Friendly and helpful staff who suggested useful options but didn't try and upsell. Due to various offers when we went, we actually ended up with a cheaper plan with our phone upgrades.

Wouldn't buy peripherals (e.g. Cases) there though - they only have the most expensive brands, so you can get similar products for less than half price elsewhere.

I've been a Virgin customer for 10 years now and overall am very impressed with their overall value for money. Reception may not be as good as the major providers in remote areas, but for city use (inc.international travel), I've had no problems.

Daniel was very fast, friendly and knowledgeable! Curtis also assisted alongside Daniel and was very friendly. The best service I've ever received from Virgin!
