Adam was a pretty new staff, but right at his elbow he had Jasper, who was very knowledgable and patient, both with Adam and with me. They answered all of my questions, and offered to help further if I run into glitches while getting used to my new phone.

I needed to get a new phone, and Shifa provided exceptional customer service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and went through several options with me in a very fair manner.

We went to the Northill to upgrade a phone. Milli went above and beyond to help us. She was very kind, knowledgeable and committed to getting us on the best plan. It was the best customer service experience I've had in long time!

I got my SIM card set up here as a newcomer by Shivang D. The communication with the sales associate was very good, he was polite, kind and explained everything that i needed to know about getting a new SIM card, payments, etc. Also- best deal for newcomers right now.

I just switched from Fido to Virgin. Shiv is great. He explained clearly and professionally. I'm happy with the deal and his service. I will tell my friends for sure.

Today I received for the first time in virgin mobile the best customer service from Katie and I am very impressed because she knows everything a customer needs to know. She resolved problems well. She was kind and patient. It means alot for us. I am a customer and we will tell many people to come to virgin plus NorthHill because they deserve the best service. Prithvi was also very patient and kind. He showed great skills, and he is learning well from Katie.

I went there after a total mix up with my service and customer chat couldn't help. The manger who helped me was wonderful, kind and understanding. She fingered out the problem. Corrected everything and got my service back! I have gone there in the past as well and every time the people at this location are also know there stuff and always help you with anything they can.

Had to go in for a new SIM card after my partners phone was stolen a week ago; even though we were getting the run around and very obviously frustrated and angry, the two ladies working today were very calm, understanding and patient with us and corporate while trying to solve our problem. At one point we debated just going to Telus to set up a completely new plan but the ladies working there helped us so much and ended up solving the problem even though they had little to no help from those above them. Thank you so much ladies we really appreciate you and we are sorry for how frustrating everything was, including us. ️️

Ricardo at Virgin in North Hill Mall is an absolute gem. Not only was he helpful, but accommodating, courteous and an expert problem solver. I wish I could say the same for the other 13 agents I dealt with over the phone. I digress. I highly recommend Ricardo at North Hill for any cell phone needs.

Got my new phone on 26 Dec 2020 and they ended up sold me 2 tablets (that I don't really needed). Then after 26 days later, i realized that I got wrong plans than what she (manager) promised so now I'm stuck with 2 yrs for wrong plan that I don't even wanted. Virsin mobile can't do anything about it because it's after 15 days from I purchased so virsin said the only way I can cancel this plan is I MUST CALL THE STORE WHO did make contract for me.so I Called back to the booth for manager to call me back, and of course she never did. It's been 4 days and they kept saying they never know when the manager will be.wow.
After 2 yrs, no more vorgin.
