Jawad was very useful, patient, kind and explained to me everything I needed to know about the service and offered a good deal.

It’s was my first experience in Canada for taking a SIM card and didn’t know much about the procedure but by the customer service which I received, it was an amazing experienced. I was served by Sapinder and really appreciate for her kind and informative guidance.

The great service i got here from Sapinder and Aman for two lines. They helped me to get the cheapest plan for more data so i would say go to them for the service.

Sapinder is the best service provider as she could solve my problem and helped me to lower down my bill.

One of the best customers care experience I’ve had. Rokshana was very helpful and really experienced. She was able to answer all my questions, thoughtfully. Also, from what I saw she was always helping out her colleagues and answering any and all the questions he had.

Sapinder did an awesome job today. She was very patient with me. And made sure everything was right.

I went into town center, checking every company, seeing which one by comparison would offer me the best plan by purchasing a new phone. Once I came to virgin mobile, I was Helped by Sukh. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED period️️️️ she did not only assist me in finding the best plan, but bent over backwards for me giving me THE BEST deal/advices. It felt as if I was chatting a one my close friends and less like I’m just a customer. I went home so happy and bragging to everyone that had ears. You are an actual superstar? Customer service provided by sales rep Shahzeb is really great. He has a good product knowledge and tried his best to give the best deals he can and make sure the customer leaves happy.

Friendly Staff Service, every evening I go purchase the Owner keeps telling me he did not receive shipments he's actually selling the product to Game City Sleeves and Binder sheets

I had a visit to their store just a few minutes ago and I approached the sale associate named Armaan and it went so smoothly and he showed me everything from the offer and all the things I've asked. Great service!

If I could give this place less than one star I would. The sales rep seemed annoyed that I even walked up. His entire demeanour was dismissive and I don't think he even knew what VirginPlus sold.

Upon asking him a simple question he never made eye contact, acted as though he couldn't hear me, and immediately shut down my question. This is not even what got me upset, what really upset me was the fact that I called THE SAME GUY WITH THE SAME QUESTION before driving to the location and received a DIFFERENT ANSWER (which was why I even went there in the first place).

What did I do after this confrontation? Walked to the Bell store across the hallway and switched all my services. I know they are the same company at the end of the day but it still gave me a small sense of justice.

0/5 - would never recommend anyone to use this company, much less this sorry excuse of a storefront.
