Sad it’s currently closed! It was a great and fun attraction for all, the staff was super friendly and outgoing. Hope to see it open again soon.

Bought a handful of tickets as its cheaper to get more then just single. Before purchase I asked a staff member who confirmed with their manager that if I dont use them all i can come back another day to use them without it expiring.

Shortly after they closed and reached out to them via email to go through refund process and then they tell me that they are only valid for the day even tho I confirmed with the staff member and manager they they wont expire otherwise i wouldn't have bought so many.

They are doing everything they can not to refund me anything and making me except the loss even tho I explain the situation to them and provided a receipt.

Very disappointed and didnt expect them to respond the way that they did.

Bought a gift card for my son a couple years ago and it closed barely a month later, emailed with no help and now we're out mo ey and my kid missed out on a Xmas present. Not happy

Wow. An amazing experience! Jason aka The Joker was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable and he made our experience unforgettable. The staff in general was amazing. The girl at front coun (didn't get her name) is an amazing CSR️in general we had an amazing time! Total worth it.

First time going to a VR place. The family had a blast. The staff there made everyone feel very comfortable. They explained the games well and made sure everyone felt comfortable before playing the games. The staff was very friendly and made sure to explain to my younger child what to expect and what could scare her in the children games so that she was prepared for it.

Will definitely go back again.

Loved coming in here! The Atmosphere was amazing, we love the mall and don’t get out too often because of covid, but the lady at the desk Quinn was amazing to deal with, she was super informative and friendly, easily approachable, and then we were offered a tour and the staff downstairs were extremely friendly and willing to answer all my annoying questions, love the new attraction. We will definitely be back and look forward to making this place a habit to come back to, hours of endless fun from what we saw, great for the grandkids and family! They even decorated for Halloween! And it’s super sick looking

Had the best time at VirtualLand. Great way to end a weekend trip from Calgary to Edmonton. Jason was amazing, he kept the place open for an extra 20 mins or so to allow us finish our games.he was friendly, courteous and genuinely happy that we were having so much fun. Open a Virtual land location in Calgary already.

Celestia was great! She did everything she could to make our experience amazing me and my friends had a blast we started with 3 games and we had so much fun we ended up playing 3 more! She started off by giving us a tour and she is a really out going positive cheerful person to have.thank you for a great experience

I came here today and the experience was amazing! Lindsey at the front desk was so kind and so helpful.when it came to helping us find a game for our children and us, she gave us multiple options and descriptions of the games and made some great recommendations and answered all of the questions we had! The rest of the staff was also amazing and made sure we where safe and had fun! We will definitely be back.

This place is wonderful! Especially Jason, they went above and beyond. We got free tickets for going to galaxy land. We had very low expectations and they BLEW them away! I paid for tickets after and went to another game! I had a blast and so did my 6 year old daughter!

Shout out to Jason! He made the experience extra amazing (๑•̀ㅂ•́) و. I'll definitely be returning!

Great Experience! One of the best Virtual Reality games I have played so far. A must go to place when visiting Edmonton.

Jason was our awesome host for the day! We initially purchased 10 tickets for our family of 4 but had so much fun we got 10 more! He led us around, made sure we were safe and even participates in some of the challenges! We played the seated family friendly haunted house story, Zombie Land, the "Others", Horror Hospital (look up! The room goes 3 stories above you!), Zombie Jail, OVERKILL and a beautiful Japanese Ninja Co Operative game with swords and cross bows. Momma also got to play 30 minutes of Fruit Ninja one 1 ticket! We had a great day - this is really worth the money! $62.00 with tax for 10 tickets. Jason will make sure you have a fun time.

It was great the kids had an amazing time. The zombie game jail break was on other level. Kris made sure we had a really fun time.

It only started off with my interest simply being piked as I passed by earlier, but man what a gem this place is! Before even spending our buck, we were offered a walkthrough tour and explanation of all the (very rad) vr games/experiences they have to offer; already phenomenal customer service. Kris, our tour guide, was an absolute J. O. Y.and shared my enthusiasm for every question/comment I inquired. The owner, Amir, is also absolutely wonderful/welcoming and assisted us with the two games we ended up playing and inevitably having a BLAST at. Jason, who was at the front desk at the time, was also SO amazing, engaging, and kind. I cannot speak enough praise about the staff at this location; they all make it such a welcoming atmosphere. To top it off with a cherry, we were even offered a complimentary game! (ANNIHILATED the octopus in Baby Shark). If you’re looking to spend a quick, fun afternoon/evening, this is the place you’ve been looking for. They have lots of single player vr games to offer on top of their fantastic multiplayer vr games and will definitely be coming back to try them all out. This place really deserves to take off, thank you guys!

Over the top gaming experience and right next to the food court for when you get hungry 5 out of five stars.

Myself and my family had the best time there. The staff were super friendly and the games were soo addicting. Definitely can’t wait to go again!
