Terrible clinic. Have major back pain, called in and asked if there was any room for appointments they said “No just walk-ins” so I come to do a walk in still an hour before closing time just for them to tell me we just took in our last person for walk-in. Would not recommend to anyone. They could care less about your health. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

A 3 hour wait after coming in early on a weekday is pretty insane I’ve never had to wait this long at any other walk in clinic before, pretty messed up. Get a better system and dedicate one doctor for walk-ins if every other clinic and town can sort it out & this has been an issue with yours for years MAKE A CHANGE. Your patients are coming to get better not leave feeling like they may have gotten more sick from being stuck in your waiting room for 3 hours with people who are coughing. Shameful!

I came in with my mom today to see Dr. Smoka, she was very kind and very helpful to my mom, who had concerns and answered all her questions in detail. She helped my mom feel comfortable and relaxed throughout her pap smear test! Thank you Dr. Smoka for getting my mom through it!

The front desk staff is so rude. Such a lack of professionalism. The worst experience ever. Not going to this place again.

The front desk was not the most friendly or helpful. The doctor was great. If you are trying to get in early I showed up 10 mins before opening and there was already a line. As a walk in who showed up before doors opened I waited an hour and 15 mins before I was able to see the doctor.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Minimal wait for a walk-in. Reception staff friendly and helpful and Dr. Caroline Nyachwo was extremely friendly and informative. Will be using this clinic going forward.

Front desk staff, namely Marcella, are extremely rude, incompetent and liars. At least 5 people on this reviews page are complaining about the same thing, front desk staff. The staff are Filipina and will lie, gang up on you, make false accusations, speak over you, agitate you then play victim, and are grossly incompetent when it comes to administration of your medical appointments, files, referrals or anything. Dr Stanley Muwonge, please do something about this because your front desk staff are only ruining your reputation and business. Westwinds location does not have such bad cunning staff

Waiting over 1 hour 30 minutes, front desk staff are rarely at the front desk, tried calling many times, nobody picks up, then when in the office, 2 calls picked up and they were long calls, and I was ignored for about 15 minutes. This time I waited in a line of 5 people for at least 20 minutes, while no one was at the front desk. To be fair the front desk person I got, apologized for the phone calls and the doctor I got this time was great, the first time I went the doctor was horrible.

Seen dr.muwong or something. How this man became a doctor is beyond me.

I came in with a bad WCB claim and I was practically treated like a criminal. I was never even asked how much it hurt.

Extremely unprofessional and rude front desk staff. They will ignore you as you stand at the front desk while they chat in the back. When you call you are unable to get a proper answer out of them and they clearly have no idea how their clinic works.

I am shocked by how the receptionist is allowed to treat patients. Rude, unprofessional and confrontational. Such a poor communicator. Getting a straight answer is impossible.

Terrible desk staff. Rude, unprofessional and down right liars when it comes to their own policies. Go anywhere but here.
