It’s always such a treat visiting Ida. She is passionate at what she does and it really shows. I love going to her for my facials and extractions as it leaves my face feeling soft for days after my appointment. Her studio is renovated very nicely and everything is sanitized. Didn’t know this before but there is free underground parking in the building which I will make use of next time.

Very thorough extractions, my face always feels very plump and hydrated after. Ida has significantly improved my skin in the last year. She also gave really good feedback and advice on how to maintain my skin throughout the seasons and during travelling. She uses high end tools/machines that you don't normally see anywhere else. Very clean and inviting space with free parking.

Ida saved my skin from the adult acne I developed a couple years ago after constant masking and the Alberta hard water. I enjoy my facials with her so much. Very relaxing and always a good time!

Best facial I've ever had! If you're looking for real extractions and real treatments for your skin, this is your place. She didn't rush my treatment at all and she really extracted all pimples and bumps and it didn't hurt because she used a numbing cream. I even had a nice nap during the last mask after a great shoulder massage! I felt really taken care of by Ida.

Ida is very passionate about her job, and she even teaches you how to treat your skin problems at home with simple habit changes.

I've gone to see Ida for many years. Her professionalism and passion is unbelievable. She takes time with all her clients and will never upsell you in products or services. My skin always feel super soft after her facials. For facials, Ida always uses the best products for your skin and adjusts to weather and your needs. It's never one product or service fits all.
If you get massages with her or her staff, they adjust the massages according to your needs and pains. It's a love hate relationship with it comes to massages. Ida always says "no pain no gain", they will hurt but my neck and back always feel great after.
This location is clean, welcoming and relaxing. Lots of parking underground and on street.
