I’ve been going to this clinic for years and the service is amazing! I see Dr. Alysha Hirjee and she’s very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! She’s also wonderful with my toddler! The rest of the staff of also really friendly. I highly recommended this clinic!

The reception & doctor were great but the sales person at the end was pushy and almost didn't give me my prescription when I asked for it saying they get "shorted" if I get my glasses elsewhere. Which I understand but their cheapest price for glasses was $269, after the already $140 exam. I paid for the exam, I don't think I should be then pressured and made to feel bad for wanting the information from that exam.
I suggest checking out the lower rated reviews on this page as others have said similar things as well.

I first met with Alia, she was exceptional in prepping me for my exam! I saw Dr. Unrau, he was extremely thorough and professional, great sense of humour. He made my experience enjoyable and stress free. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Stephanie to look at frames and talk lens. She was extremely personably and helpful. Clean establishment - phenomenal staff/customer service. Highly recommend!

The optometrist herself was extremely knowledgeable and patient, addressing all my concerns and questions with a high level of expertise. What stood out the most was their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I had the best possible experience, from allowing me to use my perfect frames to making sure my insurance was correctly processed. The overall experience was efficient, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this optometrist for their outstanding customer service.
