Such a great store. If you're looking for unique gifts that are fair trade and eco- friendly, look no further. The prices are great and the staff are amazing!
Incredibly lovely and helpful staff, lots of interesting and diverse goods to peruse and choose from, the clothes and scarves were particularly delightful to me
Such a unique store filled with all kinds of treasures - and somewhere you can feel good about shopping because you know it supports artisans and producers by paying them a fair wage. If you need a gift, there is something for everyone at every price point.
Thanks for getting us in the Christmas Spirit! Wonderful, unusual, hand crafted items from all over the world! My sis found special ornaments for each of her grandkids. I found lots of items, too.we spent a short time and completed a lot of our Christmas Shopping! Thanks, as always, Villages Calgary!
Formerly Ten Thousand Villages, Villages Calgary is independent but still sells products from artisans around the globe. The store is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and passionate about what they do. I would recommend this store, especially for purchasing Christmas or other gifts for family and friends.
Thank you to the staff and volunteers for bring such gracious hosts for Alzheimer Society of Calgary, Thursday Nov 16,2021. The store is so beautifully decorated and there was so many things to chose from. The ladies made us feel welcome and had so much information about everything in the store. I highly recommend you check it out, also there is free parking in the back of the building and on the street.
Won't buy there again! $20-30.00 overpriced from other Running Room stores. Asked why, the clerk just shrugged his shoulders and could have cared less. Buy on line.much cheaper!
This store has 2 floors of interesting and unique products in Calgary. A great place to shop for a gift for someone who has everything. We found a beautiful quill card, and glass dragonfly for our sisters house warming gift. There is so much to see there I will return to find my Mum something unique for mother's day.
Refusing entry to people who have a medical condition and doctors note stating they are exempt and unable to wear a mask due to underlying medical conditions is very discriminating. I have always loved this store and supporting nonprofits
I got the facemask I was looking for and they have not only great crafty clothing but also great prices. Worth to visit if interested in artisan stuff from different countries of the world.
Please support this amazing store! It's a non profit, volunteer based ethical marketplace. Handmade offerings from around the world. Clothes, toys, books, coffee, blankets, jewelery and musical instruments
Been meaning to stop at this place for years and finally did. Well worth the visit. Not for profit which is amazing, and all products are sourced from villages around the world. Prices are great too, got my girlfriend a beautiful pair of dark pearl earrings for under 15$. Staff were welcoming. Parking is tight and limited.
