My experience with the counsellors at Virtuous Circle Counselling has been nothing short of life-changing. Being new to counselling, I was nervous to finally take the leap and reach out to a professional after a challenging year. Their team came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I can say I'm so glad I began my counselling and mental health journey with the team at VCC.
Over a year later, my whole mindset and approach to difficult life events changed for the better. With a combination of talk therapy and EMDR in a comforting, safe space with the skilled counsellors at VCC, my attitude and outlook on life have tangibly improved. I would highly recommend all the team at Virtuous Circle here in Quarry Park. From Michelle to Thompson and Saowanee, you cannot go wrong! My personal experience with Virtuous has given me a renewed faith in counselling and psychology again after so many different experiences with other counsellors. I would highly recommend Tiffany Petite, she helped me through an extremely stressful situation. We all will encounter something in our lives that will leave you feel hopeless, confused and depressed, having someone there to talk to and help make sense of it all is very important or you may make the wrong decisions. Tiffany help me with just that and I can’t thank her enough.
