Went there to get a cell phone with plan few days ago, the young male staff there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services, he was trying his best to give me a better deal, had a great experience will definitely go back next time.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Met with resistance and hostility throughout the process of getting a 600$ bill fixed, verbally assaulted on the phone, went in store to show proof I was not over my data and received overage charges for nothing, every service representative I have been in contact with has done absolutely nothing to assist me, and continue to say that they will do nothing to assist me.
