Vision RV

Our family just purchased a park model trailer from Brad Bychyk at Visions RV and we couldn't be happier. Brad went above and beyond to help us find not only the perfect trailer for us, but he also made us feel at home each time we visited Vision RV. We shared lots of laughs and felt reassured when we had questions regarding our purchase.

On Sept 6,2023 my wife and I were traveling, with our trailer, from Stettler to Hinton. We stopped for supplies on the way and realized we didn't have the trailer keys. Luckily the main door was unlocked and most of the compartments. Except one. We needed to be able to access all. Being already 2 hours from home we decided to stop at the closest RV store on the way. Vision RV was right ahead of us so we made our way there. When getting out of the truck i made it to the back of the trailer before being stopped by a salesman, by the name of Andrew, asking about our unique trailer. I relayed that we needed a key to open one crucial compartment. He was happy to help us out. And in no time we were on the way again. Thankyou Vision RV and Andrew. Our trip after that was great.

Brought my motorhome for a vent replacement and resealing of the roof. The technician that replaced my vent did not tighten the 4 nuts that secures the vent protector and did a lousy job resealing the roof. It was a blessing in disguise that I have to go up the roof and check if not the vent protector would have flown out while I’m driving and the worst thing would be water leaking inside my motorhome. I have to tighten the 4 nuts and redo the sealing of the roof.
I paid a lot of money for a lousy job. I am not recommending this place for any rv repairs, my neighbour that recommended this place felt sorry and said he won’t be coming back to vision for any repair which he bought his rv from vision.

My husband and I bought a new 2020 Sabre in 2021 from Vision RV. We were more than impressed with our service, however this changed quickly. We had several trips back to the dealership for different waranty issues. The decal was pealing, and replaced with the wrong year color. The floor had a drill hole from a tech when he repaired a door. The sky light was cracked and replaced and screw holes were visable. Fridge came lose 2x and the second time their tech scratched and dented the door and bent our door frame removing it.as well as other issues to many to mention. We were dismissed. Our trailer has spent most of the summer seasons on their lot waiting for repairs. At the beginning of this season, our 1st trip out the slide cable broke. My husband did the best he could setting up. He stopped by the dealership on the way home and was told push the slides in and drop it off and we will look at it when we can. We managed to make the best of our trip with our 3 year old grandson. After the weekend my husband dropped it off, where it sat for 3 weeks. We were told they didn't have time to look at it, they were busy. We tried to be understanding. Finally after another call my husband was quoted $1300 for the repair to the slide, after all cables just snap! My husband made a trip out to see what was going on only to learn they had not taken the unit in but had only assumed what had happened. We were then told without knowing the total cost of the repair that they would pay 50/50 take it or leave it. My husband was then hung up on. We both went to the dealership to see if we would get anywhere talking to Don or Melanie. The end result was us pulling our unit out and taking it to another forest river dealer. The issue was more than the assumed cable and in fact is covered by warranty. After having the slides inspected and worked on, on 3 different occasions at Vision RV this issue should have been discovered and resolved. Beware of Vision the after sale service was a terrible experience.

Thanks for your no help, Visions! Our repair was a manufacturer defect. Our trailer was picked up and delivered to the manufacturer in Indiana. 60hours of work went Into our trailer. All the things we previously brought to your attention were repaired without our request as well as many other things we were not even aware of. If anyone has dealt with this frustration I highly recommend breaking up with Visions and their inability to correctly diagnose manufacturer recall issues. Pulse RV diagnosed and had a plan 2 hours after having the unit in their care. Thanks to Pulse we are now happy campers.

After going to 7 different rv repair shops, I couldn't find anyone willing to help me repair my cabover camper. It was on my truck with multiple broken jack brackets.

This awesome place got me booked in within a week. While unloading they even spoiled my puppy with treats.

My man Curtis got that thing out, AND fixed under budget Although his shift was ending, he stayed an extra hour afterward to help me properly get a minor hiccup fixed and my camper loaded safely. Even though it delayed his leaving a bit we still had great conversations!

Highly recommend going to vision Rv and going to see Curtis for ANY repairs needed. He's a miracle worker. Cheers.

You can tell that this guy knows what he’s talking about and wants to make sure you get exactly what you are looking, not just what he wants to sell you.
- He accommodated my budget, didn’t try to over sell me anything.
- Brad was familiar with my vehicle and made sure that the campers he showed me worked in accordance with my trucks towing capacity, keeping in mind the other equipment I was hauling.

We had a great time at Vision RV. I feel I put my sales guy Mike through the ringer with my undecided mind but he was so calm, funny and patient. They were fantastic!

Vision management and staff worked endlessly to accommodate our needs and worked with us to get the deal done. I can highly recommend Brad in sales and Melanie the manager. Our walk through was very thorough thanks to Al and Scott.
(One thing is that we would have liked to receive 2 free coffee mugs instead of just one seeing as it was an expensive unit and both my wife and I that bought the trailer! Just saying!)

Mike at Vision RV was so easy to deal with. No pressure sales guy and very patient to help me find the perfect unit. Vision RV has a great inventory to choose from and all of the staff are very knowledgeable.

Don't purchase a RV from Visions our story!

Last March we purchase a 5th wheel. We were told we had warranty from bumper to bumper. Putting our trust in to this place that this trailer was mint. Thinking they did their due diligence in checking it over, so we thought they put new sealant on it, and checked everything.

We used our trailer last year a hand full of time if that. Sat over winter, pulling it our to get ready for the season. We noticed that there was a bubble on the side. So we took it in to be fixed under warranty (I purchased platinum warranty) for them to tell me its my problem now and their not covering it.

I feel they're taking advantage of me, because im a woman and I trusted them! Theyre just trying to make $$ and blaming it on the customerbecausethey didn't do their due diligenceon theyre sealing! Now they want more $$ to fix it after I just spent over $30,000. Somethings wrong with this picture.

Not recommend

Came back for round two with these folks as my previous trailer needed to be replaced. All I can say is that the sales team was excellent and helpful throughout the ~5 month courting process with included multiple questions and proposals. I do my homework with big purchases and the Vision team won out!

Everyone we dealt with at Vision RV went above and beyond to get us in the perfect motorhome. They were super helpful and our salesman Mike Mercer was superb. He and the maintenance team made sure every detail was taken care of in prepping our new to us rig. Mike even helped us transfer all the contents from our old unit to the new one! We had a great experience with Vision RV! We shopped with them over about 8 months until we finally made our decision. Working with Brad was a delight, he was very informative and available whenever we had questions, but not pushy! He really helped us along with our decision and made the whole experience a delight! Our youngest daughter even asked the last time we went by “will Brad be there? Because he’s nice! ” We are very happy with our Park Model RV, Al was also very informative with our walk through as well, he took the time to answer all our questions.

Huge shoutout to Evan Manning at Vision RV. Evan was great to deal with, excellent communication throughout the process.would pick up his phone at anytime. Highly recommend dealing with him to anyone. Looking forward to making memories in our new trailer.

It's not very often you come across genuinely good people in sales. Abhi and his sales team have proven me wrong. They listened not just to what I was looking for but also what I wasn't looking for. Long story short we needed a trailler for Friday…PS it’s Friday … as our main trailler was no long Availlable and we came to Visions RV and met Jack Marsden…. He had a few trailers ready for us to look at as we had called ahead to let him know what we were looking for…. The team at this location pulled off the impossible…. Got the financing done… detailed the trailler… hooked us up with some free blankets and pillow covers (yes we noticed you made the bed with new sheets as there was none in the trailler before) gave us a care package called us back for 5 pm for our delivery inspection and walk around where they again hit it out of the park.thanks for saving our weekend and hooking us up with an amazing trailler. Not going to say a lot it was a terrible experience all around. Bad sales skills and really pushy not listening to the customer when buying a new trailer. Would not recommend them at all.

My experience with Vision RV exceeded any and all of my expectations!

Incredibly informative, professional, and patient when it came down to finding me not just a camper that worked for me, but fulfilled all of my requirements, but most of all my budget!

Prior to walking into Vision RV I was finding myself discouraged because other dealerships that I had walked into, looked over me. Sales people didn't take me seriously and would hardly offer any information other than them showing me a few campers without offering any additional information and/or explanation.

Brad took the time to educate me, and show me a few pros and cons of the requirements that I needed, and took the time to show me my options and even had me speak with one of the gentlemen from the service department to show me a few things.

When I went to pick up a waste valve the service/parts department gal took the time to go and gather a gentleman to explain the install to me and gave me super helpful tips on the installation. I know it may seem like a small detail, but having a guy take the time to explain this to you as if he was your lifelong favorite neighbor- thats priceless!

Brad isn't your typical sales guy, every time I walk in there he remembers my name, remembers what dirt bike I ride, and remembers my camper.

It's nice to find a dealership that cares about it's clients and customers and ultimately cares about your camper as if it were their own.

I called Lori at Vision because my warranty was expiring from a local dealership and I was not happy with there repairs and service. I talked with the manufacturer and he allowed me to find another dealer to look things over and repair what was necessary. Thankfully Vision agreed to work with Winnebago and vice versa. Pictures were taken communication was good between the 3 of us. Vision did have to make repairs to the original work and now I’m confident that my RV is fixed right and I will not have issue again with those items. Vision also pointed out to Winnebago from my original repair sheet that there was cracking in my man door which the other dealer said was good to go. Getting a new door too. Great service! The service man that came to our RV park was very knowledgeable and efficient! The best service we have ever received!

Do not buy rv from here.it is will be too much headache. Every time water pipes are problem, sleeping bad framing is garbage. Sofa framing are gone. After a few use it power plugs are gone. Slide is getting water when is raining. I use only 3 times.every times between $600 to $1450 dollars l spend only for replacing materials. I repaired it myself, if you do not know how you repair it maybe 10 times to materials you gonna pay for repairs shops. 2 side rabers (plastic parts for rain) are removed. And much much.muchh problem.

Had a warranty issue with an electric jack. Experience was great. Lori looked after my concerns and had a replacement jack ready asap. Excellent customer service.

The folks at Vision are fantastic! Excellent communication, looked for cost effective ways to fix my tent trailer and worked to meet my timelines. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience at Vision RV in Acheson AB. All staff were professional and friendly. Lori and Bonnie in particular went out of their way to answer any and all queries we had and were a pleasure to deal with. And yes, we bought a new RV at a great price!

Vision RV has a top-notch service department! Even though we didn’t purchase from them, they agreed to install an off-grid power system into our fifth wheel and we were treated like family. The work was done to an extremely high standard - no shortcuts - AND the bill was smaller than expected! We recommend Vision RV to everyone and send a special shout-out to Bonnie and David.

We panicked at 3 pm on a Saturday that our hot water heater wouldn’t light after we purchased our trailer in the fall and hadn’t yet taken it out. We bought it from a different dealer, but took a chance phoning VISION RV to see if might help us. They jumped at the opportunity and said can you bring it in within the hour. We promptly said yes, and were greeted with the friendliest, most helpful service ever. They went above and beyond, solved our issue, and offered professional advice to make our camping experience even better. We will be back, as they blew our minds with the quality of service they provide. We will be customers for life with that kind of dedication to providing excellent service. I would trust them to do anything on my trailer.

Very unprofessional. We were yelled at and treated like children with no respect by the owner and the supervisor. They believe that it's up to the customer to know what they are buying before they come to buy it, And that the sales person doesn't have to tell you if it comes or doesn't come with something. For example Leveling jacks. Who sells a trailer without leveling Jack's. Apparently Vision RV does. Because ours didn't have any. Who knew? My bad, but I thought all trailers come with leveling jacks. Kinda standard equipment, especially on a $75,000 unit. When I asked why I wasn't told upfront before buying the unit, they said it was up to me to know that it doesn't have them. If you ask too many question they gets mad and use sales tactics to misdirect your questions and not answer you. Owner refused to sell us our trailer after financing was approved and all papers were signed. Vision RV says they have nothing to hide and no hidden fee. Do not believe them. Ask about everthing. The owner refused a sale for $75,000 on the day of our walk through 1 week before our delivery.

After emails to manufacturer and vision along with a phone call - still no reply regarding a problem with the leveling system an a new unit purchased last fall.

I originally communicated with Vision RV through their website. After getting some initial pricing on a truck camper I gave them a call and I dealt with Mitchell Smith. Mitchell was very forthcoming with answers to any questions I had in regards to the truck camper. I actually had to cancel our first two appointments to pick up the unit as I am in Saskatoon and of course they are just outside of Edmonton and they dealt with those cancellations very professionally. I showed up at 9: 30 in the morning, did all the paperwork, they delivered the unit to me inside and their service department manager John was very knowledgable and gave me Lots of information as I was a first time truck camper owner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody not only for their very fair pricing but they’re beautiful facility and excellent staff, thanks vision RV!
