First, the workmanship in the finished product was outstanding. Vincent seems like a great guy, very personable and courteous. Service was also quick getting my ring resized, but the $200 charge seems a little steep. IDK, just my humble opinion. Maybe it was sticker shock, because the last time I had this done was when I got married 52 years ago

Went in to have a stone replaced in my wife's ring and was pleased with the results. No hidden cost. No surprise. Just great quality work. Came back on time and at the quoted price. I would recommend them for ring repair.
