Doctor Kim is great, the front staff however leave much to be desired. They treat you as if you are a thing and not a person. Please re-train your staff before I will gladly accept AI to replace their attitudes.

I have been seeing Dr Kim for almost 8 months, and it has completely changed my life. I would highly recommend him and this clinic. He is very thorough and you can tell he is very passionate on what he does. I am a complex case - but he went above and beyond for me. The nurse that I always love to see Tina has been a complete godsend. She always makes sure I feel comfortable, is always so kind caring and compassionate and very professional. I am so grateful and will continue coming here.

L've been a patient there for ~ 8 years and have never had a complaint. The doctors are
friendly and very thorough with both their diagnosis and explanation of the same.
The medical receptionists are quite pleasant and helpful. Tina is an absolute gem.
She is such a calming influence with her delightful attitude and competent manner.
I have recommended this clinic to many friends and will continue to do so!

I used to love this clinic. We have been seeing Dr Stanley Muwonge since my older son was still baby and he is 9 years old now. I put him as our family doctor as per his advice years ago. I was ecstatic because I thought finally there is someone we can see if we have health concerns especially with our kids, as oppose to visiting different clinics every time we need to see a doctor. However, that is not the case, it has been years since we saw our family doctor because he is ALWAYS not available. You couldn’t even talk to a real person when you call this clinic. They have an automated voice message that will direct you to book an appointment online. I booked several appointments to see our doctor but got declined every time- no explanation, nothing. When we walked in to this clinic we were told they are booked for that day and the next day and the day after. You can tell that the receptionist tries to make it sound professional but really she just wants us to go away and find a different clinic. These experiences leave a bad taste in my mouth, and I’m never coming back. If you want to see a doctor even if it’s something urgent, don’t even bother booking at this clinic. They do not care if they waste your time or if they see you or not. You can’t book one of their doctors until September and the other one would decline your booking no matter what date or time you pick. I do not recommend this place. My experience is so horrible I tell my family and friends about it.

I love this clinic so much. All the receptionists are very friendly and very caring. I used to see Dr. Muwonge and now seeing Dr. Liu and I must say that they’re the best doctors I’ve ever dealt with. They always listen and never rush me. They look into everything thoroughly and really show they care about their patients health a lot. They show compassion at all times. I can definitely see that everyone in that clinic helps the patients from the heart and they really love what they do. Everytime I go there and feeling so ill, they always manage to make me smile and make me feel better from their respectable and cheerful attitude. I appreciate them so much and highly recommend this clinic. It is the very best in Calgary.

Worst receptionists ever! They suck at communicating with patients and their own doctors. The clinic changes their walk in timings as they desire! Doctors show up when they want. No professionalism whatsoever which is ironic when you are supposedly dealing with professionals and no respect for people’s time.

Very bad customer service. I had bad experience. Front staff very bad. They kept me long waiting. Because they didn't give me right information about covid test and I said front staff did not tell me.they get mad at me and kept me long waiting. But doctor Liu, daniel is very good. I am happy about doctor.

My appointment with Dr. James Kim was at 1: 30pm. I came early and the staff let me in the room. I waited for over half an hour. When I asked what was the delay for; the staff instead of an answer offered to rebook my appointment. I declined the offer for I am busy and this appointment was tightly squeezed into my overwhelming schedule. Finally after waiting with no response I was about to leave when Dr. Kim came in. I explained that this situation was unacceptable and he responded 'Do you want to leave? I am always late and I will always be late. " In addition to that he said that he cannot provide his services to me. As a healthcare professional I would understand if there is an emergency but even then I would at least apologize for the inconvenience and inform the patient about long unexplained wait and not leave them waiting in a room.

The receptionist was very friendly and I didn't have to wait long even if it was a busy day (I was first in line before the clinic opened).
Dr. Liu was extremely nice and gentle and explained everything I needed to know about my medical issue.

Context: Was referred to Dr. Kim for migraine management

Pros: Reception staff is kind and welcoming. Attentive doctors. Dr. Kim was very thorough during my first consultation (1 hr consult) and was very helpful in suggesting a multitude of medication options for migraine. He referred me to Bio Script pharmacy to get a prescription for Botox for Migraine. Bio Script helped submit all the paperwork necessary to coordinate my insurance plans so that I could receive coverage for the procedure. I received nerve blocks once from Dr. Kim, he was gentle and careful to explain all the risks. He was not rushed and was attentive, however he was 30 minutes late for the appointment, which was the first available time slot of the day.

Cons: Slow service, disorganized, location is a bit far from city centre, difficult to book appointments, very slow follow-ups. My insurance company made me aware via a mailed letter that my botox coverage had been approved thanks to Bio Script. I then called the clinic to make them aware and to book my first botox appointment, I spoke to the receptionist who said she would speak with the doctor and call me back to schedule the appointment, I never received a call back. A week later the pharmacy (bio script) called me to let me know my insurance coverage was approved (a little late, as the insurance company let me a week prior). Another week later, vineyard medical called me to let me know my insurance coverage had been approved. I had already called them three weeks prior to tell them this and to try and book an appointment. It seems like there might be some communication issues in this clinic. I gave up trying to book my botox appointment, with another clinic I was able to go in for a consultation and have my first treatment all in one visit.

Bottom Line: If you live near by and aren't in a rush to get care this clinic had good staff that are kind and attentive. If you need to be diagnosed and receive treatment promptly I would suggest trying some where else.

Went as a walk-in patient, the receptionist was kind and schedule me right away. Dr Daniel was very caring, asked a lot of questions and listened to the concerns without been rushed. Not sure if they are accepting new patients, but would love to get Dr Daniel as a family doctor

One of the best clinics in Calgary. All the staffs and doctors are awesome! Special thanks to Dr. Liu. He is an amazing doctor!

I am really grateful to the staff and doctor on duty to accommodate my son last minute. We had just arrived from Toronto and my son’s eye started to feel itchy and looked red. It was Friday evening after 4: 30 when I called and explained that we are visiting and do not want to take any risk for the weekend. The receptionist was kind enough to give me an appointment right away and the doctor took time to check my son and prescribe an eye drop.
Truly grateful! Very good service

The receptionist was very rude talking to an old disabled senior> I would not recommend anyone going to this clinic. I will pass this on to other seniors associations.

Great staff and doctors, hard at work seeing patients during covid 19. Some wait time but off was busy so need to be patient as a patient.

This clinic has been my family Doctor for a couple years now and as of last week June 29th 2019, I went in to get a STI check up and the doctor had me do my own swab in the washroom which I was more comfortable with. I left the clinic and was to be called 3 days after with results, as the week went on I had not received a follow up or a message to let me know my results. I called back today July 5th 2019and they admitted that the doctor (Doctor - Stanley muwonge) felt there was no need to send my test in and that he assumed I did not need the results. I was shocked by this and asked where he gets off denying a patient of their own physical test results. The manager was very apologetic asked me to come in this evening and said she would personally stay late on her shift to make sure these tests go through for results. I came as soon as I could did a second swab in the washroom and as I handed her the test tubes and tried to leave she asked me to come into one of the patient rooms with DR. Stanley muwonge. As I walked in the doctor raised his voice and told me to SIT DOWN CLOSE THE DOOR. I was very uncomfortable with this and said no I'll stand and asked politely for him to make sure this test gets put through. He then proceeded to interigate me on why I think I need the results, if I even know what I'm testing for, why I do these test in the first place, if I even know how to do the procedure. I was so offended I asked if he knew how to do his JOB, then asked if the staff knew it was wrong to deny someone of their Alberta health services. The doctor then threw my test tubes in the garbage and told me he will not be sending my tests in for results for the second time and that I am no longer wanted as a patient in their clinic. I was so livid and turned off by this experience I left the office very angry and upset told him I will not be returning and I will be reporting him and to have his license taken away.

My entire family uses this clinic and I am not sure why he acted so inappropriate with me.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, EVERY WOMEN HAS THE RIGHT TO BE PROACTIVE WITH HER PHYSICAL, SEXUAL HEALTH. THIS CLINIC DENYS PEOPLE OF THIER RIGHTS AS A CANADAIAN CITIZEN AND THIS OFFICE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED. I have made a report to Alberta health services and there will be an investigation.

This was my second visit. First visit when i was unable attend my class doctor gave me doctor note without pay but second visit when i request for doctor note because i was unable to attend my class they asked me to pay 20$ for doctor note.i told them last time doctor gave me without pay but they said i need to pay if i need doctor note.i am upset about consistency and they couldn't maintain it.when unexpectedly ask you to pay in same place where you didnt have to pay it makes you mad.

Good staff and Dr. Goliath is fantastic at what she does. We got in quickly and my concerns were well addressed.

Looking for a new family doctor, I set up an appointment a week ahead and the clinic called the same morning to cancel.
