around for these rules
Maybe get better security

Use to love going to the mini mall in therewith the verity of fast food both but know they are forcing these fast food bothes to move out. Not happy.

The guy that works the Canada post is great. He is usually alone and it gets busy but he treats people well and is always helpful. The barber shop is decently priced and they do a good job. I wouldn't eat there and if you want to know why just look at the condition just outside the back doors and growing up I knew an owner and went in the back and well eeewwwwwwww. The coop is great for customer service but like coop your gonna pay a little more then some other grocery stores. I can't speak on the other businesses or banks in the mall.

Am biased. I grew up going to this mall. Its across the street from my high school. Many fond memories from my school days.

Terrible security. I saw a dog being lead around in the food court. Not a service dog.
Security watched and did nothing.

Went to the RBC as the Sunridge one was closed from covid. No line in the morning. In and out in 10 minutes.

We went to the Co-Op grocery store to pick up their Italian sliced bread, love the Bakery at the Co-op

Went to Looney Plus returned some craft supplies and purchased some more that were the right color.

There is a good barber in this mall, always get a good hair cut at a good price, and I never have to wait for long, if at all.

Went into royal Bank. I was 3 people back and waited for 20 min while the only 2 tellers couldn't help customers. I left and took my business elsewhere.

I've been a frequent customer at the mall for many years now. The pros are the food court and the little shops. I've had great experiences with Vans Cafe (Vietnamese cafe), Lifemark Physio, Dollar Store (new, smaller location), Marie's Tailoring, post office, Village Square Pharmacy and the little convenience store. The co-op and proximity to the leisure centre is great. What drops the mall's score is they do little to no management of loitering with the intent to do property damage (lots of damage to the food court walls that are constantly being repaired, damage to the tables, and the washrooms are constantly being graffitied), no management of certain bylaws like no smoking/vaping inside, and the doors range from being locked during opening hours to not being accessible because the buttons have been disconnected or removed. Although I'm able bodied and can manage the doors I'm concerned that those who are not will be stuck. I now actively avoid the place during lunch hours and frequent it more later in the day or the weekends.

Village Square mall is very empty. The good dollar store they had in there's long gone I've been shopping at that store for years but honestly I don't remember the name because I just go in there I like the post office in there. They're very nice and they're very helpful for whatever you need and beyond otherwise I really don't go into this mall too much anymore. I just cut through from the village Square leisure center to go to co-op. Well co-op is the best. They're very nice in there. Staff is nice. Stores clean but the village Square mall is quiet. It's clean but nothing to do really in there and when the kids get out at lunch time or after school it gets very busy then you have the kids just sitting around in the mall doing nothing I wish there was something in there for the kids to do but they just get shunned because The people in the stores think all they're going to do is deal and they're not okay. Maybe some but not all. Give the kids a break. Give them something to do in the mall it's safe

Love saving money at Co-op garages.that cheque that arrives each November really makes me smile
