I am an all time Virgin Plus Customer for years now. I really love the service and Agents handling Customers for their needs and wants and will suits there budget. I always visit Virgin Plus Marlborough Mall Location. And one of those days is today I would like to thank HAGER for helping me choose the best option of phone and plan that meets my needs. She give me a lot of options that i can choose and she is really friendly in handling customer same as Benish who help me as well. I wish there was 0 stars. The lady working there has absolutely no idea what she was talking about. Went to the Sunridge location and relayed the information given to me by the lady at Marlborough, and confirmed all the information she has given was wrong. Thank you lady for wasting our time. Shut this kiosk down please.

The procedure for obtaining a SIM card took about 30 minutes, the staff was very friendly. On Black Friday there were good rates and a lot of promotions.

Hager & Benish are Angels sent from Heaven. They helped a technological fossil understand my phone

We were helped few months ago by Hager, and she was excellent.

And recently we had an issue with topping our balance and Jared was very helpful and friendly, He went above and beyond to get our issue sorted and helped us go through the technical support rep on the phone.

And Hager assisted in helping us as well.

So basically excellent service both times. Thank you Jared and Hager, we will be back for more business.

This kiosk is easily accessible, as soon as you get in the mall they are right there.

Went to upgrade my phone and the manager there was most helpful. He helped transfer all my data to new phone. Mentioned that I could trade my old phone for store credit and helped with applying that painful screen protector to my phone.
