I bought an e bike (synergy) in the summer and it’s been wicked!
These guys have top tier service aswell, always answering my dumb questions and always having the bike ready when stated! Highly recommend if you’re in the market for an e-bike you hit these lads up!

The service here use to be good…it seems my escorted is in the shop every couple of months with tire issues.which is no fault of theirs, however, I picked up my ride yesterday only to have the back plate/carrying handle on the back completely fall off on my ride to work this morning. C'mon you had to have noticed it was a problem when you replaced the entire back tire? If it's not a problem for me I guess it's not a problem for you.

I'm moving on.time to find another scooter shop.thankfully I never purchased a newer (escooter) model from them yesterday, which I was seriously contemplating.

Very nice and clean shop with super cool products. Tim was fantastic to work with, he helped us out with both a OneWheel and an electric bike and he ensured we were satisfied with what we left with in the end. It was clear that they care about their customers here and I think this place is only going to continue to rack up 5 star reviews.

Friend and I each bought eScooters from the store. Great knowledge, no pressure to purchase. Purchased one of their larger scooters but felt it was too large for my needs and returned it for a smaller one, no questions asked.
Opted to purchase the eScooter from here as opposed to buying a scooter online (i.e, Apollo scooters), saves possible headaches if you ever have an issue with your purchase since the store can immediately look into it. Also, the build quality of their products seem top notch.

Awesome scooters! User friendly and has different modes based on how fast you're willing to go. Love the shocks makes it easier on my joints and a more pleasureable ride.

I have ridden their scooters, ebikes, peddle board and onewheel. Amazing. When it comes to scooter, I love their Synergy Tsunami. Suspension is amazing, I have ridden it on different path such as gravel, rocky trails, and paved path. So smooth, I would totally jump ramp with it but maybe not a good idea if I was to make it last. Haha. But wow. Amazing Suspension. Speed, I love the fact that you can easily limit its speed for anyone who is riding.so, all I will say is. It's fast dude. I have tried also the synergy peddle board. Quality for sure! You get what you pay for, percent. Something fun that last.

I had the chance to used their products a few times and they are good. Great service from the team and especially from Billy who is always doing the extra mile to make customers happy.

I had the chance of riding their scooter one time with friends and it was a wonderful experience and so convenient. We were touring Toronto downtown and with little time we had, we were able to visit many locations. Their e-bikes are also beautifully made. If you are tired of fighting Toronto traffic or traffic in general, you might consider investing in their e-bikes or scooters. It will save you lots of time and money.

Tried this out during winter on a frozen lake and had so much fun! Love that it’s compatible and can fit in the car so I can take it anywhere with me.

These guys are amazing! We had a scooter in for repair that did not get finished on time and they went way above and beyond and gave us a demo scooter without hesitation. No one has service like this. Would fully recommend to everyone.

We bought a synergy scooter from this place last year and we have come back to buy two e-bikes this summer (one is a Synergy and the other one is Super 73). Both times, they were very patient with us (Kyle and Billy). Their after service is also excellent. I highly recommend them.

Barry was excellent to deal with. He took the time to explain everything about the scooter to our 11 year old. I highly recommend this place and dealing with Barry - it was a very positive buying experience.

Bought a couple Super 73's from Kyle and Vintage Iron Cycles. The whole process was super easy and convenient. I spent most of the past weekend on our bikes - received lots of questions and comments about the bikes and was very confident to refer them to VIC. Great shop and Kyle the manager is super awesome!

Billy helped me pick out exactly what I needed, asking him a couple questions completely unrelated to my original purchase inquiry and he was happy to give insightful information. So I met Kyle, and honestly, this guy might be the greatest bike store manager in Calgary.
I’ve been all over the place looking for some badass vintage sauce. Everyone has Santa Cruz and Specialized and these like, bananas expensive, “normal” style bikes, which is fine, but if you’re looking for that Venice Beach Steeze, or you’re tryinna hit those Stranger Things banana seat vibes… go look at the showroom.
Mostly though, if you want to have a sales experience with an organization that’s all about what you’re into, go check out Vintage Iron and get Kyle to show you around their gear.

Oh and they also have Scooters, and One Wheels, and helmets. Cause like, they got what you need.

Plus rad hats.

Anyways, if you’re tired of regular bikes and want to stand out like these new school mullets and proper ‘staches, this is the spot.

So my Onewheel Pint bricked itself early one day right before work, and there wasn't and still isn't any hope to fix the BMS in it. By the good graces of God I found out about this dealership right after my workshift, and also that they were up the street. SO after making the walking commute there I explained ny story to Kyle who understood instantly and gave me an amazing deal on a replacement Pint! I definitely recommend this store to anyone inquiring on accessories for their onewheel or looking to get a onewheel or an electric vehicle of some sort! The guys here KNOW what they're talking about and they care about their customers. No unnecessary of any sales, honest info on stock! 10/10 I definitely recommend these guys over ordering online anyday

Great Customer Service and pricing! These guys are class all the way. We bought two scooters from them and managed to get a flat. I think I ran over a nail or something sharp. Took it back into them fixed it fast and did not even charge. Will definitely get all my electric scooter/ bikes etc from them.

Epic customer service. Definitely recommend these guys for E scooters and bikes. Bought myself the Sport 800W and my wife the 500W city elite Synergy scooter and love cruising around the city. Kyle was good to deal with! Go get your new scooter from these guys!

I give these fellows top marks for knowledge and honesty on the bikes they carry. They were very open to answering any question with understandable and thought provoking answers. As a result we bought two Synergy Commuter Low Step bikes for a fair price. We live in northern Alberta, bringing the bikes in for maintenance is not an option. The after purchase service is very important. The service ensures we can get the parts we need from them, when we need them. I did my online research, I was very worried about having to visit several different businesses to find the bikes that would suit our need. I was so happy to find the bikes here! We live out of town, with gravel roads and long hills. These bikes mean we can take a tour to town, home again and enjoy the trip. I will encourage anyone I know and talk to, who is interested in electric bikes to talk to these fellows! You will walk away a happy bike rider!

I don't know what's better Kyle or VIC YYC? They both bring so much to the table. The studio is fun and inspiring with all sorts of E-Bikes and other goods, super clean crisp area to browse your next purchase. Kyle is incredibly knowledgable and kind, he kept me up to date with the status of my forever dream bike. Now she is home and I couldn't be more pleased with this transaction. A thousand percent recommend!

The guys were great. I bought a onewheel from vintage iron cycles, turns out I got a rare problem onewheel. I called them to see if I could come by.no answer (likely because they were helping someone). I didn't leave a message but with their amazing customer service, they called me back from just the caller ID. The guys took it back, played with it (never blamed me) also saw the problem, then gave me a new one (of course, testing it in the store first). I left with a little gift for my troubles too. The store and products were great but I'm more impressed with their customer service. Buy from there. Im sure they research all their products before stocking them too.

Picked up my bike from this location. You'll feel like you stepped into some portal. Maybe it was the ebikes cuz, I tells ya, I had a sparkle in my eye. Kid in a candy store type thing. From browsing their website, I knew these bikes were eye catching but it's different when you see them in person. They're real and they're spectacular! Ha. No but Kyle and (I do apologize, I'm not so good with names) his co-worker, were incredibly helpful and down to earth. They even helped by loading in the bike in the vehicle, all while being incredibly careful. I highly recommend Vintage Iron E-Cycles. The whole process was simple and they were always quick to answer back any emails. You can tell they sincerely care bout the ebikes, even, as I said, when loading it into the vehicle. Thanks again!

These bikes are perfect for the younger senior citizen. Exercise as much as you like - or as little as you like, in electronic mode. My wife and I truly enjoy these bikes!

I was able to try out several different styles and level of comfort with several brands of bikes. The bikes were super cool and super fun! You can truly see the quality of these bikes before you ride them. I also like the fact that there was different price points depending on what you’re looking for. If you’re looking to get an E bike, you should definitely head to Vintage Iron Cycles showroom.
