Yesterday I switched from different provider. Nusrat and Farishta helped me alot they were very patient with me about what my services includes. Love the attention to details they also downloaded the application for me to make sure I don't have any problems afterwards. Highly recommend them

I had my identity stolen (including my phone number). Over three days I attempted to resolve the problem. It took multiple telephone calls and several hours without a satisfactory resolution. I finally decided to visit the Virgin Kiosk at Southgate. Needless to say, by the time I got there, I was a little irate and out of patience. I met with Ali Hassan at the Southgate store. Within an hour, he had completely resolved the situation. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and patience in dealing with this matter. If you are looking for a Virgin Plus product, I would highly recommend speaking with Ali and the team at Virgin Southgate.

Natalia and Esmail were exceptional in helping me. There was a family/health crisis that I needed a phone active and I was running into a big challenge with Virgin customer service. They did not give up until the phone was active. There aren't words for how above and beyond they went.

Roksana was incredibly helpful upgrading my services and setting me up with a new device explaining the differences giving me time to choose and make sure I was happy with my choice and new contact. Very detailed and helpful everything you would hope and expect of a sales representative.

I had a great experience with Esmail! He is knowledgeable and punctual! He spent less than 15 mins to switch my account to virgin mobile! The whole process was smooth, fast and he is thoughtful! Most importantly is that he know what he is doing and good at it … don’t need to wait for an hour!

I came into this location after dealing with the customer service call line for over an hour (someone cancelled my account;that I had for 12 years; instead of the one they were supposed to) Jason managed to get everything figured out and got me my number back in about 30 minutes. He was super empathetic and incredibly kind, as was the stores manager! I will definitely recommend this location to everyone!
