I initially met with Laura at our condo in Canmore to have her evaluate the property and put together a proposal to list the property. She was punctual and honest and professional. Both her and Vincent met with us a few days later at their office in Canmore to review the Sotheby’s marketing strategy, local listings and pricing strategy. Professional photos were taken of the property and it was virtually staged saving us the challenge of actually having to move furniture into the space. It was listed on Tuesday and an unconditional offer was received during the first week and was presented on Sunday as had been discussed with the team initially.
