I went to Victor in a pinch and he was so obliging and got my laptop back to be within a day with everything downloaded and ready to go. I would highly recommend his for your computer repairs. He also downloads a app so in future if I have problems he can sign on to my computer and troubleshoot. I don't have to take my computer anywhere.

Getting your computer repaired is always nerve-wracking, especially these days when so many electronics are made to be used and discarded and fewer places seem to be reliable in fixing them. But you don't have to worry with Vince. He's fair, he works fast, and he knows what he's talking about. I had some hardware problems with an HP laptop and he knew exactly what it needed. If he doesn't have to order a special part in for you he is FAST. Highly recommend. This is my second time using his services and I was not disappointed.

I dropped something on the keyboard part of my computer so it stopped working. Vince was able to repair it and did an upgrade so it is working a lot better than it was prior to breaking it. Need reliable, efficient computer service? We've had Vince look at a couple of our external hard drives, as well as a laptop. I took my laptop to Vince after emailing all the repair shops in the Fort Saskatchewan area. He was the fastest to respond and the only one who continually answered all my questions and provide quotes before I had even agreed to give him my business. He kept me updated throughout the process of repair, and tried everything possible to cut the total cost for me by checking options on parts and other issues that could potentially be the problem instead of what I was originally told. My laptop now works better than new. Any future issues I may have I will go back to Vince, and all my recommendations will be to him as well.
